Our room was a handicap room and it was good,but there were roaches in the room,the shower even though it was for handicapped people it was dangerous for a fall being that water would run out to the floor area. We would use our dirty towels and I'm sorry that we were not able to use our towels more than once due to having to use them to clean up water that would run out. There were other issues but l understand them but it's not appropriate for work areas. Thank you for your hospitality.

Room was clean and lobby was alright. Staff were helpful but this definitely wasn’t a place where customer experience is a hallmark. There was a sign up that said to call if nobody was at the desk and later in the evening there was a dog behind the desk eating a taco. Can’t make that up 😂. There seemed to be some type of shady business being run out of the parking lot, but we couldn’t say what. But it was obvious enough that a different establishment would probably have called the cops to come have a chat. Last, when we got to our room there was a small sheet of paper telling us about the amenities that were in the room. It then proceeded to say if you would like to take any of those we will charge you $25 per item. The problem was, many of those items weren’t in the room start with. So we had to make sure we told the front desk multiple times what was not in the room just to ensure we weren’t being charged for something. To us that just seemed a little odd.

Room was as described and pictures were accurate. Check-in was quick and easy. Nearby to many restaurants and shops, as well as close to highway which made traveling easy.
