Our bathroom door was broken, no lock on the bathroom door, no hooks or towel bars. The tile in the shower , I recommend shower shoes. It’s old, I have seen cleaner campgrounds. The rooms are small, no pull out couches for a family of four. The staff was nice, however for the amount of money we paid, I expect a cleaner updated facility. Our air conditioning rattled. I did call the front desk, no offer for a different room.

Things were ok. Check in staff was pretty much lost on what they are doing. Definitely need more training as well as some customer service. My biggest issue was that after I checked 7 rooms in most of them with teenagers for our team one went back downstairs needed a key, they didnt check id, didnt call me for permission, just gave him a key and turned out wasn't even the right key. He miss spoke and gave the wrong room nbr but they gave him a key anyway. We were not even registered for the room and they just gave a 17 yr old kid a key. I did advise manager and she apologized but raises a HUGE security concern. I also advised we needed breakfast to be ready to go at 6am as promised as we had to leave by 630am. At 620am they were still setting up so half of our people didnt get to eat. The rooms were clean over all. A little tired looking but clean, we did use the pool and hot tub but could never get the door open on our own and had to ask for towels every time. Also their elevator is. Very very slow and a bit in the scary side with noises and what not. Looked it had not been inspected in over a year. Overall we wont be staying here again just to many issues and not super convenient overall for what we needed

Breakfast ran out of items, bathroom toilet seat was loose almost fell off, had window shades open 12” and after showering side on edge of bed putting on my underwear a man was facing the window I had to get up and go to wall and move along wall to close shade and I spoke with the manager about letting a customer know when you’re having someone work on a roof outside your window so you keep the shades closed that day and her response was they never know what time they are coming.
