Great hotel. Friendly staff, clean and nice rooms with plenty of space in the suite. The pool was a bit cloudy, but the hot tub was great. Breakfast was nice, and the entire experience was great for the whole of the con for my family of four.

Things in lobby were clean. Front needs major landscaping. Half of bushes are dead or half died off. Pool tile needs scrubbing badly in pool and on pool deck. Spilled pool chemicals (granules on pool deck by supply door to pool edge).

Pretty sure our room had a cockroach in the tub. We forgot to take a picture before we flushed it down, pool was closed due to poop in it when we wanted to swim, next day we went swimming there was still poop in the pool. Told front desk and she said it was cleaned but then we saw the pool was closed again… pretty sure I swam in a pool with poop in it. Wont stay there again, breakfast was great!

The rooms were very old and not very clean. The furnishings were old and falling apart. The air conditioning unit sounded like an airplane was taking off constantly. The thermostat did not work. The shower handle was falling off. The rugs were old and filthy. The hallway and elevators smelled like mildew and the pool was closed for most of our stay due to maintenance issues.

The overnight stay was fine, but I left my car here for the week while I flew to Florida with my children. I had to pay $5 extra per day to leave my car which was not mentioned when I paid for the room. When we were in Florida, my car was broken into. Someone busted out my back window, took two bags, two wallets, and small items. Of course when we arrived home from our trip (at 10 PM), there was glass everywhere. My kids were crying and scared and I am a single mom so was by myself. I told the workers at the front desk what had happened and I had to call the police myself, clean out my car myself, tape plastic on the window myself, and clean up the glass in the parking lot myself. Not a single worker offered to come outside and help despite it being a chilly late night and me being a single mom with two kids in the car. I am very disappointed that they were so unconcerned and I was treated like it wasn't their problem. When I asked about their insurance, no one knew or was willing to find out anything. No one was willing to even check into looking at cameras. No one "knew anything" and acted like they had no idea it had happened despite it being parked close to the building. DON'T leave your car here!!!!

Nice staff, good breakfast, and service. The hotel walkways are dirty, inside of the room was okay for cleanliness. In my years with hotels.com, I've never sent a negative review like this, but this hotel just felt unkept and not well-maintained. The gym was dirty, and half of the dumbbells were missing. Again the staff was cheerful and helpful.

Called hotel to verify that they had an airport shuttle and the hours of operation…they said the shuttle started at 4AM…we needed a ride at 5AM. We then made the reservation through Expedia. Upon checking in we were told that the shuttle didn’t start till 6AM… the front desk said we had to call Uber despite telling us initially that the shuttle started at 4AM. We would have booked a different hotel had we known.

Country Inn is usually such a nice property but this one is not well maintained. Dirty glass windows and doors upon entrance, carpet has not been shampooed in ages, scuffed walls, moldy hot tub, cloudy pool, and on the last gay we found a roach in our room.They only cleaned and sanitized the kitchen area where food was served. No maid service daily (probably why they have roaches!) And the convention rate was $259 a night.

This place was rated much higher by others than we would rate it. Ok but not well maintained. Floors and carpets very dirty and in general in need of some care. Staff was friendly at check-in but housekeeping staff not courteous or friendly. Said they would clean room after 3 nights but didn’t. Would definitely not stay here again. .

Do not book this. The cleanliness so horrible. The manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. Asked him to check out the room he looked and said “it’s not that bad. The bugs are on the box spring they’re on your bed.” When shown where the room wasn’t cleaned. Other staff was a lot nicer, lady at the front desk ended up cleaning our room. Dealt with dirty sheets, dirty bed in general, dirty tables and window, food under the couch and even found someone’s sock under one of the chairs. Ended our stay with a nice leak that leaked all over my bag. Hotel was apparently booked so moving us was not an option and the team and booking company refused to relocate us. Hotel all around gross. Elevators not clean. Spider webs everywhere. Save your time, money and sanity and stay somewhere else.

The staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was dirty. Hair in tub and on walls. Washcloth folded on shelf was either stained or had just dried without being washed. Towels smelled like urine. One daughter showered. The rest of us made do and we checked out this morn to find another spot. Didn’t bother complaining/switching rooms. A different room might have had a cleaner bathroom but sheets could have been dirty. Also, terrible tv reception. Pixelating, freezing and sometimes speeding up.

The general feel of the hotel is decent with convenient parking and good facilities, and the staff was friendly and efficient. We arrived at 9 p.m. and were ready for showers and sleep after a long drive, so we didn't take full advantage of the indoor pool, patio seating and fitness center which were all nice. The rooms seemed clean and comfortable at first. However, our kids discovered a few bed bugs in their beds - a couple of dead ones, and one large one that was alive. We alerted the front desk in the morning and showed them the live one we caught, and told them we didn't know we were getting a roommate - it didn't take up much room, but did keep the kids awake as they inspected everything before settling down to sleep well after midnight. We didn't attend the continental breakfast except for a bagel and some coffee. The bagel was good and the food looked fine, but the coffee was weak and uninspiring.

We have stayed here many times. It is convenient for us. It was one of our favorite hotels. This time is the first time our room was facing HWY 465. The noise of the traffic was unbearable! It was like our windows were wide open. We will NOT stay here again unless they can assure us a room not facing the highway.

Property is right off the freeway and consequently, it's noisy. The shower/bathtub didn't drain properly and as a result by the time you were done in the shower you would be standing in 3-4 inches of water.

Our room I could hear traffic all night as it is by the highway. I have stayed there before, but we were on the top floor this time on the side of the highway it was hard to sleep. The bathroom shower had some damage and water pressure wasn’t the greatest.

Came in late so we're exhausted. A bunch of buses were in the checkin area. The lobby is small and crowded but do love the fireplace. We made it to our room after parking at the edge of the property. It was a busy night ! Finally laid on the bed to chill and watch a little TV and the remote didn't work. Too tired to call for help. No TV. Doesn't someone have to check this ? No directions provided. Bed was comfortable but AC was very loud. Had to put in white noise. Breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised during my check in and time here. They have a convenient shuttle option, safe rooms, fridge and microwaves in the room, it was clean and Trevar during check in had excellent customer service! Breakfast was a nice warm option although I did not partake due to my specific healthy diet I have although it would cater to most others for sure. Shuttle runs 4am to 10pm!! Nice pool and hot tub area with a decent fitness room too. Culver’s and Denny’s next door are perfect for breakfast and dinner options

Awakened 1:45 AM by the next room's VERY LOUD Television,.. started trying to call Front Desk then... called constantly with NO ANSWER until 5:30 AM. Tried 5 times to turn AC system to Constant Fan to drown out the TV...it turned off after 10 minutes every time. NO SLEEP FROM 1:45 AM TO 5:30 AM!! i had a couple issues and they were resolved so well and quickly. online showed the room i reserved with a couch. it did not have q couch upon arriving. front desk brought a roll away bed in which was perfect. my tv didnt work. within an hour i had a new working tv. i forgot my phone charger and the hotel let me use theirs. just great service! 10/10

We missed our flight and ended up staying here last-minute. We went in with zero expectations and were blown away. The staff was friendly, the service was timely, and they provided a free shuttle service not just to and from the airport, but anywhere within 5 miles of the hotel. They also provided personal recommendations for food in the area to eat.

Called hotel to verify that they had an airport shuttle and the hours of operation…they said the shuttle started at 4AM…we needed a ride at 5AM. We then made the reservation through Expedia. Upon checking in we were told that the shuttle didn’t start till 6AM… the front desk said we had to call Uber despite telling us initially that the shuttle started at 4AM. We would have booked a different hotel had we known.

I didn’t eat breakfast. Overall, the hotel was fine. It seems like it will require some refreshing soon. I would stay here again. As the hotel is close to a major highway, it wasn’t the quietest night I’ve ever had.

The overnight stay was fine, but I left my car here for the week while I flew to Florida with my children. I had to pay $5 extra per day to leave my car which was not mentioned when I paid for the room. When we were in Florida, my car was broken into. Someone busted out my back window, took two bags, two wallets, and small items. Of course when we arrived home from our trip (at 10 PM), there was glass everywhere. My kids were crying and scared and I am a single mom so was by myself. I told the workers at the front desk what had happened and I had to call the police myself, clean out my car myself, tape plastic on the window myself, and clean up the glass in the parking lot myself. Not a single worker offered to come outside and help despite it being a chilly late night and me being a single mom with two kids in the car. I am very disappointed that they were so unconcerned and I was treated like it wasn't their problem. When I asked about their insurance, no one knew or was willing to find out anything. No one was willing to even check into looking at cameras. No one "knew anything" and acted like they had no idea it had happened despite it being parked close to the building. DON'T leave your car here!!!!

Just ok, not sure where all the raving reviews came from. I could hear the TV in the room next to us plain as day past 1AM, which made sleeping difficult. Also, if traffic noises bother you, don’t stay here, as it was super loud. The breakfast was dismal- no fruit at all, no plain or scrambled eggs. Everything had meat. Breakfast sandwiches with bacon already on them, folded eggs with ham…. why not have the sandwich stuff and bacon separate so people can make their own? It’s not good for vegetarians or kids. I asked the lady in the kitchen if she could leave bacon off a couple sandwiches as she was making them. She had an attitude and acted annoyed but did do it. Would not recommend this place. The hot tub goes til midnight for adults, which might have been nice. The beds were comfy enough. The whole place needs updating.

Hotel was pricey but we were there for the Indy 500 and all hotels had high prices. Breakfast could have been a lot better if they had selection of meat for the scrambled eggs. What we ate was good. But it was exactly the same for both days.

Pool and hot tub were OK,but they chose the Monday and Tuesday following a long wknd to shut them down for annual maintenance. We stayed 4 nights and the room was supposed to be cleaned @ day 3,but never was.It was a one and done type of place.

The only reason I give it 2 stars is the staff. Everyone was amazingly friendly and helpful. Absolute kudos to the staff. But the property is ought be renovated. It is old and crumbling apart, smells of old smoke and mildew, carpets stained, paint peeling, beds worn and lumpy, bathrooms stained and hot water is barely warm. Just overall at that stage of needing a shut down for a year and a full overhaul. And take the misleading pictures down, it looks nothing like what you are portraying online. It is also NOT an airport hotel. It is a trucker hotel is what it is. And while I respect that is a demand that exists and it works for that, unsuspecting travellers just wanting a decent place to stay for the night before a flight will fall for it and it is not what we need,and you'll get reviews like this and we will be disappointed
