Great staff. Plenty of parking. Clean and quiet. It is a bit far from downtown where the sports arenas are, so there may be some traffic. But if you want to be a little further away and drive in, this is for you. It is right off the highway.

The beds were hard, the room smelled musty, the elevators weren’t working and the breakfast wasn’t very good. For $200 a night, I expected a little more than that.

Always have had great experiences @ Hampton’s yet teenage party w/ dozen of kids everywhere from the lobby to the pool & especially on the 4th floor where are room was located. French fries in the pool , games in the elevators, races up & down the hallways (4th floor esp.) late into the evening I’ve always enjoyed my stays ( my work requires me to travel extensively) Yet this experience was unquestionably below standards My family and I were very disappointed thank you!

I was very concerned that the mattress did not have a bed bug cover and there were hairs on the mattress. Room needed some serious TLC. Broken tiles in the bathroom, rust and dust on the bathroom air vent, which did not work. I had to turn the heater unit off during the night because it was knocking and making crazy noises which kept me awake. The pillows and mattress were hard and uncomfortable . The pool was not heated. I’m glad I only had to stay one night and definitely not worth the money.

Air was leaking in room floor was soaked and steped in water in sock feet, had to change rooms. Breakfast was terrible, beds very uncomfortable,no smart tv for movies and very limited tv channels. Alarm clock in room did not work rooms had a sour stinch and pool had rust in bottom will not be staying at this hotel next month when we are back in the area

Really nice indoor pool and laundry facilities. Great hot breakfast every morning with something different every day, not just muffins, fruit and juice. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Community trash cans could have been emptied more often and elevators smelled kind of musty but overall very clean. Close to all kinds of restaurants and highways. Very nice visit. Thanks again.

I chose this hotel because I had a rental car and wanted to stay somewhere which offered free parking and was straightforward to reach from downtown Indianapolis and the airport. The hotel is also located in a quiet area with several restaurants and supermarkets nearby. My room was spacious, clean, quiet and had a fridge and microwave. The room decor is on par with several downtown hotels I’ve stayed at previously. Free coffee is available throughout the day near the reception desk. Overall this hotel proved to be a great choice!

This was a good stat on our trip but I noticed when we got in bed both comforters to both queen beds hadn’t been washed. The first had jam, ketchup, and what I think was mustard. The second had a blood stain. I know they were new because the food was crusted on. The sheets appeared clean. Besides that it was ok.

Our room was right next to the office, and we arrived late at night (around midnight). We were exhausted from the drive and when we got into the room, there was a 3/4 inch roach crawling across the bathroom floor. My boyfriend flushed it and we moved all of our bags onto the luggage racks to make sure we wouldn’t have further issues. The bed toward the window squeaked so loudly every time we moved that it woke us up, so we moved to the other bed. Sheets were scratchy and pillows were lumpy. I’ve bought pillows from the Hampton website before, and these were definitely not up to standards. Staff was friendly, and breakfast was on par with most Hampton Inns. I’m loyal to Hampton Inns because they’re always clean, but this location fell well below the mark. I’m okay with paying more for Hamptons based on the service and cleanliness that is the norm, but this was a let down and not a good value for the $180 spent.

The staff is good. The breakfast provided a lot of options, but the room is smelly when I entered. The insulation is not good. I could hear noise came from the rooms nearby or the hallway. The air conditioner was so loud that I had to turned it off when I slept. This was the worse Hampton Inn that I lived in the past.

Location is great, near Hwy, close to downtown. Breakfast is good👍, typical Hampton Inn breakfast. Easy parking. Room (#226) and bathroom were too dark as few lights didn't work, refrigerator didn't work either. Luckily we didn't need to use it so we didn't bother to bring it up to the staff.

Great area with loads of shopping and food close by. The only issue I had was regarding comfort. I struggled to get comfortable enough to have a good nights sleep. The 2 issues were the pillows and the temperature. Being a side sleeper, the pillows were soft but not supportive enough. The air con seemed to work well, but the comforter was stifling hot and there were not any layers to take off.

The guy working the front desk when I checked in was dealing with a particularly aggressive patron. He handled it with class and was killing him with kindness. He also could not have been nicer to me either or more helpful. He should be given a raise.

Has a prepaid reservation and the “manager” Debbie charged me again for the stay. I went to talk to her and she blamed me and said I inserted my card for the incidentals too early. Then said I would get my money refunded a week AFTER I checked out. We call and spoke with the general manager, Levi and he refunded the money immediately. This is a first time this has happened at any hotel I have book through a third party website.

Front desk staff was curt, moderately helpful but it was disturbing that they did not check any ID when letting them know that I couldn't get into my room with the app. They just said last name, and walked off, came back with a card. Housekeeping and breakfast staff were amazing!!

When I try to call downstairs to the front desk the only thing I would get is a busy signal. I went down to the front desk to ask for a blanket and sheets for the pull out bed. I was given no blanket only sheets and was told i had a blanket. It took my husband going down to get a blanket. He was told all blankets were in the laundry to be washed but he was able to locate the last one

We arrived at night after driving all day to find out the manager had canceled our reservation earlier that day because they were overbooked. Didn't bother to let us know. Desk person said the manager had called a nearby Comfort Inn and there was a room waiting for us there. So we went there to find out no such call was received, they had no rooms, and don't allow dogs - our reason for being in Indy in the first place. By this time it's nearly midnight. We were very fortunate to find a better room at a far nicer - dare I say luxury - hotel for less money due to it being so late and last minute. No more Hampton for us!

We were very fortunate to find a better room at a far nicer - dare I say luxury - hotel for less money due to it being so late and last minute. No more Hampton for us!

Great staff. Plenty of parking. Clean and quiet. It is a bit far from downtown where the sports arenas are, so there may be some traffic. But if you want to be a little further away and drive in, this is for you. It is right off the highway.

I chose this hotel because I had a rental car and wanted to stay somewhere which offered free parking and was straightforward to reach from downtown Indianapolis and the airport. The hotel is also located in a quiet area with several restaurants and supermarkets nearby. My room was spacious, clean, quiet and had a fridge and microwave. The room decor is on par with several downtown hotels I’ve stayed at previously. Free coffee is available throughout the day near the reception desk. Overall this hotel proved to be a great choice!

Poor customer service. Not friendly at at all. Breakfast very little options and not kid friendly. They had eggs with all thing little one don’t like in it. Waffle batter empty and no one really re-filling as it should.

Most of breakfast was fine. I would have like better options for that. The sausage was yucky and the bacon was chewy. Room was very nice and clean. Bathroom also nice except tub was very high to step into and bottoms of the 2 different rooms I used didnt look clean.

We had a great experience at this Hampton Inn! Check in and out was about 30 seconds. The place was very clean and well kept. The room was comfortable, clean, updated. Breakfast, although not elaborate, was very good with a wide variety of food and drinks. Definitely a great stay!

Nothing, no cookie, the bathroom was terrible, i went to wash my hair and there was watered down shampoo, shower soap and bath soap, it didnt even suds up. The worst. Breakfast was poor , the coffee was good.

The hotel was under construction, however the staff was so wonderful and understanding an made sure to put us in a room as far as possible from the construction because we had a dog. We barely heard it in our room. The breakfast was delicious... those potatoes were really delicious.

The reason I did not give 5 stars on everything is because they are doing construction and updating the property so they're is a little congestion in some areas. The room we had had been updated and what an improvement! There is now a walk in shower which is great and they moved the storage from the one wall and at the end of the bed which allows them to put in two qween needs instead of two double beds.

I have stayed in this hotel multiple times, the most recent times hoping that it would go back to being the nice hotel it used to be. They have been working on renovations for quite a while and the exterior looks updated, but the room I was in certainly hadn't been. The room felt damp when I checked in, there appeared to be some mildew in shower corners, and the lights above the credenza/closet system didn't work (I reported this to the desk on my second day there and by the third day nothing had been done). I was assigned to a room with an interior adjoining door, so I got to hear a small child crying at various times of night... not great. The room being cleaned/towels taken every other day was a disappointing surprise. The front desk person was nice enough but didn't take the time to tell me when breakfast was, etc. The included breakfast was okay, a decent variety of foods. While I have appreciated the location and used to really like this property, I will have to think about whether I want to stay here again.
