The room smelled like straight musty and cigarettes. The room had bugs everywhere and stains and dusty. There was food on the floor, the pool areas ceiling was leaking in many places. For breakfast the only thing they had out at 6:30am was waffles and cereal. As a former Quality Inn and Suites manager I couldn’t believe the condition of the hotel. The front desk agent had her children in the waiting area. I will be asking for a refund.

Room was clean and comfy for a quick overnight. However, we stayed two days and it was a day to long. There was not enough coffee in room, the pool was ice cold with no towels, the ice machine was out of service and breakfast was iffy both days. Chances are good we will not be back to this location.

Okay place but needs to finish and make repairs to rooms and building. My room had unfinished drywall repair and bad repairs. Window was broken and needed a stick in the track to keep it secure. Side entry door locks inoperative as well.

I'm always very pleased with my stays at the quality inn north Evansville Indiana this hotel has the most wonderful and sweetest people I've ever encountered while staying at these hotels very friendly people the rooms are big and spacious very clean the bathrooms are big you don't hear anything from the rooms next to you the pool room was very well laid out very nice pool felt so good the breakfast area is very clean good breakfast always very well stocked at all times coffee is always hot and fresh great beds to sleep in this is the most cosiest hotel to stay at and very reasonable on the price check in and out was fast and easy very great front desk girls they are Tara and Kristie both whom are very sweet girls thanks you two for all your help and compassion and thanks to the owners they are wonderful people as well sonny and pritti

This stay was terrible! From the rooms to the complementary breakfast. *The ceiling had cracks which lead to leaking in the beds and stains on bedding which wasn’t washed. Also aunts in the bed! *Vomit or some other body fluids on the bed skirt and floor *Showers were out of shampoo and conditioner *Pool was freezing and no towels * They have machines for apple juice and orange juice but only water available *If you like waffles that’s all they had with yogurt The only positive were owners that were kind and let us change rooms at least after we shared pictures from the room, to move rooms that were hardly a step cleaner.

Area had tornados and property was without power for 4 days prior to our arrival. The indoor heated pool was very cold. Attributing to power loss. The outdoor patio area was full of junk like old laundry machines and a/c units. Looked junky and not from the storm. Breakfast was less than palatable one morning of our 3 day stay. Tasted like a whole shaker of salt was in the sausage gravey. The staff was very pleasant and friendly but overall just average.

Beds were uncomfortable. Staff was friendly and tried to be helpful, but the fact that i needed to ask for so many different things was a problem. We went swimming twice and both times had to ask for towels. Both times it took a while to get them the second i actually had to ask again. The breakfast was really limited waffles, peach yogurt and toasted bread. I had to ask for jelly which was out. The orange juice and apple juice were very watery. I did really feel like the people were trying but they just did not seem to be able to keep up.

The entire property was completely dirty and in disrepair. Walls were dirty floors or dirty. When I initially got to my room, they were used towels in the sink, and somebody had been laying in the bed. The entire room was not cleaned. Trash was overflowing outside and the outside walls have not been cleaned for years.

Room was not the best ceiling had cracks and bad patch work walls had cracks.Bed spread had what looked like dried vomit. Controls on A/C was nasty like a child had touch with gross hands. Dresser was broken and waterlogged.

First the room was to be non smoking but it smelled of smoke when you entered. After a few minutes inside it didn't bother us. There's a shelf just inside the door that there was something spilled on. Wasn't cleaned up while we were there. Washcloth from a precious stay behind the night stand, half bar of soap behind the toilet. Have stayed in cleaner places for the same money. Overall wasn't a need to complain or change rooms. Otherwise everything worked. Friendly staff

Not a good experience. The staff was pleasant but there were problems with the bathroom, the rooms smelled musty. A disgruntled employee walked past the front desk swearing & yelling. Did not feel safe went back to my room & the employee returned yelling so loud I could hear it in my room.

The gentleman at the counter was the most friendly guy I’ve encountered at a hotel front desk. Julie was super friendly and even made my waffle after asking if I was too late. We will stay again.

Beds were uncomfortable. Staff was friendly and tried to be helpful, but the fact that i needed to ask for so many different things was a problem. We went swimming twice and both times had to ask for towels. Both times it took a while to get them the second i actually had to ask again. The breakfast was really limited waffles, peach yogurt and toasted bread. I had to ask for jelly which was out. The orange juice and apple juice were very watery. I did really feel like the people were trying but they just did not seem to be able to keep up.

It was an inner city motel. The front desk girl was amazing, very kind and very understanding. The room was not something we were willing to pay for to stay in.

The room smelled like straight musty and cigarettes. The room had bugs everywhere and stains and dusty. There was food on the floor, the pool areas ceiling was leaking in many places. For breakfast the only thing they had out at 6:30am was waffles and cereal. As a former Quality Inn and Suites manager I couldn’t believe the condition of the hotel. The front desk agent had her children in the waiting area. I will be asking for a refund.

The place was dirty, it was listed as having breakfast but there was none, there was coffee at 6am (when “breakfast” was to start) but it was cold. The staff was sitting behind the desk on her cell phone… brutal. Would never stay there again

Room was hit no air in and when turned it on it takes too long to cool off. The breakfast was not good at all. We passed on it. Friendly people.

I'm always very pleased with my stays at the quality inn north Evansville Indiana this hotel has the most wonderful and sweetest people I've ever encountered while staying at these hotels very friendly people the rooms are big and spacious very clean the bathrooms are big you don't hear anything from the rooms next to you the pool room was very well laid out very nice pool felt so good the breakfast area is very clean good breakfast always very well stocked at all times coffee is always hot and fresh great beds to sleep in this is the most cosiest hotel to stay at and very reasonable on the price check in and out was fast and easy very great front desk girls they are Tara and Kristie both whom are very sweet girls thanks you two for all your help and compassion and thanks to the owners they are wonderful people as well sonny and pritti

This stay was terrible! From the rooms to the complementary breakfast. *The ceiling had cracks which lead to leaking in the beds and stains on bedding which wasn’t washed. Also aunts in the bed! *Vomit or some other body fluids on the bed skirt and floor *Showers were out of shampoo and conditioner *Pool was freezing and no towels * They have machines for apple juice and orange juice but only water available *If you like waffles that’s all they had with yogurt The only positive were owners that were kind and let us change rooms at least after we shared pictures from the room, to move rooms that were hardly a step cleaner.

The room was fine,hotel needed updating. The breakfast was terrible. My husband had a waffle and had ate half before he saw a black substance in it. Looked like mold. Manager tried to tell us it was something added to mix but i saw him take the container and wash it thoroughly. He never came back and said anything to us. Needless to say we didn't eat the next day!

This hotel needs a complete overhaul as their wash cloth were in deep greyish color and looks like it was used to mop the floor with, the room was so old that part of wall was repaired but not pained. The room itself sprayed with heavy "perfume" and hardly can sleep through the night, the mattress were so terrible shape woke up with sore back and the bathroom fan is not functioning. The breakfast was a joke has no hot food except waffle. No meat and yogurt only has 3 to choose (I meant only 3 cups). It's one of the worst hotel for the price as I felt like slept through Motel 6 or worst contioned hotel.

Sheets and towels were clean. Furniture in the room was dirty and grimmy. Breakfast was between 6 and 9AM. At 7:30AM there was little left and no staff to service the breakfast. My spouse had the LAST bisket with grave which made her physically ill within a half hour of driving. Had to stop to let her vomit. And what little was left was cold. I do NOT recommend the motel. If i could rate it a zero would.

The room was perfect. It had all the handicap accessible items available to us except the shower chair, but we always carry our own. The customer service people were friendly and right on top of everything. The only issue we had was the breakfast, it was sooo bad, but there were plenty of restaurants around us to solve that issue.

Bedding was comfortable and clean but the rest of the room needed more attention. Spider webs in corners. Toilet seat damaged. Milk from breakfast was not good. Juice machine broken, OJ was provided. Breakfast options were limited but the make your own waffles were good.

All of the staff I interacted with were very nice. The room was ok. The air conditioner was shut off when we got to our room and it took it a long time to cool off the room. There were stains on the ceiling and the curtains were tattered and needed to be replaced. The kitchen must be below the elevator or very near because it smelled liked tacos.

The breakfast was pitiful and not what was advertised. The bathroom ceiling had spots of throughout. Lamps and picture frames were broken. Dead bugs were scattered around the perimeter of the room. Spider webs covered the corners of the room.
