We were able to park within 5 feet of our door. Made it extremely easy to unload car. Employees of hotel were very friendly. The hotel was clean and a great value for our dollar. Morton had a Walmart that was close to hotel.

The lady at check in was EXTREMELY nice and check in was quick and easy. The price and comfort of the room was excellent as well. The tiles in the bathroom had a lot of mildew which should've been cleaned properly. Some of the smaller towels were not very white. The door frame around the door to outside was banged up and had nails protruding out of the woodwork which was weird. Otherwise the room was great!

My husband and I arrived late to this hotel after booking it on the Hotels.com app. For the price of the room, the cleanliness was adequate. Lotta handprints on stuff, streaks on the mirrors, minor things. The reason for my one star rating, honestly, I would give it a half a star or zero stars if I could, is because at 8:15 in the morning, I was returning from the bathroom and almost back in bed and the next thing I hear is The door open. If we had not engaged the safety latch, the person would’ve been in our room. The next thing I hear is “Housekeeping.” In a male voice. A male employee tried to enter the room without knocking or notifying us. And if the safety latch was not engaged, he would’ve been in the room before he said anything. I called down to the front desk to let them know of this situation and the desk attendant stated “Okay, I’m sorry.” That was it. I was not OK with this for the simple fact that business 101 is you acknowledge the customer. Not only that I’ve never been in a hotel where housekeeping just walked in the room without knocking on the door. This experience made me feel very unsafe and upon speaking to the Front desk attendant she admitted that this isn’t the first time that This happened. They do not have a policy knock on the door before entering. Drive by this hotel. Do not stay here.

The hotel was very nice. There was plenty of restaurants near by. They accepted our large dog. Easy access from the highway to the hotel. In a good location, didn't have to worry about our vehicle and our cargo carrier on the roof of the car. Was a little disappointed in the breakfast. But that was no big issue. I would recommend this hotel. We have never been disappointed in the Quality Inn Hotel's.

The first room smelled like a cleaning chemical but the second one was nice. Vegetarian breakfast was quite good with hot sausage, tasty flat egg, full sized yogurts and good little pastries. Yogurts had a lot of carbs though. Staff were pleasant. Luckily one of the many pillows was flat enough to use.

The room was large and clean. The bathroom was out dated. Breakfast options were extremely limited. The breakfast buffet had bagels and jelly but no peanut butter. Be aware, they don’t change the water jug when empty but refill it with tap water.

Larger than average sized room, but lighting was quite dim. No elevator. Very basic breakfast. Bed had several stains on the comforter (looked like oil or grease).

Everything was great except for the fact that the toilet seat, in my room, had this black powdery substance on it. Instead of calling the front desk, I just cleaned it with some water.

Second time staying here. Staff was very nice, room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was average. Nice location off highway. I would recommend and we will stay here again

My husband's birthday was on the 12th, so we went to dinner and needed a nice hotel to stay at until morning. At arrival, the outside of the hotel itself looked fine. Once inside, it was decent. Once in our room, to the right on the wall was some sort of drink that had been spilt or splashed, the light did not work on the wall so my husband had to find the lamp, the alarm clock was going off, and when we checked the bedding to ensure all was at least clean, there was a multitude of hair up underneath the sheets and lots of smeared brown, so looking deeper, there were little black pieces that appeared to be bugs. The sign on the wall notes that "housekeeping can be completed upon request", so I go downstairs with my husband and the front-end clerk notes that not only would he not come look the room over, nor would he provide cleaning, nor a different room, nor our refund...which is of course our preference. We left and went home, I contacted my card services number, and I am so utterly disappointed that he had the nerve to report to me that he has NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT. Went online to find 64 regarding bedding. Shame on your establishment. Shame on your staff, shame on your policies. I tried to give him every chance to at least look over the room. He only offered me a receipt to be emailed to me after 11am the next morning. Shame on my credit card company if they should decide to fight me on this appeal. I have pictures. They would make you sick.

We had to do an emergency stay as a family of 4 and it was fast check in the room was clean and I couldn't hear anyone in other rooms. It felt like a relaxing, clean, and safe environment and was at a great cost especially in a pinch.
