Horrible customer service. Room was not what I paid for. Had a bug a the shower curtain. Front seat employees are rude. Polite house keepers

Parking was easy. That’s about all that was good with this hotel. The staff was barely present. I had to clean my room because it was so disgusting. I will never stay there again.

Needs upgrading and very dark. Dogs barking and smell cigarettes

Overall, the hotel was clean, the staff was helpful and the bed was comfortable. I wouldn't give much of it five stars because, like many hotels, it's a bit dated, and some parts a bit worn. But, it should be acknowledged before you give 1 star reviews, that I paid $80 bucks a night in a suburb outside of Chicago. For the money, it was a great value. If you are looking for a perfect experience, you should be prepared to pay a lot more. Just my two cents.
