This hotel was very nice for the money. It's not fancy, but very adequate. Breakfast was fine. Rooms were clean and simple. The only thing that didn't meet my expectations was that none of the equipment in the exercise room worked properly.

The side door did not lock. I called the front desk and they said they would fix it but it never did. One of 2 elevators were not working and there were a few half fixed repairs in the room. The wall must have had a mirror torn off and there was joint compound all over the wall. The rooms do not look like the photos.

Couch was extremely uncomfortable and stained. I was told check in was 4:00 when its actually 3:00. The pool needed to be cleaned. The hallways were littered with garbage. The fitness equipment didnt work and 1 piece that did required you to pay to use it. There was no hot breakfast and we didnt find out till we were checking in. However the rooms themselves were clean, the beds were comfortable. If you are just looking for a place to sleep for the night this will work.

The room was very clean but the building needs lots of maintenance. Front elevators didn't work so we parked in back. Back door wouldn't lock. The plate where the elevator buttons are was loose. In the room the shower curtain didnt' fit the tub so the floor flooded. The sink faucet leaked onto the vanity top whenever used. The fridge needed to be defrosted and had multiple dents in the front. One or two of the few exercise machines were broken. There were no eggs with the sausage and potatoes at breakfast (otherwise pretty good). TV remote worked sporatically. But, like I said, it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Went we went the workers were very sweet and helpful. The main elevevator was down and the 2nd kept not working randomly. It made me scared to use it. The locks on my room door did not close correctly and they were full so i couldnt move to another room. There were a lot of maintenence repairs throughout the hotel that were poorly done. It definitely does not match the pictures.

Couch was awful, stained and unable to sit on. Garbage littered the hallways. Pool had not been cleaned. We were told check in was 4:00, it is actually 3:00. When we arrived we were also informed there would be no hot breakfast. (Mind you I spoke to the hotel the day prior) Also the breakfast & pool were why I chose it as I was traveling with 5 children Bed was comfortable so if you just need a place to sleep for a night it'll do.

Our first room smelled strongly of marijuana so we switched. The second room had mold all around the tub that could easily be cleaned with bleach and re-calked. The carpet was also slightly damp, so I am not even sure how safe our room was. The tv didn’t work so we called the front desk. The guy came in and could get it to work, so said he was going to text the maintenance guy and be back. He never came back.

This place is the most disgusting hotel I have ever been to. The floors were stained like people were murdered everywhere. The bathroom was so dirty it looked like it needed to be completely demolished and rebuilt. The door was literally falling off the hinges. The grab bar in the tub was ripped off and had mold growing around it. The ceiling of the bathroom was about half covered in mold. We weren’t even sure we were going to stay the night but I stripped the bed and inspected for bed bugs and it looked fine so we decided to make the best of the one night. About 2am someone tried to break down the door. Not sure if they were drunk or high and thought it was their room or what.

Mold all over bathroom ceiling, every single furniture item from lobby through room was broken, ripped, scratched or so heavily used that you did not want to risk breaking it by touch. Curtains in room were ripped. Breakfast area/tile was super sticky, tables were wiped but not dried and once dried ..sticky! Mold smell in room was horrible. Left within a couple of hours. Still waiting for my $50 deposit to be refunded.

My stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. The entire property is extremely old and run-down, with a pervasive smell of smoke and fungus throughout the rooms and hallways. The beds were just okay, but the bathroom was in terrible shape—run down and very old, with barely any water pressure in the shower. To make matters worse, we experienced a power outage that lasted for 4 hours on a very hot day, and there was no power backup. We left after our first night even though we had booked it for 3 nights and we have not received any refund for our payments. They offered a one night voucher…I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Also very unsafe as all doors are open at all times no key card needed to enter the hotel…

The room was filthy, gnat flies were coming from the overflow outlet on the sink. My bed had a 2X4 lumbar as the base and I constantly hurt my toes going to the bed because it was over sized for the bed frame. The floor standing light had no bulb and i inormed the staff she stated that there is no one available to take care of the problem. There was a hand soap container and we found it was empty when my wife tried to wash her hand. The bath room was filth, the vent in it was clogged with dust. I regret staying there.

The room was clean, but badly in need of updating. Things like toilet paper roll holder missing, hair dryer wall attachment missing, bar in tub missing, and several other things. No tissues provided. No spare roll of TP provided when partial roll ran out. Not enough towels in room. This location was far below what I would think a Wyndham facility would be - and it’s even rated mid level! Not even up to standards for a low level location! Person stocking breakfast not paying attention to when food ran out - visiting with friends/family instead and bringing out other food to share with them in the dining area. Plates ran out a few times in the short time I was eating. Juice ran out, pancake batter ran out, yogurt ran out, etc. Elevator had trash in it - same trash remained for a couple days. Back entrance had overflowing trash can with trash on the ground around it.

My room was clean and smelled good. Comfortable stay. The right side of the mattress was a little worn down. The carpet is detaching from the floor. Didn't know a dog was on the same floor until it barked after 11pm for about 1 minute. Other than that, very peaceful and relaxing experience.

The biggest problem was the lack of a correct address. Confirmation states "E North Ave". It wasn't. I called for directions since it wasn't where the address said it should be. Person answering was useless. I mentioned a business whose parking lot we were in, and was told "it's right there". No it was not. Luckily two locals were out walking so we asked them. The hotel was located a mile or more in the other direction. Address was "North Ave" Not a good start. Once there we checked in and went to our room. It had an unpleasant odor-and it wasn't because of cleaning products. After returning home, I noticed my clothing picked up the smell also. Yuck-we were only there for one night!!! Breakfast the next morning was basic. Scrambled eggs were eatable but the sausage tasted like it was "old" or freezer burned. Room wasn't sound proofed at all. Heard the TV and residents laughter in room next to us. The TV really wasn't at an over loud volume either. The location was very convenient for where we needed to be - that was the only redeeming feature.

It was a room, pretty good price for what I needed. The bed horrible couldn’t sleep well. Ended up leaving very early in the morning to go home if I wasn’t going to sleep well. So I didn’t get to try the free hot breakfast either. Staff that I met were very friendly.

This property is in a great area on a very busy street. Not to far of a drive for great food and drinks. I purchased the most expensive room they offered and it had old beds that were hard and not comfortable like a red roof inn. The shower was a converted whirlpool tub and the whirlpool was so old it did not even turn on. The inside of the door had old tape on it from previous signs. and the walls were so thin I heard some people gettin it in all night. I would only recommend to stay here to avoid driving while drinking otherwise I would stay in a more updated and comfortable place.

Check-in was simple. Hotel is conveniently located. Room was huge and equipped with a Jacuzzi. Bed was big and comfortable. Only problems - no alarm clock in the room. Requested room close to front desk, but assigned room was way down the hall passed 30 closer rooms.

The hotel is old. For soap we got a little bottle you had to squeeze to get the soap. The hotel was very noisy, you could hear people running around till late . The people that we dealt with were friendly. Would not ever go back there.
The hotel is old. For soap we got a little bottle you had to squeeze to get the soap. The hotel was very noisy, you could hear people running around till late . The people that we dealt with were friendly. Would not ever go back there.

Unfriendly staff. Charged $50 incidental like most hotels do. Used nothing. They claim to have credited the $50, yet it still hasn't been. Should have never been charged, only held, like I was told. Many issues with this hotel beyond poor customer service.

While we were there, our keys went missing. We asked the front desk and the man was being rude about having the cameras looked at. Then while me and my company looking for the keys near the car, someone went in our room and put them on the bed after we already had thoroughly checked the rooms. So not only were they taken, someone went in our room to put them back. And then the cards were just thrown into the wallet (not how we left it)

Went we went the workers were very sweet and helpful. The main elevevator was down and the 2nd kept not working randomly. It made me scared to use it. The locks on my room door did not close correctly and they were full so i couldnt move to another room. There were a lot of maintenence repairs throughout the hotel that were poorly done. It definitely does not match the pictures.

Good location close to family . Great price. Sausages, scrambled eggs, and potatoes, cereals, yogurt. toast,and pastries available for breakfast. Friendly staff. I stayed a week, and as a senior lady I felt safe.

The biggest problem was the lack of a correct address. Confirmation states "E North Ave". It wasn't. I called for directions since it wasn't where the address said it should be. Person answering was useless. I mentioned a business whose parking lot we were in, and was told "it's right there". No it was not. Luckily two locals were out walking so we asked them. The hotel was located a mile or more in the other direction. Address was "North Ave" Not a good start. Once there we checked in and went to our room. It had an unpleasant odor-and it wasn't because of cleaning products. After returning home, I noticed my clothing picked up the smell also. Yuck-we were only there for one night!!! Breakfast the next morning was basic. Scrambled eggs were eatable but the sausage tasted like it was "old" or freezer burned. Room wasn't sound proofed at all. Heard the TV and residents laughter in room next to us. The TV really wasn't at an over loud volume either. The location was very convenient for where we needed to be - that was the only redeeming feature.

Even though it's on a very busy street, this facility is very quiet! The bed was really comfortable. The shower was OK. Not great water pressure, but that's pretty much what I expect. The odd thing was the hot and cold were reversed in the sink (the shower was fine). And when we turned on the TV, it was going through some sort of search as though it was connected to an antenna searching for channels. Very weird. The front desk personnel were very nice. Breakfast wasn't great. Overall, I nice place, though.

The staff was great. I wouldn’t use the swimming pool, the free breakfast was disastrous, nothing was shoveled from snow, including the parking lot, no lightbulb in room , no business center to make copies especially. A lot of it is basic simple care. Probably can be easily solved with a couple extra staff members to clean it up.

I like the almost everything it was quiet, clean, staff was friendly. the only thing that I didn't like was breakfast. we had the same things for the 3 mornings that we were there. It would be better if they would change the menu every day or at least every second day.

A clean facility, good service, pretty ballroom, clean pool, decent tv channels , decent breakfast. Worth the price. Only downside is the hotel did not have a Bar as advertised by Expedia and some poorly installed floor tiles. iffy electrical

The bed was fine, the breakfast was decent. The bathroom floor tiles were loose and the boards underneath weren't straight and unfortunately probably damaged by water which could also mean mold. The lighting in the bathroom is very inadequate! There were tiny ants randomly appearing in the morning. We didn't have the windows open. The building itself looks like it probably would not survive a bad storm. Doubt it would pass an inspection. Best to avoid this one, especially for the price!
