The keys did not get us in the exterior doors. The bathroom light did not work. There was stuff from somewhere in between the bottom sheet and the mattress cover. Front desk person was not helpful. Asked for refund, but have not heard from them ( we did not stay there by the way). We found another place to stay. My recommendation is to stay away from there until they get their act together.

we went here cause our power was out. stayed five days. there was a used towel in our bathroom. most of the sockets didn't work. the staff was visibly irritated.. I stayed before and it was alright so I will blame it on the influx of people trying to get a room because of the storm...I honestly would give it another try under normal circumstances.

If you want to LARP like you’re in a trap house, this is the establishment for you! It’s filthy beyond belief. The carpet hasn’t been replaced this century. The TV was at least 20 years old but it didn’t matter because the there was no cable, satellite or streaming services. Bedding, sheets and furniture were all shabby and stained, as are the walls and floors. The photos online are incredibly misleading. My room had an actual pile of USED CAT LITTER on the floor, visible from the entry and the THREE different front desk employees I spoke to about the issues didn’t even attempt to make an apology or solution. There appeared to be a rodent or insect nest under the broken fridge stand in my room, as pictured. ZERO stars Hotels.com needs to remove this as a listing. There’s not an actual breakfast buffet but i wouldn’t touch the little bit of food they did put out because it was prepared somewhere within that filthy and disgusting building. TLDR: I have nothing nice to say: do NOT stay here!!!
