Where do i start our first room was not even clean and there was eather mold or bed bugs on sheets floors where dirty . Our second room stunk yet cleaner then the first .For 5 days i asked for more pillows yet never got them . The elevater was so bad you stuck to the floor not lien .Carpets where dirty place smelled like pot and pee. No animitys maybe coffee yet i bought a pot put in my room .I had to go down and get toilet paper everday they didnt even take out our trash . Yet they took the pillows out so i used my blankets as pillows . This was yhe worsest stay i have ever had .If you go here take all your bathing product and toilet paper garbage bags.

I started two nights switched rooms after the first night because the tub was dirty and not cleaned. Only to get to the second room and realize the tub was dirty and not clean. Found all kinds of hairs in the first bed which I assume means the sheets weren’t changed. And the floor needs to be swept and mopped in both rooms. Very ooorly maintained they did one of those laminate cover ups to make things look new and one of the lights that actually lit the room didn’t work. And I left my charger in the first room which costs about 50 I know I had it in there because I charge my phone and my watch with it in there and that’s the only thing I had to charge my phone. There’s no way I’ve had it anywhere else or took it anywhere else or anything, but they claim that they didn’t find it in there and I know it was in there. ! Not a great place anymore!!! Not sure how this is on hotels.com
