The good. Room looked as advertised in pictures within Hotels.com app. Room was clean. Front desk attendants were polite, and helpful. Parking was great. Texas Roadhouse was walkable. I will visit again. The bad. Cell phone reception on first floor was bad, and I don't trust public WiFi. Curtains would not meet which caused a one inch gap. This is a issue because I sleep during the day. I had to get some duct tape from my truck to overlap curtains and tape together. Also there is a Arby's restaurant directly behind the window which gives a opportunity for someone to peek in through gap if not taped closed.

I've booked here multiple times throughout the last couple of years, and it's always a very comfortable stay. The location is GREAT- right in the heart of the shopping area, with plenty of restaurant & entertainment options nearby. It's directly off of the highway as well, making traveling very convenient. The hotel itself is clean, quiet and comfortable, with every amenity you need, plus a little kiosk in the lobby for anything you may have forgotten. Staff is exceptionally friendly, WiFi always works well, and the location feels safe, which is important to me as a solo female traveler. I travel to the area twice a month, and this location is always one of my go-to stays.

Liked the new update on the motel. Possible driving issues when leaving the parking lot,especially at night or bad weather. Going south out of lot looks like it may be part of the drive,is actually a drop off to adjoining property. It’s unmarked, would be a disaster if you drove off. Looks to be about a 12 inch drop. When construction is finished next,problem will be resolved.

Front desk staff friendly - especially Abby on night shift - always smiling and helpful. Very clean and spotless common areas (although a bit dated). Breakfast is average yet adequate - would be nice if more fresh fruit, yet there is protein daily. This hotel seems to have a lot of construction and contracter clientele - many trucks in parking lot. Quiet and did not hear anyone else from my room. Pool is small and indoor. Very close to a few restaurants. - Good value

Close to good eating spots and shopping! Walmart is right across the street. We stayed on the 2nd floor and you could tell the whole room was slanted. The walls are all cracking and there was mold in the bathroom. The room was not as clean as it could be neither was the bathroom… there was hair all over the bathroom floor. The room smelled like mildew I most likely won’t be staying at this hotel again..

My room smelled dank. I had to go buy air fresheners to mask the smell. There were boogers on the walls. It was dusty and dirty. I was traveling for work, and was too busy to have time to switch hotels, or I would have. The staff was not friendly. The coffee was sour.

We really liked the breakfast and the pool; in addition, our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Each staff member was friendly, attentive to our needs, and made sure that we were satisfied with every aspect of our stay. We were very pleased with the Comfort Suites property and even more so with the service we received.

Booked a 2 queen room and when entering room found 1 bed and a couch bed. Asked front desk if I could have what I booked and she said no. This is what the computer shows so this is what you have to have. (Thats false) as the customer and having 3 people I know I didnt want that person on a couch. Also she trued 0% to accomodate just noway out of luck. Also 100% these are no queen beds thats a huge lie. These are full size beds meant for children. Ot grown adults.

Room cleaning staff was friendly. Desk, not so much. Poor customer service skills. Woman overseeing breakfast started cleaning up and taking food away about 8:30 even though breakfast was supposed to be served until 9:00. Obviously she couldn't wait to leave. The worst moment was when we saw her blow on the waffle maker to get crumbs out. Omg, how unsanitary. I wouldn't stay there again.

Room cleaning staff was friendly. Desk, not so much. Poor customer service skills. Woman overseeing breakfast started cleaning up and taking food away about 8:30 even though breakfast was supposed to be served until 9:00. Obviously she couldn't wait to leave. The worst moment was when we saw her blow on the waffle maker to get crumbs out. Omg, how unsanitary. I wouldn't stay there again.

We stayed here after an IU game with our 3 children. I was pleased with tbe customer service with checking in and out. The room was clean some furniture a little dusty/outdated(no biggie). But what was amazing was the lady who was taking care of breakfast she was so polite and helpful. We would definitely stay again

The room was a nice size, clean, and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Room was showing some wear and tear (desk chair upolstery damaged, some damaged trim in bathroom) but not severe.

The room smelled musty. The tv did not work. Outside window was about to fall out. Stains on bedding and towels. Very slow elevator. Toilet was wobbly. Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. Will not go back

Drunks in the pool four grown men with an ice chest full of beer being loud using foul language GD,MF, just being totally foul mouth around my wife and possibly children. Just thought they should’ve been a little bit more respectful. The hotel staff should’ve been more observant and called it into question as loud as they were being.

The room had mold in shower, dirty carpet that turned our feet black and socks black, dusty shelves where towels are kept, breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast, staff had to use public microwave to heat up biscuits, pool closed at 9pm. :( Staff was ok. Needs some cleaning. And this hotel isn’t really that old. So sad.

Overall it was pretty good. Couldn't enter through outside door closest to my room. Card reader wasn't working. The shower leaks a lot of water on the floor. The part the shower doors sits on is not angled to keep the water in the shower, so it runs onto the floor. Make sure to put a towel down before you get in or you might slip when getting out. Also, had the Do Not Disturb sign on my door when I left the hotel the first day. Came back and it was gone. Thought maybe someone took it. Nope. Opened my door and the sign was on my floor and staff had entered the room. I left the sign on the door for a reason. They failed that test. Breakfast was decent. Except the fake bacon. Not sure what that was lol. Paper thin and doesn't really taste like bacon. Each day alternated between that and sausage patties. The sausage gravy and biscuits were good.
