Room was nice and clean. Bed was super comfy. We could hear the elevators running which was annoying but for one night it was fine. Wished there was a mini fridge in the room. That was a bummer. The property is beautiful, casino and restaurant is great. The parking garage was gross though. Trash everywhere.

Front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Felt very safe in knowing elevator safety/access to upper floors was available for hotel staff and guests only. The walk from the parking garage to the hotel was a bit long. Will definitely visit again.

The room was OK, clean and quiet, staff was nice. I'm not sure why a resort fee was charged since this hotel doesn't have "resort" items, no pool or spa or gym or room service. Don't travel on a Monday or Tuesday since the restaurant isn't open until Wed. We had to eat at the deli at the casino or the bar.

This hotel has really fallen down since Bally's took over. The place is a mess. Carpet stains all over the place including the lobby. Not sure if they are planning a full reno or what but it has declined SIGNIFICANTLY in the last year. Just does not feel clean at all.

Good price, beds were comfortable and shower was great. The carpets throughout the hotel, including the room, were absolutely gross. The curtains and couch in the room were stained with who knows what and I don't mean a couple spots, they were both covered in something. It wasn't what I was expecting for a casino hotel but the price reflected a mediocre experience. Just take some sandals with you to walk around the room, you won't want to be barefoot or in socks.

I was pretty disappointed in the cleanliness at the Bally's Evansville. The carpet in the main areas was absolutely disgusting. It looked like they had not been cleaned in many years. Our room was in the legends tower and it was ok but when we extended the curtains in the room, it looked like they either had mold or grime or something between the folds. It was gross. The pictures online looked bright and clean and that is not at all how it was in real life.

We got into town around 4:15 p.m. and the room wasn't ready. Lobby was packed with guest waiting on rooms when check in was at 4 p.m. We received keys to our room around 5 but it was in a completely different building and location.

Very confusing layout.. Two front desks one functional, one not anymore .signage says front desk this way with an arrow .when you reach it you are told to call another front desk which directs you to the other side of the complex.. What a mess!!

Hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel is attached to the casino, so the lobby and lower levels smell like smoke, but our room didn’t smell like that. The room was clean, bed was nice, shower head was very nice. Overall was a great stay and very convenient when there for a party or going to the casino.

Wanted a simple overnight place on a ride from Chicago to Birmingham. It fit the bill: room was clean w great shower and toiletries. Parking was close, only issue was the on-site restaurant was closed on Tuesday, the day I was there.

Stayed on the Tower Side of the casino resort. Much much better quality of room. The King was perfect. The only missing option is more eating options on location. The steakhouse is awesome. The pork chop is fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised reading the scalloped potatos. Very very good.

Had a great time but we just wished there was food available after 10. The deli had a few options but were not the greatest. Overall a great 1 day getaway!

The room was OK, clean and quiet, staff was nice. I'm not sure why a resort fee was charged since this hotel doesn't have "resort" items, no pool or spa or gym or room service. Don't travel on a Monday or Tuesday since the restaurant isn't open until Wed. We had to eat at the deli at the casino or the bar.

It was extremely overpriced for the condition of the property, in my opinion. Needs updating and remodeling. I see that housekeeping did an excellent job with what they have to work with though. Cavanaughs Prime Rib and Filet Mignon were delicious. The musician there was great.

Bally's Sportbook Bar was awesome. Great food and great service. Room was so comfy; nice and comfortable bed. Great bathroom amenities. Reasonable price.

Booked legends tower double bed, was informed at check-in that they moved us because they were full, I booked way in advance, room was available. So we were moved to the main building. My mom is 74 and has trouble walking up and down stairs and cannot do the escalators, that's why we always stay on legends side,because the elevator takes you straight to the casino floor. Also, looked like.a booger smeared across headboard, hairs all the bathroom shower and floor. Just an overall bad stay this trip.

Very beautiful and large room. Clean and comfy. We stayed in tower 2 and it was quite and comfortable. Down the elevator and a few steps away from the casino. Nice little get away.

I'm beyond disgusted and outraged that after unpacking a tiny bug was in baggage. After confirming it was a bed bug from picture off the web. I immediately threw away anything replaceable and quickly bathed my service animal and discovered multiple tiny others! This has ruined my desire to stay in hotel again! Please do better
