Comfort Inn & Suites Lawrenceburg

The staff was very friendly and easy to find if you needed to talk to someone. The free breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel stay. The food tasted great and there was a large selection to choose from.

Staff room were all nice.

We booked our stay through a third-party booking site to get a better rate. We arrived a little early to see if our room happened to be ready, and the female front desk employee abruptly told us that check-in wasn’t until 3:00 p.m. We completely understood and decided to spend the afternoon exploring the area and getting something to eat. When we returned around 3:15 p.m., we waited in line while she checked in the guest ahead of us. After handing that guest a room key, she told us we would have to wait another 10 minutes so housekeeping could finish our room. We sat and waited patiently. After more than 20 minutes, she informed us that our reservation had been canceled through the third-party booking service and that there was “nothing she could do.” She told us there were no rooms available and essentially left us to figure it out on our own. This was incredibly frustrating after traveling for hours with my family. Had we been told when we first arrived that there was an issue with our reservation, we could have started making other arrangements instead of wasting valuable time waiting. Instead, we were told to come back later, then told to wait even longer, only to find out we no longer had a room. While booking issues can happen, customer service should never make a difficult situation worse. Throughout both interactions, the front desk employee was dismissive, abrupt, and lacked the basic courtesy and professionalism you would expect in the hospitality industry.

Three grown men were "looming" outside of my door from after 12 am until almost 2 am. Never seen them before. I informed them I had a weapon and they left. I will never stay there again and would prefer a refund!

Hot tub did not work 😢This was very disappointing.
