Best Western Oglesby Inn

Room was good staff was friendly and helpful.

I have stayed here a number of times. I’ve always found the staff friendly and helpful. The room are quiet and clean.

Breakfast was below average. No bagels. Could use a new food menu. Same stuff every day. Hotel is old. Telephone in bathroom on wall. Who uses land lines phones anymore

The cleaning staff needs a little bit more attention. The mirror was dirty.

As the question of breakfast seems at top of many lists, I address that. Unfortunately, there was little offered. We had stayed at Best Westerns all the way back from Florida and unfortunatey Olgesby IL let us down. The choices were few and nothing like our previous three stays coming back North. The room was accessible and well appointed, spacious. The king bed was comfortable, sink separate from bath and plenty of quality towels, etc. It is located in a very quiet area with traffic noise from I39 non-existent.
