The lady who tended the breakfast area did a great job and was very nice...front desk also nice. The room was large, up to date, modern, and well detailed. Shower had a grab-bar (we are seniors). Room rate was competitive. Indoor pool. Very good channel offering. Hotel was spotless.

This was my first time staying at a Holiday Inn Express, and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was quiet and immaculately clean. It was well appointed, with comfortable beds and bedding, a large TV with good reception, and everything I needed for my stay. The staff were pleasant and professional, and the property felt safe. Breakfast was a bit lackluster, especially as I eat vegan and the oatmeal was pretty watery. I noticed some good options for non-vegans, though, like a pancake machine that the kids there seemed to love. The pool was not in service during my stay, but there was a sign saying that pools in nearby sister properties were available for guests to use.

I didn't like all the noise above us on the 3rd floor. I did not like food (French fry) and other crumbs on the floor around the bed. Need to use the sweeper hose around and under the bed after each occupant. Breakfast was cold at 6:00 a.m. when you would think it would be hot and fresh that early. Been to this hotel before and never had these issues. Overall it is a comfortable place and the beds are comfortable. With that being said we had a good sleep, that is the sole purpose of a hotel I suppose.

We couldn’t get in our room till after 4 due to it not being cleaned but they had a nerve to knock on my door day of check out at 9:21. Over all everything was ok they need to scrub the scum around the tub bathroom is the most important for me this is why they got the starts they have from me.

staff were all really friendly. The daily breakfast was as expected. My only complaint is that we killed two spiders in our bathroom. We were on the ground floor near the door so that could have been the issue. Because the rest of the hotel was clean and the linen were all white I didn't fret over the spider issue. Over all the hotel seemed cleaned and orderly. We would stay here again.

My wife and I were shocked at how clean the hotel was. We have been in many and they were not comfortable or clean. this one was excellent. Bathrooms so clean, beds were so comfortable, breakfast was great and 1st one who had bacon, our favorite. People were friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies deserve a raise and everyone else in the hotel

One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Rooms were immaculate, service was excellent. Only negative - room A/C was overpowering and there was no way to turn down the fan in the unit. When it came on it was like opening the door on a blizzard (slight exaggeration). Often woke up during the night with a sinus headache.

Stayed here several times. It's comfortable. Some minor flaws nothing too absurd depending on what room you get. Room mostly clean, small imperfections. Water pressure in shower good. Room heater works well. HDMI connection for ROKU, etc

I would stay at Holiday Inn regularly however the walls and floors seemed awful thin. We had kids stomping around in the room above us till after 10:30 PM, not good. Don’t think you should be able to hear it as well as we did.

This location was great. The morning employee who checked me out of my room was great. I love this hotel chain. Always a great stay. The night staff to check me in was a bit rude and uncouth. But otherwise a great experience.

I booked a room with a king bed for a business trip. The staff was friendly and helpful upon check in and check out, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the fitness center, which I used both mornings of my stay was well air conditioned! I used the hand weights and treadmill; there was also an elliptical and stationary bike. Breakfast was well stocked (full continental breakfast with a few variations the 2nd day); I ate breakfast around 8 and it opened at 6:00. Honestly this is where I will stay for my conference next year, regardless if the price fluctuates.

Check in was unpleasant, very upsetting and sadly in need customer service training. After a long day of travel, it was just AWFUL. This hotel could learn A LOT from the wonderful people working at the avid hotel in Ringgold, GA. They are superb!!

Nice place, no problems with that aspect. We had reservations for over a month, and they canceled them when we were ten minutes away from the hotel. Not sure why, but they reinstated the rooms at a higher price. We paid more money for the same rooms, unbelievable.

This place was very nice and the rooms were modern and clean. The breakfast was good and the area was near the highway and had lots of food options. The only thing I might ding, was the checkout women in the morning was not super friendly. Not sure if she was hung-over or what, but she was certainly less than enthusiastic to be there.

The room was absolutely spotless, and all staff was very genuine and kind. It was nice to see the GM at breakfast on a Saturday morning helping out by emptying trash, checking on those of us that were dining, and helping to keep the breakfast stocked all with a smile on his face. Would definitely recommend.

This place was very nice and the rooms were modern and clean. The breakfast was good and the area was near the highway and had lots of food options. The only thing I might ding, was the checkout women in the morning was not super friendly. Not sure if she was hung-over or what, but she was certainly less than enthusiastic to be there.

The smell of chlorine permeated our room down the hall. Other than that, the room was clean, downtown was a quick car ride away, and there were plenty of options for food around the hotel.

I didn't like all the noise above us on the 3rd floor. I did not like food (French fry) and other crumbs on the floor around the bed. Need to use the sweeper hose around and under the bed after each occupant. Breakfast was cold at 6:00 a.m. when you would think it would be hot and fresh that early. Been to this hotel before and never had these issues. Overall it is a comfortable place and the beds are comfortable. With that being said we had a good sleep, that is the sole purpose of a hotel I suppose.

This was my first time staying at a Holiday Inn Express, and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was quiet and immaculately clean. It was well appointed, with comfortable beds and bedding, a large TV with good reception, and everything I needed for my stay. The staff were pleasant and professional, and the property felt safe. Breakfast was a bit lackluster, especially as I eat vegan and the oatmeal was pretty watery. I noticed some good options for non-vegans, though, like a pancake machine that the kids there seemed to love. The pool was not in service during my stay, but there was a sign saying that pools in nearby sister properties were available for guests to use.

My wife and I were shocked at how clean the hotel was. We have been in many and they were not comfortable or clean. this one was excellent. Bathrooms so clean, beds were so comfortable, breakfast was great and 1st one who had bacon, our favorite. People were friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies deserve a raise and everyone else in the hotel

There is no coffee maker in the rooms. You have to ask for one. They are getting cheap. They say it is to be more eco-friendly, but they gave me a water bottle in plastic and the cups in the room are plastic. I am not awake enough in the morning to get dressed and ready for the day when I wake up. I need my coffee. I’d rather have them cut back on the breakfast. They potatoes were like cardboard.

I was a late arrival, which was approved. The night person was not a usual Holiday Inn Express worker.. she kept saying she works at the Hilton near by. The room they had for me had an extreme cat spray smell… there was no way I would be able to sleep in that awful smelling room. The front desk worker didn’t know how to switch rooms for me in the computer. She tried but to no avail. The worst thing was a guest (I think possibly a homeless woman or a drug addict) was extremely rude and offensive to me… swearing at me and acting atrocious. She made me afraid. I called IHG customer service while there in the lobby and the nice customer service lady found me a room 12 minutes away at another Holiday Inn Express ..Indianapolis SE. That hotel was better and no pet smells and no rude guest cursing at me for no reason!! The Assistant Manager for the Holiday Inn Express Greenwood was very nice the following day and issued me a full refund. So all turned out okay!!
