Had to park in the back side,no spaces available up front. A tractor trailer took up 8 spaces in a very limited parking lot. No ice available and toilet seat was so loose,its almost falling off. The room was nice and clean and comfortable.

Easily the worst Country Inn and Suites I've ever stayed at and it's our go to brand to stay at. We appreciate the chain because they have the option for a separate bedroom, are clean and provide a slightly above standard breakfast at a good price. This location was basically the opposite of all those things. Upon checking in we looked around the room and began seeing things that appeared dirty, but we felt like we could live with it, it was when I pulled out the hide-a-bed on the couch that I noticed some very questionable white stains as well as a yellow stain on the sheets. I asked to be switched to a new room, which was met without hesitation. After spending a half hour moving to the new room that at first glance felt cleaner, we discovered toenails under the chair and a half smoked cigarette behind the end table, but the biggest kicker was the door to the separate bedroom wouldn't even come close to closing, an important aspect as we were traveling with a four month old who needed to nap. Management offered to try and fix door or have us move again, but at this point we just wanted to cancel our second night and leave. They would not honor the cancellation, but did offer us a $40 discount. We declined and just went to bed the second night trying not to think about how gross it was. Breakfast offered some prepackaged stuff because no way was I eating anything made there, and hot tub in picture of pool does not exist. Below standard is an understatement.

I wish the pool wasnt so small its tiny and it was warm like hotter than lukewarm which made me feel kinda nasty when orher families were in there kind of right on top of you. No hot tub needs that too... but breakfast was delish everything well seasoned it was set up nice and hotel is clean

The room itself was just ok. Luckily, we were there just to sleep for one night. The pool looked dirty and was very small. My kids didn’t even want to go in. One staff member looked like he just rolled out of bed. There was no hand soap in our bathroom, I had to go get some from the front desk. We will never stay there again.

Our rooms are always spotless, the rooms are large and very comfortable, the pool is clean & water temp is just right and Country Inn & Suites by Radisson are always our go to.

Staff was friendly. Remote for TV didn't work as well as the buttons on the TV. Most channels didn't come in properly or at all. The mini fridge was broken. Carpets seemed dirty. Breakfast was a nice selection, but everything that was supposed to be hot was warm, even the coffee. The pool was small but it was nice.

I will list what was good and then why I will never stay here again. Good: staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby and breakfast area clean and updated. Bad: the room was so dirty I wouldn’t sit in the furniture or take my shoes off. The carpet was dirty and stained, it needed replaced. My dog actually found things to eat off the floor and splattered down the side of the couch in the first 60 seconds of arrival. Light bulbs were burnt out. The bedroom window was broken. The ceiling fan had grime crusted on the blades. The only thing that kept me from leaving was the fact that the bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean. Plus I was not in the mood to pack back up, find another hotel and try and get my money back. I took photos, unfortunately this platform doesn’t seem to have an option to upload them. I was packed and ready to leave as soon as the sun came up.

The exterior of the premises did not convey a sense of safety, and the interior appeared rather dilapidated. An unpleasant odor permeated the entire room. The shuttle service transporting me to the airport was unclean. While the staff was courteous, that was the sole positive aspect of the overall experience.

The carpet in our room was so dirty that I refused to let anyone walk on it without shoes on. The dresser was missing a handle, the curtains were super thin and let in a ton of light, the mirrors clearly hadn’t been cleaned in months. The door to the poor had broken glass and the pool area looked drab and less than clean. The bedding was thin and had a few greasy looking stains. I honestly felt gross staying there. I would NEVER stay again. There was no one at the counter for check in- just a phone you had to pick up. A woman answered after several rings and acted like she wasn’t sure why I’d be calling, but a nice gentleman came within a minute or two to check us in. The staff was the only redeeming quality. There are plenty of other hotels in the immediate area- go to one of them.

Terrible stay. I read the reviews and was hopeful. Our hotel room was disgusting. Smelled old and musty. Rundown. Like the room had seen better days. The carpet was filthy. Upholstery ripped on the chairs, mold in the freezer, curtains torn etc. On top of it all the bed itself was hard as a rock. The pillows were tiny and paper thin. Neither my son or I got a good nights rest. When we requested to check out a day early the front desk Manager was less than understanding. Albeit he offered to put us in a different room that wouldn’t have mattered as all the beds are the same. And breakfast was gross. Not much to offer other than sugary cereal and chewy granola bars. This hotel did not deserve its 8+ rating. And will not trust booking on hotels.com in the future.

Everything was good, except the internet. I had not access or was kicked out. I spoke with the front desk and they tried to help, but when in the room, not in the hall or lobby I could not get it, it did not show available, or in the rare occasion it showed, I would be booted off and it would disappear.

The staff and service was great. They had a delicious breakfast! Our room heater was not working properly. It was heating too much. We kept turning the thermostat down but it made no difference. Other than that , it was a good stay

Very clean and the staff was wonderful! Good breakfast assortment too! Only complaint was that the A/C in our room was comically loud at inconsistent intervals and the TV would also not stay at a consistent volume.

The carpet in our room was so dirty that I refused to let anyone walk on it without shoes on. The dresser was missing a handle, the curtains were super thin and let in a ton of light, the mirrors clearly hadn’t been cleaned in months. The door to the poor had broken glass and the pool area looked drab and less than clean. The bedding was thin and had a few greasy looking stains. I honestly felt gross staying there. I would NEVER stay again. There was no one at the counter for check in- just a phone you had to pick up. A woman answered after several rings and acted like she wasn’t sure why I’d be calling, but a nice gentleman came within a minute or two to check us in. The staff was the only redeeming quality. There are plenty of other hotels in the immediate area- go to one of them.

Too much trash in the area around the parking lot. Looks bad! Even if it is not hotel property, clean up the mess and do the world a favor! The young lady at the check-in desk was not welcoming. When asked about restaurants in the area, she told us "everyone does deal dash" and offered no more. We found several choices within a 3 minute drive, and one within a block walk. She needs to get more interested in serving the public. Other than that, the heating unit was a touch noisy. Breakfast was good and room was clean and quiet.

4 night stay would have been okay other than have the toilet back up and overflow on day 2 at 3:30AM. This necessitated a visit to the one person front desk where all they could do for me was hand me a mop and plunger. Neither of which was useful as the plug in the sewer line gave no response to the plunging. Ended up having to move the 3 people and little dog in our party to another room in the middle of the night from a first floor room to the supposedly only available room on the 3rd floor. No compensation for our troubles was offered or given. Will never stay here again.

The person who checked us in went out of his way to help us. Just as we were going out to get our luggage, we were hit with a rainstorm. He came running out to help us bring in our bags even though he was getting soaked by doing it. Thank you PJ.

Check in person not friendly or helpful. She spent maybe three minutes in total and left the counter saying . Have a good night. I was still standing at the counter. One would think there could be a smile, Or a comment to let her know if I needed anything. Instead I get a message on my phone about any assistance needed. There was no printed info in the room about the TV. An hour before checkout the Manager came to my room with a remote. He said.. you probably noticed this is a new TV.. now how would I know that?The manager here needs a lot of improvement. Feel free to cal tact me about my observations about the breakfast. I had to go there for coffee because the coffee pot on the room did not work. The room was excessively hot. Expect the thermostat is not working correctly. The remote did not work so I had no TV

Th bed was very comfortable. The pillows were small & pretty flat. Now the shower had problems......the water was turned all the way hot and ended up only luke warm by the end of the shower. And the shampoo/ conditioner/body wash that was hangingnon the wall was extremely close tonthe showerhead & didnt leave hardly any room to turn around. Not a huge breakfast selection, but what was there was good. Front desk staff was very nice & helpful. The sign for the pool.said pool & spa, but there was no spa. The sign also said it was open until 11 for kids & 12 for adults, but we got back aroumd 9pm and all the lights were off.

We like Country Inn's, this one isn't their best. We didn't get to swim because the pool was green and the pool area had a bad smell, we weren't going to chance it. Beds were very hard and we woke up pretty sore. Breakfast was good though.

While the hotel served its purpose of a place to stop and sleep a night on our trip I would pick somewhere else next time. The main reason being the flooring was gross, dirty and stained. The fan blades in room were caked with dust and no bedding for pullout couch. However the beds were clean and comfortable and the air worked well. The location is fine, lobby and common area was clean. Breakfast was ok and staff was courteous.

Didn’t realize they required 1 hour notice for shuttle, however they did come right away. Check in was easy but there was no one at front desk at check out, and I waited for sometime before heading out. Breakfast was good, plenty of options. Terrible stay. I read the reviews and was hopeful. Our hotel room was disgusting. Smelled old and musty. Rundown. Like the room had seen better days. The carpet was filthy. Upholstery ripped on the chairs, mold in the freezer, curtains torn etc. On top of it all the bed itself was hard as a rock. The pillows were tiny and paper thin. Neither my son or I got a good nights rest. When we requested to check out a day early the front desk Manager was less than understanding. Albeit he offered to put us in a different room that wouldn’t have mattered as all the beds are the same. And breakfast was gross. Not much to offer other than sugary cereal and chewy granola bars. This hotel did not deserve its 8+ rating. And will not trust booking on hotels.com in the future.

My stay was great. The location was easy for me to get to the events i was in town for. The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety from hot options to continental options. Staff was very polite and helpful. I would stay here again!

I am from Moline but live in California. I travel back often and stay all over the area. This was, by far, the dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in. I am not one to leave reviews or complain, but At $200/night, I would never stay again. This wasn’t dirt and funk from the most recent stay; it was dirt that accumulated from months of neglect. The ceiling fan has 1/4” of dust hanging from all the blades. The carpet was horribly stained and the entire room smells musty. The bathroom: sticky, noticeable dirt about 3” wide around all edges of the very exposed flooring under the sink counter; rusty crumbs and pee around the base of the toilet that leaks from the back; the inside rim of the toilet is completely black; 3 of the 5 light bulbs were out above the dirty bathroom mirror; the sink drain is surrounded by black mold; the tub stopper is broken; the shower head is covered in very noticeable pink mildew (I didn’t shower because of this), and I definitely wasn’t going to walk around barefoot in any part of the room. The microwave has crusty, old food on and all around the rim of the door. Light bulbs are out throughout and every mirror, picture, and tv screen was smeared, spotty, and just dirty. The sheets were clean and the countertops were clean. You’d be mortified if I shared pictures. Room #216 needs some TLC. I can’t comment on the rest of the property because I slept and checked out.

The Hideaway bed, which is one of the reasons I got it me and my two employees travel for work and it’s nice to at least have an actual bed for all three of us. Hideaway bed was broken and was not able to be used, but I was charged again an extra hundred for three people we have three beds when I spoke with the guy in the morning. He said he’d have someone fix it, but that doesn’t remedy what happened to us it’s a horrible hotel horrible day won’t be going back to any of their hotels again.

This is an older property that hasn't been updated. The carpet in the room needs to be replaced, there were multiple spiderwebs in the double pane windows, and mold spots on the lamp shade. We had to run the fan because the air was stale, the bed was hard and the pillows were flat. It worked for the night we stayed but we won't be back.
