I work in this area from time to time and I have to book hotel rooms not only for myself but for my entire team. I’m always looking for a clean, well reviewed hotel with high ratings, that is also somewhat affordable…this isn’t always easy. This SLEEP INN always comes up and I’m always surprised at how affordable it is, yet it’s highly rated. Too good to be true? Here’s my real deal review (and I would never mislead my fellow travelers)….this is a well managed, no frills hotel. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The beds are nice and comfortable and everything is well maintained. The worst thing I can confess is that there is slight odor of cheap cleaning chemicals in the rooms and in the hallways. So yes, the good reviews are well deserved and the value is great.

The shower was dark and did not care for the pocket door into the bathroom. the tv was one of the smallest we have seen in a hotel room. Although the breakfast was fine the room was much too small for a hotel of that size, we ended up taking our breakfast up to the room. overall the hotel is in need of a refresh.

There was poop on the wall behind the toilet and on the sides. And on tge walls there was buggers dry on the walls. There were big gaps underneath and above the room you hear everything the people upstairs are doing did not get any sleep and did even want the other room we payed for this room was just nasty

My room smelled of mildew & mold. The humidity could not be mitigated because the AC didn't dry it up (no wonder it was mildewy). The front desk person told me that he didn't have the authority to cancel & refund my 2nd & 3rd unused nights after I decided to leave following the first night. Thankfully & to their credit Expedia backedme up & sawto it that I could cancel & be refunded for the unused nights. The sleep inn's front desk person was telling me that I'd have to wait for his boss to get back to me. That was their position. He showed me 2 other rooms that had the same smell before I took Expedia up on their offer to refund me. I can't emphasize enough how happy I am with them for protecting their customer's from the red tape some of these hotels would have us go thru over issues on their side.

It was fine for a one-night stay. Room was clean and fairly comfortable. Walls are perhaps just a little bit thin because you could hear a decent amount of noise from the hallway/other rooms. Breakfast was good, not great, about what you'd expect from a hotel in this price range. No significant complaints. Just an average to slightly above average hotel.

We checked in and went to our room and it was filthy. There were hairs in the sheets, toilet ran constantly, floors were stained and soiled and bathroom was nasty. Nothing like the pictures. There is a strip club across the street also which made for an unsafe feeling. We asked for a refund but were denied a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Easy access from the highway. Decent hot breakfast or sausage and scrambled eggs. Clean but dated ,soiled rug in room. Friendly young couple at check in. Plenty of parking and nearby shopping.

It was fine for 2 nights but the parking lot and surrounding area is sketch. Clean room but run down a bit. Bed was not terrible but not great.

Trying hard to move from the discount hotel to the mid-range hotel class, with full breakfast, updated rooms and comfy bed. There is a great restaurant next door, but also a strip joint. The latter didn’t end up being a problem, but we were surprised.

This Hotel is A hidden gem, the room were clean it was quiet, breakfast was a 7/10. The staff were laidback. Lots of restaurants in the area and it’s near the casino. I would definitely stay again

The place was falling apart and the bathroom had damage. It smells like they are trying to cover up tobacco smoke with their glade plugins. The Breakfast was like warm and gross.

Rooms are small but for the price we would stay again. Breakfast was adequate with eggs and sausage. Staff was friendly and attentive, we arrived at 1am and checked in right away.

The hotel is a bit older. Rooms were nice although it would have been nice to have a bathtub. Coffee in the morning was terrible. Eggs and sausage were fine although the English muffins seems like they were weeks old. Good price. Easy to find. Good for the price.

I loved my 4 day stay here. Very clean smelled very good and the beds were so very comfy clean sheets towels even the carpet was nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious. They keeped the food fully stocked at all times. The people that work there are so nice . They smile and make sure u are as comfy as can get. Thank u for the great stay. Definitely coming back if I ever need a room for the nite.

The smell in the lobby when you first walk in was horrible. Smelled like really bad body odor. The hallway carpet was very dirty and stained. The refrigerator/freezer did not work. The shower was very difficult to maneuver and very slippery. The closet cabinet was not attached to the wall and almost fell on us when I opened the doors. No extra lock on door and deadbolt was iffy. We had to put a chair under the handle to secure the door. Room was not maintained at all. Would not stay here again.

The check in was easy and the room was very good. The area was quiet and safe being surrounded by many other branded hotels conveniently located off the interstate. Breakfast was excellent including hot eggs & sausage. Many restaurants are convenient to find in the area. Good value! Would choose again!
