Hotel was short staffed but the staff members working were all very friendly. Continental breakfast was nothing special but typical breakfast. The carpet in the bedroom hadn't been vacuumed and a little sticky. Outside temp was about 36°. The window was wide open and the room was very cold when we entered. Small pool was open but hot tub was out of order.

Hotel could use a refresh. Pool was closed by order of health department a couple days before our stay. Bathroom floor was not totally clean. Windows did not lock—screwed in block of wood had come loose. Stay was still very comfortable and price was reasonable.

The hotel it self is nice and our room was clean! Breakfast was good and different each day. Our complaint is the pool area the pool was cold and the hot tub had sand on the bottom and was dirty with almost green water that smelt like urine,plus the jets barely worked so very disappointed cause the hot tub is why I booked this hotel. Staff were very friendly. They also take a $100 deposited per room and it gets returned in 48 hours to your account they say. I checked out today so we'll see.

Dirty underwater next to the tv stand, hair in the shower, no clean towels, bugs in all of the entrances dead and Alive, smells like mold, the air conditioner didn’t work. Needs some maintenance. Door hinges in bathroom rusty, accumulated dirt/hair in corner by tub and wall, beds and pillows so uncomfortable. The smell in the room was weird, like damp/musty. Light in bathroom flickered. Second day our keys didn’t work. Towels small and worn/thin. Lampshade had damage.

First off, there was a mens underware left behind under a chair in our room.. the room itself looked dirty, when asked to get a different room we were told they were all booked for the following nights that they wouldn be able to get us a new room.There was also an older lady at the pool area being obnoxious with a child that wasn’t related to her. I was a bit scared for my kids to be around her so we left to our room

Most things are perfectly fine about this property, but the bathroom lights are automatic so if you get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, the lights and a fan come on FULL blast. If you were attempting to keep yourself sleepy during a midnight bathroom trip, you will fail. There was no way to stop this function and they would reset after a certain amount of time. Also the surrounding area had...an interesting amount of activity for 6:45am...

The hotel was clean. Beds and bath were as expected. The online check in seems to be silly because you still need to check in at the desk rather than just grab a key. If you get Room 327 and like your room dark ask for another. The roof top lights are directed to your window. Staff allowed me to change when I could not get to sleep

We arrived to find one toilet paper roll with four sheets remaining. Fast talking man behind check in counter wanted to give us one roll, when we asked for two. He fought us. Then he programmed out electronic key on third floor to another family for our exact same room! Talk about terror! Then, he changed our electronic key that we couldn't get back in! Finally, outdoor flood lights on side of building were visible through the night, as curtains (room darkening type) were not wide enough to prevent flood lights to light up the room. He continued to say they were 'full' for entire weekend, which was clearly not true....but we really believe they are so short-staffed they could only take care of a limited amount of guests. This is NOT a quality facility. Hospitality was almost non-existent. Very disappointed.

Our family book seven rooms for a family event. The check-in process was fine, the two gentleman that helped us were nice and friendly. The rooms were clean, however, some did smell. Ours smelled like a wet rag or a wet dog, we think it was the air freshener they placed in the air conditioner. One of the rooms smelled like cigarettes and they were able to move one of our guests to another room. Breakfast was typical and decent. Waffles, pancakes, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fruit. Etc. Can't speak about the pool, we didn't go swimming. Checking out was different. Beth, who was working at the front desk this morning was not pleasant. She was not friendly, and her tone of voice was very sharp. We asked for receipts for each room. She seemed annoyed and said she wasn't supposed to print it unless it was for the person who stayed in that room. I told her that we paid for all 7 rooms, so we would like to see the total. As we gave the names for the primary guest listed in each room, she argued about how one of the guests came early in the morning to hand the key. The person who stayed in that room told her they didn't leave the key like she mentioned, but she continued to argue with my mom. We ended up just leaving because it was escalating. She has bad customer service and should not be in the front desk.

This is a little out of the way, and in a commercial neighborhood but I reserved for the price. Thats often a gamble. However, the place was clean and in decent condition. I'd stay here again! Beds were super comfortable and the facility was clean. We did not use the pool or hot tub but it appeared popular and I heard no complaints.

Great location. Went for a 2-night getaway with my Mother. Enjoyed the breakfast, hotel staff was very pleasant. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

Great location. Went for a 2-night getaway with my Mother. Enjoyed the breakfast, hotel staff was very pleasant. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

Great basics, very clean. Disappointed that the pool was out of service which was the reason we chose this hotel, but staff was wonderful and we had clean accommodations. Breakfast is blah. 2 cereal choices, pancake batter was banana nut only. No one in our family was satisfied with breakfast day one so day 2 we ended up eating out. The pillows are awful, definitely bring your own, and beds are hard. But we all agreed we appreciated a clean and safe place to stay. And they are super convenient to the highway!

There was a funny smell in the hallways. The shower could have been cleaned a little better. The free breakfast was gross. The sugar free syrup ruined the waffles. I also made a bowl of cereal and the milk tasted like it was going bad. The staff made me so mad. I put the DND sign on the door so I could take a nap before checking out. I was sleeping great until they started banging on the door and jarred me out of my sleep. Seconds later, before I could make it to the door, another loud knock. It wasn’t a normal, polite knock. It was loud like they were banging on the door with some sort of object. All of this to tell me checkout was as at noon. I was well aware of and it was only 11:27am. I was so pissed off. I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels and have never experienced such a thing.

We called in advance to insure that the hot tub and the pool were available for use. We were told that it was. Upon checking in there was a sign saying they were out of service. In addition there was no coffee pots in the hotel room and we had to get coffee from the front desk area. The issue with that is that the coffee had been sitting for hours as it was nearly cold.

Their breakfast buffet is great and the room was clean. They don’t have coffeemakers in their room which is disappointing but they do have coffee in the lobby.

Chose this hotel specifically for the pool and hot tub. Pictures online very deceiving. First, key reader to pool didn’t work, then noticed water leaking from ceiling, no towels and women’s restroom out of order. The main pool was super cold and cloudy. The hot tub was cold - not even warm, and jets didn’t work. Staff was nice and said to leave room number at front desk and manager could provide compensation- but only if booked directly with hotel. We booked thru 3rd party. As for the rest of the hotel, main entrance looks updated/newer, but everything else needs updated - paint peeling, stain on lamp shade, not even sure what was going on with the bar/cloth holder in shower. And, my husband and I didn’t like the area/location - didn’t feel safe. The one staff person was very polite, but absolutely would not stay here again.

Beth at reception was amazing. In the parking lot there a couple smoking crack in the open, my kids notice them as we were parking. You had other people drinking in the parking lot. The pool smell like mold. The pool door lock wasn’t working we had to ask reception every time we went to the pool. The hotel looks dated even tho the attempt of remodeling occurred. Furniture in the room needs so attention. Don’t think it was worth the $190 a night.
