The room did not look clean. No housekeeping during stay. Loud screaming from other room. The stove didn't work no dishes in room. Had to ask for more clean towels. My daughter got sick with the smell of rhe carpet and air conditioner smelled musky. Elevator was very hot and would feel like it has not been maintained for awhile. We borrowed a broom to clean the room while we stayed there and no vacuum to clean the room.

The TV is on a wall that you can’t watch anything. The room smells , the internet doesn’t function. The security side doors don’t close ( not good) We just want to sleep for the night They have vending machines but no place to change money to be able to use the vending machine The refrigerator sounded like a helicopter and froze our fruit and food. Breakfast was a joke a granola bar one flavor, cofee with two kinds of syrupy coffee mate. AWFUL The bathroom sink doesn’t drain, the drain plug was closed and wouldn’t open, the shower head leaked. We didn’t even take a shower afraid of the drain situation

Got there later in the evening, when we checked into our rooms, we had reserved a room with two Queen beds,,ended up with one bed and a vinyl sofa. When asked about where was the room we reserved, was told they had a large group come in and gave our room to them and this was what was left. We paid for two beds but was told the room they gave us was the same price as with 2 beds as they”upgraded “ is to a room with a kitchen. We can’t sleep on the kitchen counter so it was a waste. They refused to give us any difference even though it was their fault . Worst part was the whole second floor smelled like dead fish. Also the pool is now a brick patio.

When I arrived to check in after travel delays, they told me I was unable to check in right then and had to wait an hour to get a room. Not to mention, the front desk was closed and there was no one there for 20 minutes. I almost had to leave to find another hotel for the night. During my stay, there was almost no one available at any point (and no one watching who was coming and going in the hotel). My room had bugs (I am pretty sure they were bed bugs) and smelt like cigarette smoke every day when I got back from my outing. SO much smoke smell it made it hard to breathe and sleep. My room was filthy overall, and when they came in to clean it, they only replaced the complimentary toiletries and emptied the trash- no new towels or sheets. The pool was bricked in, so don't expect to swim. The location was very noisy, especially at night. I will not be back. I will have to find alternate travel arrangements for the next time I am in El Paso.

I don’t know what happened to this place last time my daughter and I stayed. It was great that was two years ago. This time nobody did any type of towel exchange betting service no housekeeping whatsoever the towel bar was broken. The bathtub would not drain the hallway where we were at smelled like dirty wet trash was all in all horrible experience. The room was hot. The AC barely did anything to cool the room. I’m just glad I was on my own. when I asked the staff, I got conflicting reports as far as who’s responsible for throwing trash when they throw the trash and housekeeping as far as changing linens and towels got two different stories basically the same. We are responsible for our own stuff yet the laundry room was by credit card only and you had to download an app. It was far from convenient.

so I was suprised to see visible stains on carpet and a semi clean bathrooom but I think the absoulte worst part, was that there was a medical wrap, like from a blood donation in the sheets that we did not discover until the next morning. Absolutely gross and unnerving.

I had to stay here after a surgery and I was extremely surprised at how quiet and clean it was. The staff was extremely helpful. I needed ice for my icepack because you would normally need to make your own with the ice trays provided. I called the front desk and the young lady provided me with 2 ice packs and 2 ice trays with ice in them and offered to bring it to my room. I would stay there again. Easy access to shopping, fast food and restaurants. They only offer grab and go breakfast but I was ok with that.

The location was great because it was near lots of dining options, stores, and right off the freeway. It was clean for the most part and was priced well. Our biggest issue was that the ac was not able to keep the room cool. We hoped that once the sun went down it would be better, but it didn’t. It kept freezing up and the room was stuffy and warm. We made it work but it was warm. One of my kiddos used the sofa bed and it needed new sheets because it was dirty and it was noticeable that it had not been cleaned in a while. The other beds were nice and comfortable. The room itself was clean and the bathroom as well.

We were traveling West through El Paso, and this location was great to hit the road in the morning without traffic. The hotel was a bit dated but clean. Breakfast was just a prepackaged pastry, so we had to stop off at a coffee shop before hitting the road. If you want a place to stay a bit longer, the room size is good, and the kitchen is decent.

The reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the TV cable wasn't working properly. I called the front desk and the best they could do was try to replace the batteries on the Cable remote. Even that didn't happen. I ended unplugging the TV and then plugging again. That reset the the cable programming and then it worked after that. Had I not tried that it would have been tough going to sleep without a working TV.

We had two rooms reserved. When we checked in, our TV didn't work so they moved us. That one didn't work either and they told us all the TVs were being replaced because of the problem. We told them we were leaving and they gave me the card for the General Manager to get a full refund. I emailed him, he called me and was rude, refused to refund us even though we didn't stay and then hung up on me. Our money was not refunded.

We booked online ahead of time and spoke to a representative directly from the hotel who advised us the check in was anytime after 3. The person at the front didn’t care at all or try to apologize that we didn’t have a reservation after driving for over 4 hours. I have my children under 5 in the car. And struggled to find a room. We ended up having to drive around two looking for a place with our kids at night in a city we did not know.

Heard train throughout the night. We had two rooms and they both smelled like dirty feet and one like stale cigarettes even though they were none smoking. The sheets on one bed had gross stains and should not have even been put back on a bed. I do not recommend this place. I NEVER took my shoes off except when I laid on the bed with socks, fully clothed. Showered at friends place because i did not want to use towels

We were traveling West through El Paso, and this location was great to hit the road in the morning without traffic. The hotel was a bit dated but clean. Breakfast was just a prepackaged pastry, so we had to stop off at a coffee shop before hitting the road. If you want a place to stay a bit longer, the room size is good, and the kitchen is decent.

It was very comfortable and they have very big rooms. There was a kitchen and a huge closet to hang your things. The bathroom was a little small. Only thing that was disappointing was that online it said there was breakfast so we came in expecting a lot of food. The breakfast was more a breakfast bar rather than a continental breakfast and the food and coffee was always almost empty. There was only granola bars, a couple muffins and some oatmeal packets. Other than that, it was comfortable and the staff were helpful.

For the pricing the building was great. There are some maintenance issues here and there that should be addressed regarding the furniture in the restrooms and other things, but other than that it was pretty good. There were no bugs or insects which was my concern since most hotels around the area have infestation issues. The breakfast selection I would say needs a bit more attention. All we where offered where muffins, oatmeal, and granola bars which I believe is more of a snack!

Nice room but the staff was not interested in my stay. TV did not work. Internet was too slow to watch a movie unless you paid extra for faster internet. For breakfast at 9:30 am there was no coffee left.

If this hadn't been the only hotel that could accommodate our family of six in the exact location we needed, I would have requested a refund and stayed somewhere else. The hotel was very dirty, and the bathroom was extremely run-down. The sink cabinet doors were barely hanging on, and the bathtub felt like it was going to fall through the second floor every time someone stepped in it. The carpet was heavily stained and looked filthy. I honestly can't believe we stayed there. The only positive was that the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was terrible. the springs dug into our shoulders all night, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. The one thing this hotel has going for it is the room size. It comfortably fit our family of six, which was exactly what we needed. Unfortunately, that wasn't enough to make up for the poor condition and cleanliness of the hotel.

The tub had an insert over it and made lots of noise when stepping in it. The shower didn’t have great pressure because the water was still running out tub spout also

We were needing a place for one night on our driving trip home. The Extended Stay is mainly used by folks who are in town for business or job temporarily and the rooms are set up as an apartment with a kitchen , stove , and cabinets which the renter can store their dishes, etc. Therefore things like a hair dryer, morning coffee maker, shampoo and other bath needs are not available. Also, there was no hot breakfast served. We could get a cup of coffee from a coffee urn and they had a small assortment of store bought small muffins . The place was very clean and the staff as helpful as they could be. I had to request a hair dryer and had o run downstairs to get it. Air conditioning was good.
