This Fairfield has definitely aged... room door doesn't open smoothly, shower curtain rod is about to come-off it's wall mount, carpets are worn... But they managed to keep the place clean.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience during our stay. On our first night, we were assigned a room that was not in a habitable condition, as the bathroom was still under construction. We had also specifically booked and paid extra for a suite. However, we were later informed that the room qualified as a suite simply because it included a sofa. This was disappointing, as the photos on the booking website clearly showed a suite with a separate living area, which was not what we received. To their credit, the hotel staff was courteous and promptly moved us to a different room. However, the manager was not accommodating and did not offer any adjustment or compensation despite the inconvenience of having to spend our first night in an unusable room. Overall, while the front desk staff did their best to help, the handling of the situation by management left us disappointed.

When we first arrived, our room wasn’t even ready. I was asked to come back. We came back after having lunch and it still wasn’t cleaned. I had to wait again with my elderly parents in the car. We booked a suite, and when we got to the room, it wasn’t as pictured. The breakfast selection was bare minimum and not great. There wasn’t any where to sit because it was so crowded. I would not stay here again.
