The second I opened the door to my room all I could smell was damp and mildew. There was mold very visibly growing on so many surfaces in the room. The furniture was dirty and it was obvious that the surfaces weren’t cleaned thoroughly at all. One headboard had very visible greasy handprints and even a foot print on it. There was mold on the AC/Heating unit, the ceiling, the front door, the desk chair, the side of the night stand, and multiple other places. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Breakfast was lacking. Customer service was lacking. The front desk associate was nowhere to be found when I arrived to check in. I had to call the hotel from my cell phone while standing in the lobby and still didn’t get any response. Avoid at all cost. I took a shower and put on a brand new pair of white socks and within 15 minutes, the bottoms of the socks were completely black from the dirt on the tile and the carpet. Any towel that touched the floor had black marks on it from the grime on the tile. The side door to the hotel was zip tied so that it wouldn’t lock when the door closed because of an apparent lock/key reader malfunction. I am incredibly disappointed with my stay.

It was quiet but our room smelled musty. He did offer us a new room and it was clean and no smell. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was biscuits and gravy, eggs, ham, and the regular breakfast stuff. Like waffle maker and cereal. The Coffee was really good. Nice outside pool area.

Other than the pool being closed due to chemical issues and the window not sealing for a quiet stay and sluggish air conditioner i felt safe, welcome and secure. They even allowed a late check out. Got to sleep am extra hot thank you Comfort Inn

Breakfast was okay. Due to the torrential downpour the previous night, there was some leaks in the hotel including the dining area, hallways, and rooms. There were gnats in my room, the carpet smelled of mildew and the shower constantly dripped. Great staff due to the amount of people that came for the weekend event in the area.

The swimming pool was not operating and we were not informed at time of booking. The breakfast was terrible. No mattress covers and sheets wrinkled and couldn’t tell if someone had slept in them prior to us or not

Shen we checked in and went to our room here was about a third of a roll of toilet tissue in the bath. The towel rack at the sink was broken and would not stay on the wall The whole room smelled. There was a dirty wash cloth in the bath tub. After the snow storm, the driveway, parking areas and the sidewalks had no snow removal. Still was the same when we check out on Monday. Personnel were hard to understand due to their nationally and poor understanding of the English language. I seriously doubt that I will stay there again.

Staying at the comfort Inn was okay it was a decent hotel for a good price was hoping to go swimming but the pool wasn't open the breakfast wasn't good the orange juice was watered down and so was the Apple juice the biscuit was hard so was the sausages the eggs was alright only thing that was good was the waffles and cereal overall it's a decent hotel with a decent breakfast the rooms and bathroom was clean and it smelled good

I normally do not ever write a review, but the condition of this hotel was not the greatest. It was extremely dirty and our room was horrific. There was balled up, used tissue paper in the floor of the bathroom and all kind of trash underneath our bed. The sheets weren’t clean and neither was the toilet, tub, or bathroom floor.

This hotel isn't as expensive as some of its neighbors, but you get what you pay for. The towels were stained, the bed was lumpy, but worst of all, the carpet was infested with fleas. I was bitten dozens of times before I figured out what was happening. I will not be staying here again.

when I entered the room it appeared very well. But when I went to the toilet it had BM in it and splashed all over the insides. Also the Shampoo dispenses did not work and was broke. That gave me concern if Bed Bugs could be In the room if it was not being maintained correctly. On bed was still in good condition but the one on the right the side was broken down from use. Working at the Deaconess Hospital next door as a Manager for the EVS department I guess I have higher standards. But BM was totally uncalled for.

The room was dirty. Hair was in the bed & tub. The blanket on the bed was extremely nasty!!! I was offered another room & that room also wasn’t clean. So I checked out!!! Wasn’t up to standards for me & my kids & to mention I had 2 rooms reserved at this hotel for a family vacation to visit the water park there

The only complaint I have is the pillows on our bed had half pillows, not even full size pillows and it was hard to get to sleep at all. Otherwise it was pleasurable yet again!!

Got the check in went good. Got to room opened door and someone was still in it. Got another room must have been old smoking room. Bad smell noise from interstate was pretty loud. Breakfast was bad. Know it’s included but dang.

Very quiet location and very clean room. CONS: Bathroom is very tight. Refrigerator took almost 2 days to cool down. Air conditioner had to be set below 70 or it would not take out humidity. Unless you want cereal, do not place much stock in breakfast. Sausage and eggs were really poor.

Convenient location for us. The towels were very nice and soft!! A little musty smelling of in the hallways. TV had no local channels available which I didn’t like at all. It was a nice enough place to stay.

Actually, everything was fine except the rudeness of the desk manager. I had two pertinent questions. First call to the desk he NEVER answered. I called on outside line & he immediately answered!! His explanation "I was outside". But he answered quickly when outside line rang! Lie!! Few hours later exact same scenario, different information needed......dialed desk few times, no answer. Called in on outside line, immediate answer. His answer to me was extremely RUDE with dismissive answer of "I TOLD YOU"!!! He should not be working in a public setting!

Front desk was extremely nice and helpful. Except the guy over night, we came back to the hotel at Midnight, opened up the sofa bed, and there were no sheets or blankets. When we went to ask for them, the guy acted like it was a problem to go get bedding. And he only gave us sheets and a pillow, I had to tell him to go back and get a blanket. Besides that guy, I’d stay there again. Everything else was as described. Just a no frills hotel, with comfort

The room had been "wiped over" and not thoroughly cleaned. The bathroom in particular was nasty! There was proof of the previous occupants still on the toilet seat. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! The night receptionist, Alex, was very rude and unprofessional. He asked very personal questions that had nothing to do with my reservation. I assumed that there was a language barrier between us, but then I realized that his comprehension was well in tact. I guess he simply didn't feel like doing his job. Lastly, some of the hotel guests were having a LOUD tailgate party in the MIDDLE of the parking lot. There were children ripping and running throughout the hotel as well as in and out the front door. They were clearly unsupervised and without any home training. One of the children ran out in front of a car that was trying to find a parking space away from the outside party. I've never seen anything like it on any of my many business trips. If I can help it, I will never book this hotel again!

* got there exactly at check in time 3p. couldn’t check in b/c system was down * waited 2 hours when they told us it would only be 20-30mins * the 2 hours were up and we needed to get ready for the event we were going to. we asked to get a refund and all of a sudden they could get a room for us now. (system still down) * they took a cash deposit of $40….sketchy * go into room, supposed to be a non-smoking room. room smelled like marjuana and cigarettes and filled w a smoke haze (clearly previously smoked in) have severe allergies and asthma so it was very hard for me to breath in this room. * sheets had stains on them, bathroom had hairs in sink, toilet room clearly not cleaned, damage was previously done to the room. room did not look like pictures at all. * we were in such a rush to get to venue at this point, that we got ready and left hotel, barely in the room for an hour. * when we returned to the hotel from the event we had to ask for new set of blankets and the new set also had stains. therefore we did not use the hotel blankets we used our own. luckily we brought some. * most uncomfortable hotel experience i have had sleeping. i woke up feeling sticky and gross and my lungs very weak due to the smoke intake. * waking up the next morning, we went to check out and the person working told us he had to go check the room before we left. we waited around for 10mins for the man to come back. Very rude and unpleasant owner/employees. Hotel was full due to power outage but continually let breakfast items run empty (they would only put out 4 biscuits at a time). Room was clean and comfortable. However, the air conditioner/heater was very loud. Would only recommend if it’s your last option.

Fine for a one night stop to somewhere else…there is a Cracker Barrel one building away that was super convenient for dinner. Staff was very nice but the hotel is not brand new so things that come along with an older hotel are there.

There was a car show that weekend and a lot of people around however found it to be pleasant and quiet at night. There were some construction going on which might have caused the awful smell coming from the bathroom toilet. Could use some updates with the stained carpets in rooms and hallways. There is a beautiful lake and walking area to enjoy a cross from the hotel.

Great location & lots of restaurants & grocery stores all around the area. Also, lots of great shopping places too! The free breakfast was limited & not that good. You won’t starve but there are lots of great restaurants to eat at right near the hotel that are much better! Cleaning crew was average, they skipped our cleaning 1 day & I had to call the front desk & Kevin, manager, brought us towels etc… We even talked to the cleaning crew that morning when we were heading out to meet our family, not sure how they missed cleaning our room that day? The room had a fridge & microwave, that was very nice! Coffee maker was not making good coffee so a Starbucks visit was in order every morning. Front desk staff was always friendly & helpful. The pool was still closed! Should have been open because it was very hot for our 4 day visit, 88°!! The hotel should just open the pool by May 1st & that would have made our stay better. Memorial weekend is too late in our opinion. Thank you Amy

Pool not open yet food was awful for the breakfast no eggs left by 8:30 sausage was so overcooked you couldn’t chew it and the potatoes were dried out beyond eating no milk, The sheets were dirty and the refrigerator froze everything. I would not recommend this place

It was quiet but our room smelled musty. He did offer us a new room and it was clean and no smell. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was biscuits and gravy, eggs, ham, and the regular breakfast stuff. Like waffle maker and cereal. The Coffee was really good. Nice outside pool area.

Breakfast was unacceptable, very low quality and poor taste. Saying it was “included” is false advertisement, that’s how bad the food was. Thankfully at least the room was decently cleaned and we didn’t have any other issue.

Everything was exceptional except for the breakfast 2 of the days were the same breakfast, no different options 😢. The 3rd day was something different but it was just awful. Service and cleanliness was wonderful all 3 days. Will consider staying there again but will make plans to eat breakfast somewhere else.

Very quiet location and very clean room. CONS: Bathroom is very tight. Refrigerator took almost 2 days to cool down. Air conditioner had to be set below 70 or it would not take out humidity. Unless you want cereal, do not place much stock in breakfast. Sausage and eggs were really poor.

Staying at the comfort Inn was okay it was a decent hotel for a good price was hoping to go swimming but the pool wasn't open the breakfast wasn't good the orange juice was watered down and so was the Apple juice the biscuit was hard so was the sausages the eggs was alright only thing that was good was the waffles and cereal overall it's a decent hotel with a decent breakfast the rooms and bathroom was clean and it smelled good

The room next to us didn’t have a door knob. There were several people going in and out of a couple rooms several doors down from us and they were causing a lot of problems. The bathroom was t super clean and there wasn’t any supplies so we were unprepared.

I was exhausted when I checked in. My cards didn’t work at the door and the attendant had to come up and let me in. He couldn’t make new cards but I never left the room until checkout so not a big deal. The comforter had stains, again exhausted and slept under it. The bed was wonderfully comfy and so was the pillows. There was a stale smell in the room, I just turned the air on to drown it out. The shower was good with free soaps, but there was a sewage smell that was coming from the toilet that was strong and gross. The toilet was clean, just gross smell. I didn’t shut the bathroom door in fear it would be worse. So if you’re exhausted, go for it. If this had been a vacation, I probably would have complained. But, it was cheaper. & close to the hospital. You get what you pay for. No bugs, cool air, good sleep.
