Do not stay here. We booked a room for the Morgan Wallen concert, and the hotel was completely unprepared for the volume of guests. When we tried to check in 45 minutes early, a very rude front desk clerk abruptly turned us away. We returned at 3:45 PM—well past the official 3:00 PM check-in time—and our room still wasn't ready. We finally got into a room around 4:00 PM. While waiting in the lobby, we witnessed a highly disorganized and concerning situation. The hotel was overbooked, and other guests were actively complaining about bed bugs in their rooms. When those guests asked for refunds, they were told the front desk couldn't process them and that they had to email the owner, who apparently refuses to take phone calls. As for our room, we thankfully didn't spot any bed bugs, but it wasn't very clean. The bed was easily one of the worst I've ever slept in. The only bright spot of the entire stay was the shower, which had great water pressure and drained well. Overall, it was a terrible experience. While the second front desk clerk we dealt with was incredibly nice and did everything she could to help, the first clerk we encountered was highly unprofessional. It’s overwhelmingly clear that the absentee owner does not care about the property, the customers, or supporting their staff. Avoid this place.
