Room that has a jetted tub. All mirriors not wiped clean. Room had horrific cigar smell. Mattress was aweful. Bathroom extractor vent exposed and full of dirt and dust. Shower didnt even bother because there was so much MOLD and calcium build up. Blood stain in the shower. Jetted tub cracked on the border, filter housing was yellow while rest of the tube was cream color. Faucet for tub almost fell in the jetted tub. The sink was damaged and outdated, and the mirrior border was melted by fire. Honestly the worst red roof I have ever stayed in!

Business computer did not work, and felt like room was neglected.

The room was very poor for the cost. Stains on wall. TV didn’t work. Stained lampshade. The sink was coming off the wall. A foot on the shower chair was missing. On check-in prior to seeing the state of the room, they said they would waive the $100 security deposit but said not to cause any damage. After seeing the room, I reported everything I could find and took photos to avoid being held responsible. I will say I did sleep well, the bed was firm, and it was mostly quiet. No coffee in room and no ice bucket. I won’t stay here again.

I cancelled before time and the establishment refuses to refund me my money, I didn’t even stay at the place and I still got charged for canceling, the office won’t even pick up the phone any more not to me or to Expedia representative
