Pretty noisy location but the hotel room was nice. The elevator was having issues the whole time we were there which would have been fine but the stairs were outside and the room key didn’t work to open the door from the outside. The continental breakfast consisted of yogurt and pastries.

It was noisy, track noise all night long. Our room's fridge wasn't working. Breakfast was only yogurt, oatmeal, apple, OJ, or apple juice. Coffee was 24/7 but it wasn't working. This place has laundry but you need to bring changes to use.

Breakfast is very basic. Juice, coffee, yogurt, danish. No housekeeping on weekends, but they let u know this. So you must go get what u need. Bathroom soap is very small and cheap. Very quiet hotel. Sufficient parking. Next to freeway which is great.

elevator always broken, the doors would open really slow. If we hat to go to the lobby we had to take the stairs that were outside the building, walk on the cold just to go eat breakfast at the lobby.

I stayed just one night as I was passing through El Paso. I just needed a place to rest between long days of driving but this place was really exceptional. Super convenient location. Cleanest lodging I've been at for a while. Very friendly and pro-active staff. Well outfitted rooms. Affordable. All you xould ask for and more for a motel / travel lodge. Would absolutely stay again!

The staff was friendly and welcoming. Found what appeared to be blood stains on my sheets. Had to have staff replace them. A couple of the towels also had someone else's body hair on them. Saw a couple suspicious people walking and driving through the property.

Bathroom not clean. Shower tub had human hair, tub had film crud and tub was pluged with hair. When problem was reported to staff, they had a I do care attitude. I could not bath and asked to talk to manager . I was denied. Bad overall experience.

Was a nice clean room. King bed was comfortable. There was freeway noise of course right next to the freeway. There was train noise the week before. We stayed on the other side and heard trains all night but not this time.

The location was great. Easy access to I-10 and US54 to get anywhere in town quickly. The property didn't live up to its Expedia rating. The mattress was comfortable, but the sheets were too small so wouldn't stayed tucked, the comforter was old with the batting inside bunched up making it lumpy, and the pillows were lumpy and small. Noise came from the A/C unit, and the road noise from the highway. The biggest problem was the broken elevator. Guests were required to use the stairs which are outside the building. The doors at each floor do not have locks for the motel key cards, so were left unlocked (and wide open a couple days) making the property also feel unsafe.

Clean and close to the airport. Nice selection of toiletries. No carpet- which I love. Great TV channel selection. Only thing that needed up keep was bathtub caulking and the lack of a tub stopper. The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. We would stay there again.

Everything was clean and in good condition. Friendly staff. Easy on-off of I-10. The TV was a bit hard to operate- hard to find the channel guide and hard to get to the channel you wanted (channels were numbered like 34-3 but if you pushed 343 you did not get that channel). Lots of restaurants within a short drive but nothing walkable.

Good: Helpful and accommodating front desk, clean room, elevator. Bad: A/C very noisy and did not cool sufficiently at night; king bed was very hard and my wife and I were tossing and turning all night for the wrong reasons; breakfast was subpar. We paid $89++. It was worth $69++. Don’t be influenced by the professional photography and excellent ratings. It’s decent, but not excellent and is overpriced compared to similar properties.

Very nice checkin experience. Asked for recommendations for dinner and not only gave me a couple of choices but printed out directions. Very warm but professional. Will be be back soon.

Had an extended stay due to family Medical. Had to extend several times so missed out on the weekly discount, But the staff was wonderful, and the room housekeeping was very good plus the price was great. Even though the interstate was very close, sleeping was uneventful.

Don't stay here.They downgraded my room because I have a service dog. They require proof, both are against ADA requirements. The motel is obviously very old and not well maintained. A wheelchair ramp is a lump of concrete at a 45' angle for a 3 foot rise making it difficult to even walk up. Ice machines don't work, but they will sell you ice. The room lights don't work. The only light was a bedside lamp, so the room was very dark. Pillows were very hard. I might recommend this place to someone I had a grudge against.

The person in the reception was rude . Unkind and her face not friendly at all. The room was kind a clean but we find 3 spiders in our bed . And we ask for another room, they said we needed to wait till the person that clean finish with the second floor, we said ok that’s fine then the lady said , there’s no rooms so we giving you a room second floor. So we said ok we can stay in the 3 floor but please change the bed sheets. And she sent the lady who cleans, but the lady that cleans was so rude she was really mad changing the sheets not even a word to us my husband said hi , and she didn’t reply. And when she was done she just walked out closing the door so hard. And the breakfast was only coffee, breads , juice and fruit. That’s there continental breakfast supposedly. It was a really bad experience. People at the front door should be friendly and kind most of all useful and the people that clean I understand they are tired but they at least should have good manners. I would never stay there again. And because we got there a little early then 3 . They charge us more … but if you don’t get out before 11 they will charge too . I really don’t recommend this hotel.

Very convenient to UMC Medical Center. It is very clean; I like the absence of carpet. The staff is friendly and there is a hospital visitor’s discount if you book in person. My room had a good sized mini-fridge and freezer and microwave, very convenient if you bring your meals in since there aren’t good restaurant choices near the hospital. No frills but pleasant. Breakfast is a yogurt and a pastry wrapped in plastic, but the coffee in the lobby is good. The traffic noise from I-10 is intense.

For the price and location it’s worth it. Close to downtown and restaurants. Just a short drive like 7minutes.

For the price and location it’s worth it. Close to downtown and restaurants. Just a short drive like 7minutes.

Location is right off of the freeway and about 10 minutes from the airport so very easy to exit the parking lot and on your way to the airport. Room was very clean and it had a microwave and mini fridge/freezer. The vanity/sink/mirror is separate from the shower and toilet which is nice. They had breakfast from 6-10 (?) but we left before breakfast started so can't comment on the food or variety. Staff was friendly. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Staff was friendly and professional. If housekeeping is required, you must request it a day ahead. The room was clean and there were plenty of towels. It was somewhat warm but I never even checked the thermostat, so more of an observation than a complaint. I didn’t realize the location was so close to the interstate but the noise didn’t bother us at all. Convenient location to everywhere we needed to be

We had never stayed at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised at the size of the room and how clean it was. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family and look forward to staying there when we are in the area. The only thing we did'nt care for was the breakfast, which was very minimal at best. The coffee was ok and maybe cereal could be added to your continental breadfast.

I reecently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. One of the main reasons I chose this location—aside from the reasonable price—was that it advertised “free breakfast.” Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the breakfast consisted only of coffee and a danish. While appreciated, I believe this is misleading compared to what most guests expect when they see “free breakfast” advertised. If you’re booking with breakfast in mind, be aware of this limitation. Other than that, my stay was very good.

The property is well maintained. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were spotless. The breakfast was lean, just yogurt. Coffee, hot water, and tea are available all day. Easy parking with convenient access to stores, fast food, restaurants, gas, and I-10. We would use again.

This hotel is updated in the hallways but my individual room was covert shsbby. Both arms on the arm chair were frayed to threadbare. The comforter was polyester with holes which showed the blanket underneath. I didn’t want to sit in the chair nor place anything I owned on it. The front desk is behind protective glass with small openings to pass through one’s identification. I did appreciate seeing all the monitors showing the camera views from throughout the hotel. It must have been a high crime neighborhood yet I felt safe during my entire stay in El Paso. I stayed 3 days in El Paso but only stayed at this facility for 1 night.

The hotel is very nice, clean, staff professional, check in was easy and check out quick. Coffee in lobby, wash machines and dryers available, refrigerator and microwave in room. It was worth my stay, would stay again when necessary

Room key didn't work, had to go to front desk to reprogram it. Then when I went in the room it reeked from some kind of cover up or cleaning spray. So after 7 hours drive I had to go back out to find a store and purchase some Febreeze spray so room smell could be covered up with a pleasant non gaging fragrance. Room curtain was not connected at the top so it would not close completely. Had to find something to clip it together so I wasn't visible from the outside. Didn't realize there was no mini breakfast but was informed they had complimentary coffee. Big carafe had orange side for decaf and black side for regular, Sign on black handle said out of order and sign on decaf side said regular coffee. Which meant no decaf.
