Embassy Suites by Hilton Indianapolis North

We had 2 queen beds, one was super old and squeaky. It was annoying to sleep in it. Other than that, the room was great. We were on the 8th floor and the one elevator was broken.

The hotel was full of dehumidifiers that were blowing constantly and made it so my work meetings couldn’t even communicate. I’m surprised They allowed people to stay in the hotel while they were doing these construction tasks. I want a refund.

The manager was great to work with. The evening reception was earlier than normal- we missed due to the timing, this particular weekend there was a national tournament so tons of students and families at the pool, eating areas. Very noisy and loud with kids running between floors. Elevator was broke down which made lengthy waits just to move about.

Great place to stay. Best hotel we've stayed @ traveling on the road in sometime. Only suggestion is the elevators; stay near the stairs and lower floors because only 2 work and they're incredibly slow.

The pool was closed, which is the main reason we booked the hotel. The a/c did not work and it was sweltering in our room. Also neither tv worked. Very poor experience.

They do need to fix the elevator. I got stuck in it for some time

Embassy Suites by Hilton Indianapolis North is a very nice hotel for business travel and families. We enjoyed our suite, which was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good with many options. It is conveniently close to the highway, many dining options & public transit. The nearby bus stop runs all the way downtown. On the minus side, the property is showing some wear. There were boarded up windows and drywall damage in the pool room, industrial fans in every stairwell & our window had no screen. Overall we were very pleased with this stay and would visit again.

Hotel is in bad shape, needs maintanence. Pool was too dirty, has some areas where the pain is missing or peeling. minifrigde was not working, I reported the issue, they never came to the room to assit me. Please stay away this hotel.

Overall, my stay was okay but I would not stay again. 2 of the 4 elevators were out of service and the ones that worked were very slow. I also found the person working the afternoon bar to be less than helpful/friendly, but the front desk staff was wonderful. There were a good number of restaurants around the property which was convenient too.

Our sheets were absolutely disgusting. The comforter had blood stains on it. The hotel room itself was pretty disgusting to be honest. Definitely the worst Embassy suites I’ve ever stayed at very disappointed to be honest, especially for the amount I was charged.

Room was dirty, hallways were loud at night time no order in this hotel and to top it off our hotel smelled like weed. We had our kids with us a 4 year old and 6 year old we requested to switch rooms and they stated there were no available rooms left. They offered to bring in a machine to filter the air out and it was never brought up. Horrible stay would not recommend.

The building itself and the common areas were very nice but the room was considerably dated anr the furniture had stains and was not in good condition. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink and the shower caulk was a little moldy

I enjoyed the Hotel. Interior was beautiful. My room had stains on the ceramic floor, I had ants in the bathroom and small black bugs on the nightstand next to the bed. I wasn't comfortable due to these issues. I let the front desk know about my room. Hopefully they will take care of this infestation of bugs. I never experienced this before in a Hilton Hotel. Very disappointed.

Room doors face an open corridor; huge party with LOUD MUSIC happened until 11pm, making it difficult to fall asleep. Room air conditioner didn't work well. Carpets stained, bathroom dirty. Continental breakfast not great (pancakes, pastries tasted like dish soap; breakfast meats seemed to be cooked in microwave; facility only had paper plates and plastic silverware).

I love that hotel, only thing is that practically ever surface was dusty like it had not been dusted in awhile.

My room was stinky, like someone spilled their body spray on the carpet or couch in the living room area. The smell never went away. The floor was never vacuumed, Caprisun straws and wrappers on the floor and paper. Ants were on the tv stand and table next to it. Wouldnt reccomend this place.

I was very disappointed with the condition of the room. The couch had stains on it. The ceiling over the tub had hair and grease. The brown blanket that came in the closet had purple and red stains on it. There was mold around the tub caulking and the floor trim had water stains over them. If i got to the room sooner the midnight i probably would have asked to be moved but i didnt see all the things until the morning. I dont usually complain to much, but you guys need to do better. There where other issues with the Maintenance, but if you stay in room 502 please be aware.

It's time for an update, carpet, paint, etc... Overall lovely property and I'll stay again on my return trips to Indianapolis

The temperature in the room and the hotel itself was extremely warm. You could not adjust the thermostat in the room and the hotel had a sign that said open your windows if you were hot. The entire hotel was like a earn sauna. Other: The staff was not welcoming at all. There was no customer service focus whatsoever and I think they are missing that piece that serves to provide a customer experience that would most likely make the customer want to book their next stay at the hotel.

Rooms need an update. Our carpet was worn and torn. Stains in shower and bathroom tiles cracked. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

Our room had no AC. We didn’t notice it until 2am when I woke up drenched in sweat. Couldn’t sleep well.

Stayed here after a Beef & Boards show. Love the close proximity to the show, and also the walkable distance to a good Mexican restaurant. Really like the easy parking. Came with 4 drink tickets for some draft domestics. Spacious. Clean. The elevators were pretty slow-lots of families and teams staying the weekend as well, and the pillows were not the best, although the bed was really comfortable. The hot breakfast was fine, convenient. They even let us nap an hour past checkout time. I’ll book with this property again for our next Beef & Boards show.

We overall love the hotel. Nice atrium area and pool. Love the services they provide- snack reception and breakfast. But some very worn furniture in the room and the pull out bed was broken and extremely uncomfortable- could feel bars and it was tilted. Also the windows by the door did not have curtains so it was extremely bright in the room with the pullout bed.

it was the worst night sleep that I’ve ever had in a hotel. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Overall, the room was nice and the hotel is nice, but none of that matters if you can’t get a good nights sleep.

Great stay, however the whole hotel was hot. Luckily each room has a balcony so we had that door open a lot to let in fresh air. Breakfast was AMAZING!

It’s easily 80° inside the hotel without exaggeration and there’s no way to change from heat to air conditioning in your room without calling the front desk . So the first night we literally in the winter, had to sleep partially through the night with the door open to the balcony because we didn’t see the sign that said to call the front desk to switch to air-conditioning. The room next to us had a tiny yapping dog that didn’t shut up for most of the night . Additionally the pullout bed was broken, and there were no extra sheets available in the room to use on it when I was attempting to close it after opening it I found a large pill behind the couch. The front staff completely lacked people skills as well .

The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas as we entered and the staff were welcoming and professional. Best Hilton stay we have had in a while! Property was clean and tidy- all staff were very friendly and willing to help. The breakfast buffet was spectacular! It was well managed and replenished as well as the dining room was kept clean and there was always a clean table for new guests to sit at throughout the duration. The pool was clean and upkept well.

I love staying at Embassy Suites, but this stay at this hotel was terrible. I had paid when I made the reservation. The lady at check-in was very rude. She said they were sold out the night before and nothing would be be available until 4pm. My sister reserved her room through the Hilton app and she was able to get her room by noon. I went back checking 2 more times and it was as if she enjoyed telling me no rooms would be available until 4pm. After being shown a clean room by housekeeping she finally gave me a room at 2:30. Then that evening I had been downstairs and when I returned I get a call on the room phone asking me my name? I asked who was calling and they said the front desk and there had been a mistake. They were not forthcoming with information, but I believe someone else was given and entered our room. My husband went down to the desk to talk to them. The new lady said she was sorry and she would get back with us and make it right. But at the time there was an emergency. No one ever got back with us. And we left the next morning after not being able to speak to anyone at the desk. I called when I got home and spoke to the lady who was at check-in. I explained what room we had been in and asked if I could have an itemized bill/receipt emailed to us. The charges for the deposit were confusing. She said they could not do that because we booked through Hotels.com even though other hotels always do. It was noisy with a small bathroom. No counter, small single sink.

The hotel was the standard Embassy with renovations. I am completely ok with the renovations but the customer service is what really needs renovations. 2 front desk

Staff was rude. No eye contact, didnt speak clear, didnt greet you as we walked in. Was told at 4 it would be 30 mins because my room wasnt ready. Went back in 30mins and was told it still wasnt ready, which in turn made me late for my event.

We stayed for three days with our pet, and every day I informed the front desk when we were leaving with our dog so the housekeeper could clean our room. Despite this, not once was our room cleaned, replenished, or serviced during our stay. The beds were uncomfortable, and the property overall lacked proper maintenance. There are large posters asking guests to be considerate about noise levels after 10 p.m., yet at 11 p.m., groups of kids were running through the hallways. It was clear that the hotel does not enforce its own policies. The elevators were another major inconvenience. Out of four elevators, only two—one at each end of the building—were available for guests, leading to long wait times. It was often faster to climb five flights of stairs. On a positive note, the lady who offered snacks in the evenings was a highlight. She ensured that guests, especially unsupervised children, handled food properly and kept the area clean. She consistently cleared tables and picked up plates, providing excellent service. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff was disappointing. The front desk was unwelcoming, housekeepers were often seen talking on their phones for extended periods, and the lady at the bar was rude and uninviting. The only exception was the bartender on our first day, who was friendly and attentive. Overall, I wouldn’t return to this property due to the poor service, lack of enforcement of policies, and general discomfort.

Great staff and amenities! They went all out for the Taylor Swift concert and had welcome bags with bracelets and a little note from management, it was such a nice start to the weekend! Great hotel!

When I checked in they gave me a dirty room. Then they moved me and the people next door were up all night banging on the walls, running in and out of the room, screaming and yelling. I called security twice and they still didn’t stop until around 2am in the morning.

Manager was FANTASTIC and she welcomed us so kindly and made my birthday special and went above and beyond and even gave us a free meal. We will definitely be staying here again in the future and a large part of that reasoning is because of her. THANK YOU!!!!

The hotel is great for the price! The area however feels far from safe! If I had know i would have book a hotel even more north of Indianapolis

Clean property with fantastic staff. It's conveniently located near restaurants and shopping centers. Great for a work trip or quick weekend away to Indianapolis without having to pay for parking.

Nice hotel about 25 minutes away from down town Indy. Lots of restaurants near by. 3.5 ft pool for the kids and a bar and restaurant inside the hotel if you dont want to leave. Served food till 10. The kids got chicken fingers and fries and said they were good. There was also a small happy hour free drinks from the bar and chips but nothing hot. Breakfast was good pancakes, bacon, eggs, sausage and a made to order omelet bar. It was a nice area near Costco and Wal-Mart if you need something felt safe at the hotel there was a security guard on duty. Older hotel could use a few upgrades but for the price and location We will be back 2 Adults and 2 Teenage boys

got sick from the Hamburger at the hotel restaurant 1st night ruined the whole trip. got lock out of the room battery died key wouldn't work. girl at front desk was not to helpful.. had to make 2 trips to the front desk before it was fixed and we got back in the room

The chef named Mike made very tasty omelettes and he was really nice and I liked the bartenders. I did not like the big tall guy that was creepily lurking around the chefs. We were told that the restaurant was closed on Friday due to an event that was happening on Saturday, but on Saturday evening, the restaurant wasn’t open, which was disappointing because we wanted to eat there. Karaoke night was really fun and I appreciated the late checkout.

The room service was difficult to order. No one answered the phone, ordered online through grub hub, but they said the order never went through when we went to pick up the order, it had to be resubmitted. Otherwise the service was excellent, everyone was very friendly, rooms were clean and spacious

We had driven for 10 hours and simply wanted to stay at the hotel for its amenities. Restaurant was closed, very disappointing. We had to go elsewhere for dinner came back to a closed bar. Bar closed at 6:30, we stayed there for the amenities as they were presented on the website. I would have expected better of the hotel and hotels.com to be accurate.

Room was great, breakfast was incredible. No issues. Will stay here again when in Indy.

I only stay at Hilton Embassy Suites while traveling and this was the poorest experience so far. It was spring break and they clearly did not staff accordingly. Pool was out of towels every evening and had ants everywhere. Breakfast lines were long and slow every morning. Never had a chance to get made to order breakfast due to the time it was taking. Tried calling down to the front desk and housekeeping and either no one answered or they never followed up on the need. Evening snacks were above and beyond the standard snacks I’ve experienced and the staff that was there was very nice but those are about the only things I can speak positively about.
