The trouble starts in the parking lot, which is seriously in need of repair. The front desk staff is nice when they aren't lying to you. I requested a room with (2) queen beds and was given one with (2) full size. The water went out for about 45 minutes before I could take a shower. Thank God I had already flushed. In the morning, there was no hot water, and killed a roach crawling on the wall. Needless to say, we didn't stay another night. The price isn't worth the aggravation and possible pest control services you might need when you get home.

It WAS DISGUSTING. TURF IN THE ELEVATOR? Dirty walls, my toddlers feet was pitch black after 5 mins on the carpet, bathroom was filthy. Including the tub, toilet part was never changed. Queen needs were definitely full. Breakfast was 2 random cereals with random unlabeled milk

Your site false advertised this hotel! No refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. Ice machine in building didnt work. Cigarette burn makrks all over tub n sink. Vent fan in bathroom hanging from wall. Filthy!! I shouldve been paid to stay there! It was disgusting. Breakfast was disgusting only offered cold ceral, coffe was awful. This place should be shut down!

I have never seen a hotel in such a state. So decrepit it seems like the hotel was shut down and now managed by people who walked in off the street. Filthy hotel, filthy rooms. No towels, broken faucet, brojen shower. Holes all over the walls. Garbage all over the parking lot.

Do not stay here!!!!! Calling corporate to shut them down! The rooms are deplorable! As soon as you walk into the hotel all you smell is cigarettes. There is a no-smoking sign at the front desk which is hilarious. There are bullet holes in the elevator. The first room we were given was disgusting the floors were dirty and the bed was not even made. The lights did not work and we had to go back to the front desk to get another room. We were placed in a room on the first floor that had remnants of throw up on the floor. Cigarettes burn on the tub and bugs all over the room. I don't think this hotel ever has housekeeping ever! We slept in our clothes we did not touch the sheets the bed was on pallets. We left the hotel at 6 AM without even taking showers because it was disgusting. I definitely plan to email corporate because they have the name Laquinta which taints the hotel in other areas. Management does not care they respond back to these comments and they should condemned this hotel it is not livable for anybody. We met her guests who had a refrigerator that didn't even work. The front desk person offered to give them ice cubes instead. My advice to anybody is to just spend a little bit more money to stay somewhere that is clean!

The front door is broken and the bell to ring to notify the staff was missing. After waiting ten minutes another hotel guest opened the front door so I could enter. I then stood at the front desk waiting for the staff to show up. The entire place is filthy and in disrepair. It smells like a flop house. My room had tears in the box springs, dirt on the bathroom floor. The coffee maker still had a soggy used coffee pod in the top, floating in a pool of who knows how old tepid coffee water. There were trashy people yelling both inside the hotel and outside until late in the night. There was a guy passed-out on the stairs in the stairwell. I left after the first night, which was already one night longer than I should have stayed. This place is a dump with inattentive staff. Don’t waste your time or money.

Let me just say this they must be stealing pictures off online to pull you in ive never felt so unsafe in my life upon elevator opening there looked like bullet holes in the wall of the elevator and it just got worse from there it smelled all thru the hallway we arrive at our room and the window was completely broken there were bullet holes or random drill holes all thru the dresser, cigarette burn holes in the shower curtain mold and filth thruout the room i begged my hubby to take us down the street needless to say i will be disputing this with the bank for false advertising i photographed it all! BEWARE DRIVE ANOTHER 5 MILES UP!!

The good: it's cheap, free parking, easy access to freeway, downtown and airport. The bad: all common areas smelled strongly of smoke (even though there are signs saying it's a smoke free property), lots of trash both inside and around the parking lot, lots of bugs, and just generally unclean. We switched rooms when we saw a cockroach in our room, and luckily they were able to move us. They also charged us the wrong rate (upon checkout they said they would issue a refund for the difference - but don't know yet). Also, the property and website both say they have complimentary breakfast, which was not the case any of the days we were there. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had, so I would not recommend staying here!

I checked in, went up to my room and turned on the lights and roaches on the carpet, bathroom was not cleaned after last stay, I immediately checked back out and I had booked my stay with Orbits and could not get refund. I would never book here again and will not use Orbits for my trips anymore.

I checked in to our room. Everything was dirty. Our sheets on the bed were dirty. The bath area was dirty. The carpet was dirty. You get the point. Its not in the nicest area of town. If the room was clean, i might have stayed. I checked out immediately.

This place was gross. If there had been an somewhat decent breakfast options i wouldnt have felt comfortable eating there. There were no mattress covers and the pull out couch bed was essentially springs in a holey mattress without sheets. The entire building smelled faintly of old cigarette smoke and nothing had been updated in a very long time. The service was slow and unfriendly. there were crumbs on the sheets and no rooms with more than one bed available. There might be sketchier places around, but probably not very many.

The room which we are staying in the hotels was pretty much good but the heater is not working properly they need to repaired the Air Conditioning heater because when we were staying in the hotel at that time temperature is like 2°c it's getting very cold and at that time heater was not working that thing cost little bit but overall experience is good

I was given room 106. The room was dirty on appearance & had a smell. Window was broken & wouldn’t close. Had to force lock it but it shook everytime the wind blew. The door locks were removed on the inside.. and 1/2 beds were literally broken. Came in at 3 to sleep, sat on the bed and hit the floor… would not stay again.

A good value for the price. Hotel was clean. Accessible room had a roll-in shower with a wide bench and handheld shower head. No microwave or refrigerator in room. A light breakfast was available.

The building and grounds are not good. My room was.... ok. The linens had burn holes, but were laundered. I checked for bed bugs. Ceilings and walls are stained. The water smells like dirt. I wiped down surfaces because it felt like no one has cared for this place in awhile. My friend had to change rooms. First room was awful. Her window was actually open/broken and the ceiling above it was literally falling. 2nd room, was just a yuck as mine except she had a smashed tv and no remote, no trashcan, no refrigerator, no microwave. Went back downstairs to let them know what we found and he said theyd change out the tv in the morning. Well, we returned later the next day to the same broken no remote tv and was told the person that had to change it out was already gone for the day. Disappointed for sure. We dont expect the nicest things for the price we pay but the basics would be nice. It is convenient to walking to a couple restaurants nearby so that was nice

Stay elsewhere. Firstly, I want to mention there is NO BREAKFAST. I put it in all caps so people are warned. It was part of why we chose this hotel, and despite it being on their website and that they have a sign and set up for it on the lobby, we had to ask to be told they don't offer it. Our room itself was mostly fine. The water pressure in the whole room was terrible. It made showering kind of difficult. The elevator had trash in it more than once. The service was awkwardly slow. When we asked for 4 more towels, they gave us 2 full size and 2 hand towels. We also tried to call in advance to confirm our booking and despite calling 10 times, the call was not answered 1 time. The facilities amenties were weird. The microwave burned a spot on the actual bag for the popcorn we made and the microwave sounded like it was going to break any second. Their elevator also made some concerning noises. There were small burn marks on the sheets and after how they handled everything else, I'm not confident in how clean things actually were.

The facilities amenties were weird. The microwave burned a spot on the actual bag for the popcorn we made and the microwave sounded like it was going to break any second. Their elevator also made some concerning noises. There were small burn marks on the sheets and after how they handled everything else, I'm not confident in how clean things actually were.

The mattress was luxuriously comfortable. Nice staff. NO accs 2bd rm.The sheets were clean but threadbare. The top sheet had salad plate sized brown stains across the top. We viewed these with disbelief and were so tired that we decided not to have staff come in, tear our bed apart, and remake it. The pillows were really old but good enough. We slept just fine. SAFETY: the deadbolt wouldn’t stay locked. C’mon! One bedside lamp had an empty socket! Only one side of the bed had power to the plug-in sites and charging ports. The electric power on the opposite wall was non-existent meaning all attempts by staff to turn on the TV were futile. There also was no remote control for the TV. ACCESSIBILITY: was bare minimum. There was no transfer bench for the tub and no handheld shower available. Towels were provided for one person. The refrigerator blocked wheelchair access to the window side of the bed, the side with all the power. So we had to run the power cord for my friend’s scooter across the top of the mattress and tucked it between the mattress and the headboard in order to plug it in for the night. The same was true to charge her cell phone. The working ice machine was on the 3rd floor accessible by elevator. Breakfast is no longer served at this location as of October 1, 2024 and changes to that effect online had not been corrected. Even on the night when Taylor Swift was in town for a concert, the price 4 this hotel room, the lowest we could find, was too high at $110 USD.

This hotel was atrocious. The staff was not helpful at all. The front desk girl came into my room unannounced 10 minutes after checking in. The locks were torn off the doors in the room. We found a bed bug on my clothing right before checkout and took it down to show the front desk guy and he asked me if I wanted it back? Literally asked me if I wanted the piece of trash back containing the bed bug to take back to my room with me. Like what the hell NO! The front desk guy wouldn’t even call his manager to ask about a partial refund. He told me “it’s Sunday he won’t answer” I spent a ton of money coming to Indy for Taylor Swift and this hotel didn’t even have coffee in the morning. I still haven’t heard back from the manager or anything. I’m appalled.

Stay elsewhere. Firstly, I want to mention there is NO BREAKFAST. I put it in all caps so people are warned. It was part of why we chose this hotel, and despite it being on their website and that they have a sign and set up for it on the lobby, we had to ask to be told they don't offer it. The staff had some difficulties getting me connected to their wifi. However, by using their combined problem solving skills and a bit of persistence. They finally got my mobile device connected. The nightly rate was in-line with the property characteristics. If your expectations are as low as the price is, then you will not be disappointed.

The front door is broken and the bell to ring to notify the staff was missing. After waiting ten minutes another hotel guest opened the front door so I could enter. I then stood at the front desk waiting for the staff to show up. The entire place is filthy and in disrepair. It smells like a flop house. My room had tears in the box springs, dirt on the bathroom floor. The coffee maker still had a soggy used coffee pod in the top, floating in a pool of who knows how old tepid coffee water. There were trashy people yelling both inside the hotel and outside until late in the night. There was a guy passed-out on the stairs in the stairwell. I left after the first night, which was already one night longer than I should have stayed. This place is a dump with inattentive staff. Don’t waste your time or money.

Area did not feel safe for my wife and children. We left before our stay was over and just went to a better place even though we lost the $$ for those remaining nights. Heater had 1inch separation from the wall allowing bugs in. Refrigerator did not work. Derelict cars in the parking lot. It is mainly a place for long term tenants not a great place for travelers.

The fact that this place is an actual hotel is ridiculous! I’m embarrassed that we stayed here but it was late at night when we checked in and we were tired. We left midday the next day and didn’t even checkout. Smelled like straight weed, sketchy people all around the premises and some with guns out of pocket. Entire place is pathetic. Should close this crap hole down. Dirty, too.

The whole hotel was not as it appeared on the website. We awoke Sunday morning, July 16, 2023, and there was NO HOT WATER for showering. The mgmnt. seemed willing to call a plumber, but we would not have made our connections. There was no hot breakfast as advertised. The area around the property is in a state of decline. There were police sirens all night. We would have watched them on their calls, but could not see past the dirty windows. I asked for accomodation on the one nightg's stay but was refused, so I will try to dispute the charge with my cc company and get the whole charge voided. Don't waste your time staying here, it's a pit.

The good: it's cheap, free parking, easy access to freeway, downtown and airport. The bad: all common areas smelled strongly of smoke (even though there are signs saying it's a smoke free property), lots of trash both inside and around the parking lot, lots of bugs, and just generally unclean. We switched rooms when we saw a cockroach in our room, and luckily they were able to move us. They also charged us the wrong rate (upon checkout they said they would issue a refund for the difference - but don't know yet). Also, the property and website both say they have complimentary breakfast, which was not the case any of the days we were there. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had, so I would not recommend staying here!

It WAS DISGUSTING. TURF IN THE ELEVATOR? Dirty walls, my toddlers feet was pitch black after 5 mins on the carpet, bathroom was filthy. Including the tub, toilet part was never changed. Queen needs were definitely full. Breakfast was 2 random cereals with random unlabeled milk

The whole hotel was not as it appeared on the website. We awoke Sunday morning, July 16, 2023, and there was NO HOT WATER for showering. The mgmnt. seemed willing to call a plumber, but we would not have made our connections. There was no hot breakfast as advertised. The area around the property is in a state of decline. There were police sirens all night. We would have watched them on their calls, but could not see past the dirty windows. I asked for accomodation on the one nightg's stay but was refused, so I will try to dispute the charge with my cc company and get the whole charge voided. Don't waste your time staying here, it's a pit.

The good: it's cheap, free parking, easy access to freeway, downtown and airport. The bad: all common areas smelled strongly of smoke (even though there are signs saying it's a smoke free property), lots of trash both inside and around the parking lot, lots of bugs, and just generally unclean. We switched rooms when we saw a cockroach in our room, and luckily they were able to move us. They also charged us the wrong rate (upon checkout they said they would issue a refund for the difference - but don't know yet). Also, the property and website both say they have complimentary breakfast, which was not the case any of the days we were there. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had, so I would not recommend staying here!

Horrifying. Do not spend the money. I get that you get what you pay for, but this was not worth it. I waited 2 hours just to check in.

It was awful had to switch rooms because tv didn't work and no refrigerator, lights flickered over the sink. The second room the dead bolt didn't work and I ended up checking out the same day I checked in. I didn't feel safe in this hotel. Pretty much the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!!!!!!!!!

The room was disgusting when I moved in I found all kinds of pills and everything else underneath the beds and trash and nastiness and the shower didn't have very much pressure it was gross the carpet was disgusting someone got killed in there I saw two men beat up some woman in the front or side of the hotel outside and nothing was done the cops were there every day because of drugs and everything else
