I was a bit worried because I could hear everything from the hallway, but people quieted down by 9ish. The hotel itself is obviously a little old and outdated, but it didn't take away from the stat itself. Beds are nice and room is maintained well. The bar and restaurant downstairs is great to avoid travel elsewhere. Easy shuttle to airport. Good luck finding a better place at this price.

I appreciate the great service and cleanliness of the hotel. Both are superb. Also the airport shuttle service, very frecuent and fast. Great the Bar&Grill of the hotel which is open until very late with very good options and prices and a extraordinary service. I will come back

The room was filthy! The building itself was outdated and we had hard time turnig on the shower, too. There were stains on the carpet as well as the duvet. Black hair on the toilet and the towel. The room smelled moldy and the carpet was moist. The only good thing was the receptionists and the shuttle. We will pay little more next time and avoid this place.

Worst place that I ever stayed the smell in a room as a mold and throw up and could barely sleep next day. I had a rush all over my back, even though I laid only on the edge of the bed, not recommend the smell in the rooms is horrible. It will make you sick.

For the first 2 nights of our stay, there was no hot water! We were there for work, and the internet service was terrible. I was able to get on with my phone for a little while, but I could not get a connection on my laptop. Apart from the lady on the front desk at sign-in and the barman, I never once had a friendly smile or word from other staff members. When I went in for breakfast in the morning, the person on duty at breakfast never even responded when I would greet him with a "good morning". Quality Inn - very light on Quality.

For the price I thought this would be a lot nicer. The bed was not great and the pillows were lumpy. It is an older hotel that they have tried to fix up. Not horrible but for almost $200 a night I expected better.

Price was way too high, almost $200 for a room with a crappy view of the highway and an overall motel 6 vibe, an upset server for a "breakfast" who yelled at us when we came in the door. The bar was ok, front desk ok, but not worth the money at all.

I waited almost 2 hours for the shuttle to show up but never did. My plane landed at 9:00pm and as soon it did, I got in touch with the receptionist, first she told me that the driver just theft and it was taking 20 min, I waited 40min outside and never saw he bus, I called again and the driver told her that he was 13 min away this time. It was around 10:30pm and tired of waiting called an uber, that after a 9min ride and 20 dollars ticket, finally got to the hotel to tell me that the kitchen was closing and proceded to give me a manu for a local restaurant. Also the driver was parked outside the hotel phone in hand. I mentioned to the front dest if they can put a report regarding this situation since the principal reason I choose this hotel was because of the included 24h shuttle service and the proximity to the airport.

The manager on duty, totally rude, cussing in front of guests. Yelling at staff. Running people out trying to get coffee at 8:45. " you need to hurry because we gotta get this area ready for lunch." Boyfriend or Husband hanging out every morning, which made the whole situation worse. Breakfast was not ready on Monday at 6, she was gonna break a window out in the lobby to get it opened but i guess a maintenance guy figured out something downstairs for her to access. She was totally unprofessional our whole stay. 5 days. Smell of weed every day as soon as you walked out of your room. The bar employees were amazing! Kitchen staff were great.

We had a lovely experience during our three-night stay. The staff members were friendly and great to talk to. The shuttle service was always on time and proved to be helpful for traveling between the hotel and the airport. And the rooms were also clean.

I selected this hotel because I had an early morning flight. This hotel is near the airport and has an airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. The front desk staff person was pleasant and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed a hot shower. This hotel stay includes breakfast but I needed to leave before 6:00 am when the dining room opened. Coffee and hot water for tea were available in the lobby. My stay was short, but pleasant.

The hotel is strategically located 8 km from the O’Hare airport that is to say 15 minutes away if driving. Motel style building. Free parking around the hotel. Very good for late flights or early departures. Nice staff. Tea/coffee station in the lobby all day. No breakfast before six a.m. even if included in the rate. No breakfast boxes!

It was a brief stay, close to the rental car facility at O'Hare. We left at 4:30 am, so I can't really rate the breakfast or the sevice!

They have only one waffle maker, if go before 9am for breakfast you have wait 20min to get the waffle. They will not refill waffle after 9.00am even though you are already in line for 20min unless you speak Spanish.

Room was alright but every word every sentenced mentioned by neighboring persons i could hear all night didn't get a wink of sleep breakfast was a joke waffles yogurt juice of your choice but no sausage eggs grits...but i do recall

I appreciate the great service and cleanliness of the hotel. Both are superb. Also the airport shuttle service, very frecuent and fast. Great the Bar&Grill of the hotel which is open until very late with very good options and prices and a extraordinary service. I will come back

1. None of the rooms have a functional bathtub, as per the front desk: you can only shower in the bathtub, there is no way to fill up the tub. 2. Breakfast is the worst I've ever seen in any hotel - nothing hot (no eggs, bacon, sausages cheese). Bottles of apple and orange juices in a fridge, which didn't get refilled in the 15 mins I spent there. The waffle maker is broken and the attendant was shockingly rude when I informed her that it needs to be refilled. Said no, you need patience and when she tried herself, the small cup of waffle liquid took forever to come out (then she says she is not paying to fix this machine). It's her hotel so I wondered if the guests should pay for fixing it???? I had a plane to catch and was in no mood of arguing with this nonsense.

Convenient last minute booking and easy shuttle to and from airport. Check in was easy and the bar had great customer service with a kitchen that seemed to offer a wide selection of food.

The only thing I greatly appreciated about this spot was the airport shuttle. It departed relatively on time and got me to my flight when needed. Everything else was not representative of the photos. The lobby didn't look like the pictures. The room I stayed in was in a separate building with a main door that didn't lock securely. The room itself was grossly musty, and I didn't want to touch any part of it, especially with my bare feet. This was priced low, and I know why. I wish I had spent a little bit more for a nicer place even though I was only in the room for a few hours before an early flight. If there is one other positive thing, the place is located right next to a highway, and the room was surprisingly quiet other than the crying baby down the hall.

I see the reviews for this INN which made me book it to begin with but my experience was far from Good. The room is clean no doubt however it smells moldy, the pics online shows a new well maintained hotel and the hotel is OLD and NOT maintained. The door was stuck, we literally had to break in into the room. We asked the gentleman at the reception for help twice but he did not come to help because there was nobody else at the reception. He offered a refund however it was already 11pm and we had to be at the airport again in a few hours so we decided to just stay there for a few hours. Overall it was a BAD experience!
