Right off the interstate. Stayed 2 different times for the night. Workers were friendly both times. Parking is well lit. Quiet area. Felt safe. Bathroom is small but not a big deal. Comfy beds. Dark shades keep light out. Free breakfast in morning was basic but if its not your thing, McDonald's is right across the street.

Wife is handicapped. Elevator was out of order. Very difficult getting her down to first floor. Didn’t make a big effort to fix the elevator. She couldn’t get down to breakfast so I went down to bring some to our room. They have no trays to carry food up to the room . Overall a very bad experience!

Property is as good as the price we pay. It may need an upgrade (due to scent in room and minor repairs in bathroom). But overall it’s acceptable. Pool is a plus. It’s heated and with salt water. This was my second stay and plan on going again so I can visit family at camp grounds around the hotel. Great family restaurants near by.

The list of complaints is far too long. Have you visited this property lately? The photos posted on your website our extremely deceiving to say the least. TV did not work. Towels were filthy. Curtains and sheers were torn and frayed. Sheets were so worn out and stained. We had to switch them around so we could sleep on them. Mirror over sink was smeared and dirty. Sink was dirty. Toilet was not cleaned. I had to clean the bathroom before we could even use it. We could not try to find another hotel because of the late hour when we arrived. Entryway to hotel was filthy. Entry door windows were smudged and extremely dirty. Carpet was filthy. The smell!!!! The only saving grace was no bugs in the room or around the bed. TERRIBLE PLACE TO STAY.

The workers were nice and it was nice we could hang out in the kitchen area after a wedding we attended. The room was okay. The chair in the room was rough and kind of ripped and the bathroom was gross. The shower had mildew. We did not use it.

Cleanliness & upkeep leave a lot to be disired. Seems to run by a family with a few pleasant touches- embroidered fabrics in common areas. But the hallways were dirty & our room was somewhat clean but there was undersirable evidence of hairs & detritus on the white tile bathroom floor. The room had multiple cracks & and dinged plaster all over the place. Towel bar had obviously broken off and was rehung crooked & not patched or painted. We moved a chair over & it fell apart. Multiple stains on sheets ( probably washing in house instead of commercial laundry). Spiderwebs in the corners. Highlight was Cindy’s on 34 next door- Great food, with lots of options as well as being clean, nicely kept up ( looks new) and great staff.

This was a great stay. Clean quiet was able to catch up on much needed sleep. Housekeeping needs to knock on door before entering any room. I had the do not disturb sign. Housekeeping opened the door without knocking. This was the only isdue i had at the hotel.

After making the reservation I called the property DIRECTLY and asked them to note that we will be traveling with my fiances service dog. He tried to charge us a pet fee upon check in and the next morning we were asked to leave the morning dining room even after informing the attendant that she is a mobility assistance dog and informing him out my fiances's ADA protected rights. He threatened to get the manager then DID NOTHING! Didn't get he mananger didnt research the law, and DIDN'T APOLOGIZE. Traveling for a funeral this was NOT a acceptable way to start the day. Next time I will choose another hotel chain. Quality inn apparently doesnt educate their staff. I would say i understand but, not every service dog is fake.

I LOVE the room with 3 Queen Beds. Traveling with my mom & sister, also 2 service dogs. We each got our own bed. The staff is very wonderful and welcoming with our conditions and the fact both my sister and I need service dogs (for different reasons) Very pleasant and respectful.

Right off the interstate. Stayed 2 different times for the night. Workers were friendly both times. Parking is well lit. Quiet area. Felt safe. Bathroom is small but not a big deal. Comfy beds. Dark shades keep light out. Free breakfast in morning was basic but if its not your thing, McDonald's is right across the street.

Since I was travelling without a car, I liked the convenience of the diner right next door. Also, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

This hotel is a bit far from the state parks we were visiting but a good value older hotel with great staff and offered breakfast. The little downtown area on the way way cute and a great place to stop if your going that way. Our room was stinky and had damp carpet but was fine for the night.

We were only there for less then 12 hours so it's hard to comment. We arrived at 1:30 a.m. and felt very safe when we arrived. Everything was quiet and clean.

The room was clean. The shower head was shooting water above itself and ended up getting the entire bathroom floor soaking wet. Breakfast was average. Had a banana & coffee.

The pool area could use some work. We chose not use it. Breakfast was adequate, nothing to write home about. Just an average place to stay. If you just want a place to sleep and move on, it is fine. The cleaning staff hits the main areas. Attention to detail would make it so much better.

Hair all over the bathroom. Red sticky stain on floor next to bed. Pool smell was terrible musty or swampy not chlorine. Breakfast was odd. Heat up burritos and Twinkies. Dirty walls wall paper falling down.

This place is just ok.. Very dated and a bit grungy..The extra blanket on the shelf that we needed for the pull out couch had a stain, thank God my daughter had brought blankets for our road trip.. For making sure we knew and signed that we understood there is no smoking, when we opened the room door, it smelled stale, like it had been smoked in, also mid afternoon the whole third floor smelled strong of marijuana! Breakfast wasn’t much of a selection so we found it elsewhere.. I wouldn’t want to stay there long and we only needed it for a quick overnight, so I guess it was just ok.. Not impressed overall..

It’s a nice and safe feeling hotel. Their breakfast has gotten a little sparse compared to others. No hot foods like eggs and sausage and they put out a couple pieces of bread to toast and a couple bagels, no oatmeal even! But all in all the stay was fine.
