It was AWFUL! Air conditioning was of poor quality, refrigerator was rusty at the bottom and of poor quality, the room smelled, the noise level was loud and no washer and dryer and not enough breakfast and of poor quantity! Never staying there again!!!!!!!

The add says that there is a fitness room, there isn't. Breakfast was super basic......bread, fried egg whites, link sausage, cereal, coffee.....not even a waffle maker available. But, there is McDonald's, White Castle, Dunkin Donuts and Burger right in the area. The employees were very nice. The facility......well you get what you pay for.

I had problems getting into the room the first day the lock was not working at the change, the batteries and then the next day when I went out and came back it didn’t open again so they had to come and do something and then finally they had somebody to come out and fix it and The lock worked fine key card and then also it was a storm. The fire alarm kept going off. other than that, it was OK.

There was ACTUAL mold growing on the bed covering. The floor was coated in some sort of slippery sticky substance. They had a floor fan to dry the carpet outside our room door. There was filth all over the nightstands/dresser and inside. There were dead bugs laying atop the night stands and under the toilet lid. Black flecks of something was all over everything. The sprinkler system was rusted terribly bad. They had car vent fresheners in the AC unit to "freshen" the smell of the room. The excessive moisture in the room was very uncomfortable. The AC unit sounded like a pressure washer against a window. The ENTIRE building smelled of stale cigarettes. The main door to our room was very difficult to open and made a HUGE squeak when push/pull open, it seemed to be swollen or something.

Our experience with the hotel is the rooms where not in good shape you could clearly see ceiling water damage, the hallway carpet was very dirty and smelled, the bathing cover/sheets were very stained. I just slept on covered. Everything but the mini fridge inside my room was the only updated thing. Would I ever stay at this hotel again absolutely not!!!

The Motel smelled like urine, when we checked into our room, the plate fell off of the door mechanism. The room odor was awful and R shoes stuck to the floor in the bathroom. You can see dirty finger marks all over the wall.

The lobby stunk really bad and our first room was very unclean so we have to ask for a new one. They also ask for a $100 cash deposit which wasn’t listed anywhere other than in the lobby. The breakfast was terrible the milk they put out for cereal was thick and very spoiled and the bagels were moldy and the hot food was very cold the the tater tots you could look at and tell they weren’t cooked all the way.

The room’s light didn’t work. Everything looked run down and dingy. The television didn’t work. There was no disclaimer on website that we would need $100 cash deposit. I had to pay an ATM fee to pull the money out, when if I’d have known I could have used a local one before I left and avoided the fee. The only real positive point about this place was that the staff was very friendly.

Pretty old property, bed was a full and not a queen and was an old spring mattress that didn’t offer a great night’s sleep. Only one measly little shampoo conditioner 2 in 1 packet in the bathroom. The room was super bright even late at night with the hotel sign shining right in and no good blackout curtains. Staff was helpful and even waived the $100 room cash deposit when we only had a card to pay with.

Hotel is a bit dated and not the four seasons - but staff was SUPER kind. Thin walls tho and LOTS of noise from people slamming their doors which kept us up or woke us up. Otherwise - it was a good budget hotel :)

The room was clean but minimally outfitted. The chair was too low for the table, only one trash can, minimal toiletries, and no printed instructions for the TV--had to contact the desk to learn how to get to the right setting to watch TV.

The room was clean but bathroom door lock wouldn’t lock. Just needs to be freshened up. Curtains had holes. Front desk people were nice, especially the gentleman on Sunday. The only other thing is $100 cash deposit. Not sure if that’s mentioned on hotel page or I missed it, just caught me by surprise and I barely had enough to cover. I had $1 left till I checked out.

Terrible trip! First, we were unaware of $100 CASH deposit so we had to go to the bank. Second, we were given a room at the furthest end of the hall near an exit that does not allow entry. Ok. Then on the morning of what was supposed our second day, the staff is banging on the door talking about putting our things out into the lobby. The manager comes to the door and states they were paid for only one night, even though my online receipt clearly shows 2 nights paid. Hotels.com blamed the hotel; the hotel blamed hotels.com, and meanwhile we were left to scramble for accommodations for our 2nd night. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I was in town recently with my family visiting family and I have no complaints other than the breakfast selection was horrible but that wasn't really a big deal for us because we went out to eat. The hotel was in a convenient location plenty stores and food places near by, we had two rooms 208 and 210 both served there purpose they were clean and we slept with no problems, had a microwave and refrigerator. When in town would stay there again

The stay was excellent. When my friend was trying to be nice and get me some breakfast the front desk lady told her she is not allowed to bring food back to the room. When she finally got back the food was terrible. Everything was very undercooked. Very bad morning!

Breakfast is really poor! Room was clean, not enough soap or shampoo in the room. Other than that it was good.

Breakfast is really poor! Room was clean, not enough soap or shampoo in the room. Other than that it was good.

The add says that there is a fitness room, there isn't. Breakfast was super basic......bread, fried egg whites, link sausage, cereal, coffee.....not even a waffle maker available. But, there is McDonald's, White Castle, Dunkin Donuts and Burger right in the area. The employees were very nice. The facility......well you get what you pay for.

The lobby stunk really bad and our first room was very unclean so we have to ask for a new one. They also ask for a $100 cash deposit which wasn’t listed anywhere other than in the lobby. The breakfast was terrible the milk they put out for cereal was thick and very spoiled and the bagels were moldy and the hot food was very cold the the tater tots you could look at and tell they weren’t cooked all the way.

Yikes! This place is not managed properly, guests waiting over a half an hour for their rooms at 4pm. Check in is supposed to be 3pm. You could hardly see out of our window it was so foggy, the laminate flooring was coming up, the hair dryer and the TV did not work and our door did not close properly. Never again!

Very Disappointing Stay My stay was very disappointing. The bathtub had urine in it when I arrived, and the bathroom floor was sticky. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it smelled strongly of smoke. The bed cover/topper was also stained. On top of that, the lock on the room door was broken, which made me feel unsafe. The room clearly was not properly cleaned or maintained before my arrival. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed.

Terrible stay. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Shelves falling off the bathroom wall. Toilet seat unattached. The guy at the desk was impossible to get ahold of because he was laying down and had a headache he said.
