The staff at this hotel was rude and inappropriate. We booked the hotel because the plain was delayed and we would have been unable to pick up the car rental. I had the hotel booked while I was on the airplane getting ready to take off 5- 10 minutes the plane turned around and canceled the flight. I called the hotel immediately and let them know I needed to cancel the reservation because the flight got canceled. The lady was extremely rude and said to deal with it with hotels.com and hung up on me. I did just that and hotels.com said they would needed the hotel to sign this wavier. They would not pick up the phone for hotels.com. They then started to again bumbled me with messages saying I can’t cancel within 24 hours at this point it had only been 15 minutes since I made the reservation. Then about 5 days later with no response from hotels.com or this hotel. I called and spoke to the manager about the situation and he was rude kept cutting me off and getting loud with me. I have not ever felt so disrespected from a hotel. We were on our way to my husband mother’s funeral. I offered to show them all the flight cancellations and whatever they needed to help me but no. They rather be rude and have no empathy, and greedy. I will never book with this hotel again and I hope their business runs into the ground, they will get what they deserve karma is a *****.
