Easy access to entrance from parking. We had reserved a King bed with accessible shower/tub and when we walked in the room it was two queens and a standard tub. Upon talking to the staff, they quickly changed our room to a King bed but the tub was not wheelchair accessible (not a serious problem) - advertised pictures of their rooms did not show one. A very good breakfast that was kept refilled by a very cordial and courteous staff. Bed was comfortable and the A/C work fine. Checkout was quick and easy. Would stay there again.

Hotel well maintained and clean. Good location. Plentiful breakfast. Only issue I have had on multiple occasions is I was given key to occupied room. That's a problem.

No cribs on site even though it was listed as an amenity. They also checked us in and gave us keys to a room that was occupied by someone else. What a hassle. The bathroom door would not shut and the light switch is outside the room, so it wakes up the occupants at night. This is an annoying feature. Low water pressure,. Beds are not comfortable. Th e room has been redone, you can tell. It does have a nice couch in it. It is too bad it was not worth the money in the long run.

Staff was not helpful with a late checking. Next day we asked for a late checkout and front desk said yes. Before our checkout was up another staff member asked us to checkout and we weren't authorized.
