Residence Inn Indianapolis Downtown on the Canal

No hot tub Hot water also went out 3x

The property was clean and we love that the canal was on the property with a patio to play games and have some cocktails

It would have been nice to know the fireplace in the suite didnt work, the television in front of the fireplace was cable only. The television in the bedroom had apps, but we had to stay in the bed to watch it! Our room door was uneven so it kept sticking, so we had to put our shoulder into it to open or close. I called front desk Saturday and Saturday night. Nothing solved. I reported findings to front desk when i checked out and ask for them to look into these things. It may seem minor, but the living area and fireplace is WHY i booked there. Sucks not to enjoy any of it. Hopefully they fix these things for the next person.

Experience was great as we checked in. Staff was kind and professional. Very helpful answered all questions and even gave us guide to know what was around the area. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Location was great as we got to walk the canal! Overall great experience.
