The property states they have a pool. They do not have one for use. After arriving and prepaying, we were informed they did not have one and were not given a refund. I will not stay at any more Days Inns.

First room had bed bugs in it so we were moved to the other end of the building. The beautiful pool that is shown on the website is BS, it had mold in it, and the jacuzzi has been tarped over since covid the desk guy said. I guess it is a cheap enough place to stay but it is old and outdated.

Very disappointed. Pool only available 11am-9pm. Did not get in until 10pm was looking forward to a swim in the am. Not open until 11am and checkout is 11am. NO notification on website or during check in. No notification hot tub unusable as well. Terrible communication!

There was holes in the walls the door had to be slammed in order for it to be locked the blankets smelled bad the pool water was green looking and smelled horrible it was just horrible

Yes it does offer breakfast cereal and toast thats it. They have creamer and sugar for coffee but its the powder kind. Bold coffee still is see through. It is a smokers room but the blankets has holes in them, there is no bed bugs, shower wall above the shower is crackong horribly, there is cracks in the tiolet seat which all appear dirty, and a few of the lights dont work. Yes there is a pool that isnt heated, and there wasa jucazzi but blocked and closed off.

The hotel was fine and the staff were nice but the pool was nasty and the chlorine levels were so high that it triggered asthma attacks in both of my teens. Over all, though, I got what I paid for.

It was a crazy day they had a tornado go through the city just before we got there. They put us in a room with the tv already on when we got there , a none smoking room had cigarette butts on the floor and stunk of cigarettes. He pool left a lot to be desired as it was not very well kept, and the spa was completely out of commission. Breakfast was a complete waste of time , just hot oatmeal, toast fruit loops and Raisin Bran and coffee nothing else . I really wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I know.

On arrival the clerk who I believe is the owner was very rude. Mini fridge was turned off, hot tub was not in use, and pool area was completely closed down unless requested to "save money". Could not use the fridge for hours. Never got to use the hot tub which was advertised, and had to hunt someone down to ask about the pool so they could open it up and turn the lights on. Only 2 towels in room for 4 guests. Questionable people just hanging out outside and in lobby.

Hotel had mold in the ac unit. Blood spot on the wall and the lock was broken. Not only did the hotel suck but so does hotels.com. When I called they said I should have told the front desk. Sorry but pointing out the obvious is not my job. Plus no one was at the front desk…probably cleaning up from breakfast. Nope there wasn’t any coffee and the same old cereal was out for days. Joke of a hotel.

This hotel is pretty old and has not been kept up very well. The towels were the most worn I have ever seen in a hotel. There was mold in the showers. The rooms are loud and you can hear every word in the adjacent rooms and every foot step creaked and clattered in the room above us. We were visiting family and will probably stay in a hotel in this area again in the near future. It won't be this one.

The man that checked me in was rude, no warning about a dep to make sure i dont steal his towels. Made me feel really uncomfortable, he never once made eye contact with me. The fridge didnt work and we of course we didnt know until the next morning when his meds werent cold at all. No where really to eat, fhe breakfast at the hotel was toast and cereal, bruised apples. The juices were awful, toliet paper so thin u coyld see thru it. This is what i get for booking online and not researching the area.

Toilet broke when someone in my party sat on it. The desk staff was no help. There were unclean spots on the wall, a roach trap with a roach stuck to it, a piece of glass in the bed. Desk staff didn't speak English. Our door was broken and did not latch. The breakfast was just cold cereal, bread for toast and juice. We had to get all our keys reprogrammed multiple times.

It was cheap so I took it. Next time I\'ll spend the extra $20-$30. Did not feel confident in the security of the property. I also felt a little hesitant in the crowd they seemed to be serving. No coffee in the rooms, and the coffee in the lobby was disgusting. Not very clean or updated. Location was not horrible. I was annoyed that I paid with a credit card and they still required me to pay a $50 "deposit" that was finally credited back to my debit card 5 days later. It\'s a bed to sleep in. Refrigerator was horribly loud in our room. Would probably not recommend to family and friends.

The gentleman at check in was extremely helpful and polite. There was an issue with the internet when I arrived due to the recent storm surge in the area. We worked as a team to get me checked in and he gave me some information about the restaurants in the neighborhood. He is an exemplary example of going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I sincerely appreciate his dedication and cordiality.

The gentleman at check in was extremely helpful and polite. There was an issue with the internet when I arrived due to the recent storm surge in the area. We were lied to. I specifically called the property to inquire about the hot tub and pool. The desk clerk assured me they were working and open until 10. When we checked in, the same clerk I talked to earlier, Dival, now tells me the hot tub hasn’t worked in a year and that the pool closed at 9 pm. 😡

Connie was the most amazing hotel manager. She treated us like family. We were blessed to have such a loving and kind lady take care of our reservation. The hotel owners also provided us with a great place to take our grandkids to play darts and shoot pool. Thank you from our family.

Can't rate other than terrible. I called ahead to tell them I would be arriving late. I wanted to make sure since I was driving 6 hours I'd have a room. When I got there at 2a they had cancelled my room. They couldn't get me a room because it was booked and they were doing night audit. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this place

The breakfast had three apples and three packets of oatmeal out. Very disappointing. One day we left for the day around 6:30am and the worker was asleep on the couch in the lobby.

The juices were awful, toliet paper so thin u coyld see thru it. This is what i get for booking online and not researching the area.

Toilet broke when someone in my party sat on it. The desk staff was no help. There were unclean spots on the wall, a roach trap with a roach stuck to it, a piece of glass in the bed. Desk staff didn't speak English. Our door was broken and did not latch. The breakfast was just cold cereal, bread for toast and juice. We had to get all our keys reprogrammed multiple times.

It was cheap so I took it. Next time I\'ll spend the extra $20-$30. Did not feel confident in the security of the property. I also felt a little hesitant in the crowd they seemed to be serving. No coffee in the rooms, and the coffee in the lobby was disgusting. Not very clean or updated. Location was not horrible. I was annoyed that I paid with a credit card and they still required me to pay a $50 "deposit" that was finally credited back to my debit card 5 days later. It\'s a bed to sleep in. Refrigerator was horribly loud in our room. Would probably not recommend to family and friends.

No breakfast other than cereal which was a little inconvenient when told otherwise, but there's a McDonald's next door so we still got breakfast for the kids. Pool was a little unkept and dirty and smaller one was out of order, which sucks because we were traveling with kids & that's one of the reasons we booked there. But overall, facility was nice, clean, quiet, staff was nice and professional. Wouldn't mind to stay there again.

I was scared going in after I booked the stay I saw bad reviews! This place has been updated! There was no problems during our stay! The pool was open however we did not use it, the hot tub was closed and has been. There was a sign about installing a new roof over the pool and maybe that’s why it was closed before, as it was open while we were there, I’m not sure I didn’t ask! The staff was very friendly!! The room had hardwood flooring! The beds looked new and were clean! The breakfast was juice and cereal, oatmeal packets, there was a McDonald’s super close tho. I would definatly stay here again!!!

Yes it does offer breakfast cereal and toast thats it. They have creamer and sugar for coffee but its the powder kind. Bold coffee still is see through. It is a smokers room but the blankets has holes in them, there is no bed bugs, shower wall above the shower is crackong horribly, there is cracks in the tiolet seat which all appear dirty, and a few of the lights dont work. Yes there is a pool that isnt heated, and there wasa jucazzi but blocked and closed off.

Front desk help was amazing at check in time. Beds were comfy. Rooms were basically clean. Housekeeping was very polite. Had 2 rooms. Would stay again…. I love breakfast. There seemed to be only cereal.

The breakfast had three apples and three packets of oatmeal out. Very disappointing. One day we left for the day around 6:30am and the worker was asleep on the couch in the lobby.

The man that checked me in was rude, no warning about a dep to make sure i dont steal his towels. Made me feel really uncomfortable, he never once made eye contact with me. The fridge didnt work and we of course we didnt know until the next morning when his meds werent cold at all. No where really to eat, fhe breakfast at the hotel was toast and cereal, bruised apples. It was a crazy day they had a tornado go through the city just before we got there. They put us in a room with the tv already on when we got there , a none smoking room had cigarette butts on the floor and stunk of cigarettes. He pool left a lot to be desired as it was not very well kept, and the spa was completely out of commission. Breakfast was a complete waste of time , just hot oatmeal, toast fruit loops and Raisin Bran and coffee nothing else . I really wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I know.

terrible experience, the shower head and the ceiling where covered in black mold along with the lamp shade. the bed was hard (we had the king suite) bathroom was beyond tiny couldn’t even close the door fully without stepping to the side. the whole building smelt like cigarettes will never stay again.

We arrived at the hotel, the entryway smelled heavy of cigarette smoke. We checked in and entered our non smoking room to find it too smelled like cigarettes. As we set down our belongings we discovered filth from under the bed frame. Further investigation found garbage and a pile of dehydrated feces under the bed. We began cleaning up the mess but decided to photograph to show the staff. When we alerted the staff of the issues we were told the smoke smell seeped down from the second floor unit above, they did nothing to address either the smoke or the feces and filth since we already cleaned it up. Further upon leaving the hotel we discovered another guest had flung and stuck gummy candies to the side of our vehicle. This is the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had.
