Best Western Delta Inn

No es un hotel limpio un desayuno muy pobre si variedad café que sirven creo es el más barato que no se saborea el cafe personal no amigable el internet no servía tuvimos muchos inconvenientes al chequeo de nuestra estadía la área de la piscina tienen una fuente para tomar agua muy desagradable acodada y sucia la verdad no nuevo a ese hotel

Check in was great. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. HOWEVER I was checked in to a room that had an overpowering odor of urine. I’m 45 and never experienced that level. I booked a room costing extra just for a jacuzzi tub. I had to go back and ask for another room. I was told at that point they’d had a “rough weekend” with that room. So why they check a guest into it is beyond me. It was late and the last thing I wanted to do was bounce around different rooms. They did not have another with a jacuzzi tub and did not adjust my rate. I will not return as it stands now. If something happens like this the guest should be made whole and that is not the case. Does not seem they’re too concerned by guest experience if a room in that condition is not taken off until it is sanitary.

It was an adequate stay.

Clean rooms but could use updating. Decent breakfast.
