We had a terrible experience with this motel. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The pool was closed down. There’s no common area to sit in in the afternoon/evening. There was no meeting room or bar to meet in. We asked for a manager and there was none to talk to. We were at the hotel with four different families so we had five rooms in total and none of us were told about the pool being down and that’s the reason we went to the hotel. So we had to gather in hotel room, which is very cramped just to be together since there was no common area. The lady at the front desk was unhelpful at all. We are not pleased at all with the service and the hotel. Even heard a couple different families at the front desk that were pissed because the pool wasn’t open and they were not told beforehand. Only people that helped us during the stay was who we booked it through. A third-party and not the hotel chain. Our group was very unpleased with our whole experience.

Swimming pool was not in use. The air conditioning was poor, didn’t take the humidity out of the room. Felt wet and sticky in the room. The room was clean the beds were great and the breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly. Just uncomfortable to sleep because it was so humid in the room and grandson was very disappointed the pool was out of order

The staff had my reservation out and read when i arrived. It was a bicycle trip and it got dirty on the wet trail that day. The desk cleck help me find a place to get it cleaned up. She also said i would find restaurants in the area of the car wash. I don't know how many cyclist they see but everyone seemed will to help out. Thank you. I didn't use the pool. I was not up for swimming this trip. Breakfast had a good selection. The room was very clean and comfortable

Incredibly disappointed with our stay. The staff was intrusive and made us feel uncomfortable with aggressive surveillance. On top of that, the pool has been closed for months (since Dec 2025). Instead of apologizing, the front desk blamed us for not checking their website beforehand. Will not be returning.
