AC barely worked, elevators were out, breakfast was terrible

Lots of restaurants within walking distance of the property and since I was traveling with the trailer, the parking lot was very spacious and easy to park my truck and trailer

Very dated hotel. Hotel struggled with wifi issues. Elevator has main bearing going and every ride seemed like it could be its last! Great location near highway with amenities close by. Took way too long to check in ( maybe because of wifi issues) Management needs to focus on customer care a little more. I’m from out of country so using my own phone data and plan cost me more than it should have. I hope that they can turn things around.

Everything was good except the elevator was broken

After check in, I discovered the elevator hasn’t been working for some time. I had quite a bit of stuff to bring in, so it was rather cumbersome taking 4 loads up to the third floor via stairs. Once I made it to the room, it was super hot and took hours to be relatively comfortable. I realized I had to run to the truck before bed, but once I tried to get back into my room, the key wouldn’t work. There were others down the hall having the same issue. After going to the lobby 3 times, sitting in the hall burning up for 30 minutes waiting on the manager, I finally got back in and went to sleep. Will never stay here again.

We didn't like that the elevator was out of order. That the stuck and was so hard to open. I couldn't open it my husband had to shove it open. Also there were no plug-ins in the works or didn't work. I try to charge my watch and phone all night with then not charged in the mirning. My husband tried to make hot tea and it with the coffee tasted terrible.

The manager said the elevator was out of order and I told him I had a disabled person with me. He said I’ll let you ride at one time. He said for more money I’ll get you a room on the first floor which is what I asked for the first floor in the first place

There was only one coffee cup in the room which we had to use to clean out the tub.

Elevator was broke. Had to take the stairs to top floor. Felt like their ac wasn’t working very well. Inside the room ac couldn’t really keep the room that cool. The shower would make horrible creaking sounds when standing in it every time you moved. I felt bad for anyone below us

The elevator was out of service so I told her I had two large totes of hunting gear so she puts me on the second floor and then I come back from hunting to take a shower so I can go eat there is no water in my room so I had to wait on them to figure out what value to open I had loose tile in the bathroom I step in type feels like it’s going to go through the floor I was scared to move

Rooms were clean. Would stay again.

When we first checked in there was no water. We checked the bed for bed bugs and found mold on the mattress, we told the manager and he didnt seem to care. Tried to get our money back to no avail. Told them we were reporting them to the health department and he said i dont care. We had to find another place and pay double.

This building should be condemned. Broken windows, hazard tape on non working elevator and bathrooms, Filthy carpet, filth in heat register. Front staff made alarming threats, Person in parking lot had car windows broken. I could not stay I hope Wyndham takes action in closing building.

It was nasty the sheets was covered in sperm & stunk. When I told them about it they handed me sheets to change the bed. I requested my $71 back they told me that i was out of luck! I will NEVER STAY THERE EVER AGAIN! I EVEN SHOWED THEM PICS.

The hotel sheets and towels were stained. There was a half used bottle of shampoo left in our room. The front desk lady was rude. Lectured me about if I smoked or damaged the room I would be liable. Not in an advising way. We got to the room and the cover to the heater was off. Called as an item was left in the room and the lady was not kind and acted bothered and said our only option was to come get it. We love a decent ways away. Asked to talk to a manager and was told her was out of states

Bed & pillows was lumpy and had dips, sheets were yellow and gross, staff was terrible. Bedding was gross, the ac smell3d like mold, the bathroom had watter damage and mold. It is one of the worst hotel experiences i have had. Do not book here. Spend your money somewhere that actually will use it to better or even maintain a clean, friendly environment.

Had a refrigerator, microwave, ironing board and iron, and a hair dryer. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner, you get a super small tube of each. Clean and convenient. I would recommend.

I’ve never left a review in general but this was easily the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I had called ahead of time and asked if early check in was available, I was told yes that it was a flat $100 fee. Upon arrival the manager told me it would be $200 now (more than the room even was at $75 a night). Felt like a predatory move due to there being an event in town. Upon entering the room, we were met with a foul/sour stench that persisted throughout our 2 night stay. Buttons on the air condition unit were broken off, the tissue holder in the bathroom was falling out of the wall. There were mushrooms or what seemed like fungus growing near the floor/wall of the tub, the microwave door was stuck shut and unable to open, but the worst of all was that the bed had a huge sunken spot on the right side of it that was so bad it was impossible to sleep in. We had 2 of us and had to sleep on the bed sideways with one of our feet in the sunken hole. The pillows were small throw/decoration pillows that were square and felt like lumpy hard laundry was just tossed in a pillow case. I’d have had a better night sleep on the floor. Almost none of the outlets worked, or the items plugged into those outlets (save for the mini fridge because it had a ground to help hold it in place) would fall out of the wall sockets the second they were let go of, neither of the outlets in the night stand table close to the window work. I’ll never stay at super 8 again and I’ll be sure to warn others.

The only complaint was the king bed mattress had a noticable sag on the left side where you would sleep. This affected a restful sleep. It was mentioned to the staff during checkout.

Check-in was easy. Hotel management and housekeeping we're so friendly. We were asked many times if everything was good. The only issue we had was the mattress was a bit caved in and a little uncomfortable .Overall very happy.

Rooms need some serious repair

We didn't like that the elevator was out of order. That the stuck and was so hard to open. I couldn't open it my husband had to shove it open. Also there were no plug-ins in the works or didn't work. I try to charge my watch and phone all night with then not charged in the mirning. My husband tried to make hot tea and it with the coffee tasted terrible.

There is nothing special about this hotel. The room & bed were fine. Small TV, very small single serve coffee maker. Breakfast was disappointing sparse as the only food is some kind of pre-packaged pastry, generic cereal and a waffle iron, so just sugar & empty calories. There was no fruit, eggs, yoghurt or protein. So advertising breakfast is a bit misleading.

Staff is invasive rude and down right mean do not stay here they barged in on my wife when she was attemping to check out. They also walled off the lobby which is an amenity. The actions show your just money to the people running it.

Treated rudely by staff. Staff was rude and arguing with other customers also. I'm on oxygen and reserved a 1st floor room. When I got there, they said they didn't have one and the elevator was out of service. It was a very bad experience and would not recommend this place!

The hotel condition was in line for the price paid. Air conditioner worked well. Bed was a bit hard, but serviceable. The hotel allows dogs, but IS NOT dog friendly. I've traveled hundreds of times with my dogs and have NEVER had a problem. After putting my dogs in a crate, I left the hotel. I was two minutes down the road when I received a call from the hotel, which I could barely understand due to broken English. Hotel stated the dogs were being too noisy. I told them to give it five minutes and they wouldn't hear a peep the rest of the night. The hotel personnel was quite rude over the phone and either couldn't understand or wouldn't listen, so I told her to just call the police. She forgot to hang up the phone, so I was able to listen to her walk down the hall and proceed to bang on the door, which obviously caused the dogs to start barking all over again. Upon returning to the hotel multiple times that evening, the dogs were silent. If you're gonna allow dogs, there's going to be barking. If the barking persist, that would be a problem, but two minutes of barking is not a disturbance, it's a dog being a dog. Did not appreciate the unnecessary and rude disruption to my evening activities.

At check in, they charged my card TWICE. My reservation was paid for. These personnel then reversed one. Then they reversed the 2nd one and charged my acct TWICE more. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone.

Don’t stay here, stay at the baymont or red roof inn an exit before. I was originally suppose to stay there 14 nights. Finally after being refused multiple reasonable requests. For example an extra soft blanket for as it gets cold at night. Nope we are out of those, then I had 2 nights were the people next to be were screwing so loud and round it shook my headboard and wall. Till 2 o’clock in the morning, kindly asked to be moved to another room night clerk said no I’m not gonna do that. Called me a liar saying well I only rented it to people tonight so I couldn’t have been 2 nights. I never said the nights were in a row. Then said well your tv has been loud, we are all adults no one said anything to me about my tv being loud. I would have made sure to watch the volume. Secondly that doesn’t mean I need to be punished by not getting a good night sleep. I checked out 2 nights early and the management refused to give me a refund for the last 2 nights. I’m contacting the BBB don’t stay here they want your money NOT YOU!

Needed a place to lay my weary bones for the night and this place fillled the bill. I used one of thise discount site to book this place and it worked out fine. Check-in was easy and the room was just across from the lobby. There was a contential breakfast with waffles in the lobby. The bed was very comfrotable and there was good cable and wifi. The Hvac did it's job very well. All-in-all it was a good stay

Stay has been fine. Relatively quiet. Short distance to food and shopping. Close to the interstate.

It was clean and the staff was really nice. it was very quite and relaxing.Would recommend. Very close to stores and restaurants..

It was ok , better was the breakfast a few blocks away , we went for antiques in the area , 2 of which was closed . Go to the red barn tho found some nice bargains there

CAUTION: Stay away from this property! I reserved a room with 1 king bed for 2 adults and our grandchild. When we arrived, the front desk clerk/owner told me 3 people could not stay in that room (although Expedia allowed the reservation to process and his direct website allows this reservation to process). I asked for a rollaway bed, and he told me they didn't have one (although Expedia's website says they do and his website says they do. So he made us change to a room with 2 double beds and charged us an additional $30. When we went down for breakfast the next morning there was no batter for the waffle iron. I asked the front desk clerk/owner (same guy as the night before) if they had more. He said "no, we're waiting on the truck". Complained to Expedia. "Sorry for your inconvenience, there is nothing we can do" Shame on them.
