No fuss hotel, that was clean and comfortable. Absolutely no hassle about our families two service dogs. And plenty of grass space. When just traveling for one night, we seem to like the outside access and, again this worked for our family.

There was no elevator so we lugged our luggage up the stairs at 76 years old. The towels were scratchy and little. Much too expensive for room.

The room was very quiet & clean. Dual entrances was nice ro be able to sit outside. Outdoor chairs were not available, could be due to being Spring. Great breakfast, quick check-in. Extremely nice staff.

This was a pleasant and clean hotel with friendly staff. The only negative is that the complex used to be a motel and the rooms on the first floor had a door to the outside as well as to the hall. Our room also had a door to an adjoining room. All of the doors needed upgrading or replacement. They worked fine but you wondered if they were safe.

this was out 2nd time we stayed at this property and like the 1st time, it was very convenient because we had our lil dog and having to go out the door instead of the hallway to.go out was nice...was like a motel. We would definitly stay here again.

We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions. Pros: It is conveniently located right off the Westfield MA Pike exit. The beds are incredibly comfortable and a welcome respite after a long day of driving. The shower offers hot with great water pressure. The hotel is pet-friendly with a designated outside pet area. Breakfast is provided, and while it is pretty basic with hot and cold items, the waffle maker never fails to delight and the coffee was good. Areas that would benefit from attention: the shower caulking was a tad mildew and the tub drained slowly. The back exterior door was not secured- so I was glad for the deadbolt and upper lock. Staff were professional but not overly welcoming.

There was nothing to like about this property. I booked because it seemed reasonably priced with decent reviews, but was extremely surprised and disgusted upon entering. The main hall had a terrible smell... something like moth balls and a vacuum belt that had caught on fire. Just awful. I was hopeful it was just the hall, but it was our room as well. We opened one of the doors to the outside to hopefully air it out, to no avail. On top of that, our sheets and comforter both had stains. There was still trash in the trash can, which consisted of a petrified/moldy pretzel. How long does something have to be there to get like that? And the real icing on the cake was that it looked like someone had used buzzers on their hair in the bathroom. There were tiny hairs all over the floor, the tub and the toilet. We told the staff that the room was not clean and that the smell was unbearable, and he offered to cancel the room for us. He didn't, however, inform us that we wouldn't be refunded for the first day's stay, even though we absolutely did not stay there. Over all it was just a terrible experience and we wouldn't recommend staying there.

Our room could have used a good cleaning. When we got to our room I noticed that the trash wasn’t taken out from the people before us. I brought it to the guy at the front desks attention and he took care of it immediately. Also, the first night we stayed there the water in the shower was backing up. I brought it to the managers attention the next morning and it was taken care of immediately by him personally. It’s not a bad place but it definitely needs to be cleaned better. I wouldn’t recommend but the manager is trying.

The room was dirty and smelled bad. Lots of stains on the door, floor and walls. The tub kept clogging up to 5 inches of water every time we showered. We ignored the reviews because we had no choice - every other hotel was booked. Reschedule your trip or find another hotel/bnb - do not stay here.

The price matched the quality of the room. The staff was nice and was nice to have a balcony, however, the room needed a better cleaning and improved tv channels - no espn?!?! The carpet was moist/damn, as was the bathroom floor. Thankful to have brought slippers. The bathroom floor had pieces if hair on it. The towels needs to be replaced as had stains. Didn’t get the best sleep but we survived and got what we paid for - an inexpensive room off the highway and near our destination.

I have so few regrets in life, but booking just one night at this “hotel” is one of them. The room was either not cleaned at all before we checked in, or they just changed the sheets and called it a day. We found hair from potentially multiple other people all over the bathroom, and the towels were so dingy, we couldn’t tell if they’d been washed or not, so we opted to air dry. We didn’t feel comfortable taking a shower in the room, which must have been the right decision, as I heard another guest checking out tell the concierge that their tub wouldn’t drain. We turned the air conditioner on when we got in (which looked like a relic from 1994), and were hit with a scent that can only be described as urine meets mold. We opted for the fan setting instead of AC, which was only slightly less offensive. We saw guests on the second floor with their doors open, instead of using the AC unit, but we were on the ground floor and didn’t want to leave our doors open to the general public at the Wendy’s drive through next door. While the sheets were clean, the mattress cover was not, as I’m sure the spider in the corner of our room could see. Every time I turned my body to (try to) get comfortable in bed, the box springs sang out with displeasure. If you’re like me, and read one or two reviews about lack of cleanliness and are thinking, certainly they’re just bougie or picky, think again. I almost never leave reviews, but this was my worst hotel experience ever.

Mold on the ceiling of the room, clogged toilet and bathtub. Very dirty bathroom with hair everywhere. The hotel stinks! It looks beautiful in the pictures but inside it's not worth $50 a night! I took my girlfriend for a weekend in the area and had the worst experience for paying $200 a night.

Nice hotel clean with great service. Breakfast was good and well maintained. Quality of coffee and juice was weak. WiFi was weak. Beds were comfy. Shower needs attention. Fixtures old and not working well. No conditioner in shower. Aside from that the housekeeping staff was attentive and provided good service. They stay met my expectations.

I have stayed here for the Big E in the past. It's been refurbished since my last visit but still shows its age. The location is right off the Mass Pike which is great for travel but can be noisy for the same reason. We enjoyed the breakfast. It was well stocked and had plenty of selections.

The bed has a metal platform that makes noise when moving around. Our toilet ran all night with a hissing noise. The bathroom sink faucet leaked. The place was clean.

Hotel itself was ok, room was clean. Tv did not work, called front desk, they tried to fix and didn’t succeed. Said they would call management but it was already 10PM. Ended up fixing it myself after 20 mins.. will see if I get a credit or something in the morning.

There was smell as soon as you entered to building. Almost like they needed a dehumidifier. Got to the room and put on the AC. Left and came back at 1am with it not cool. Everything was damp.

It's location is in one of the most noisy areas I have ever stayed in! N O I S Y tons of trucks all day all night! No exaggeration!! NOISY NOISY NOISY Not one hour of sleep whatsoever. The signs of still working on refurbishing the rooms was nice, however, the smell of glue or whatever substance I was breathing was not healthy.

The room was just ok. The water in the shower took a long time to heat up (almost thought it wouldn't), the bathroom sink drained very slowly and sometimes didn't at all. the room was set at 69 and could not be changed no matter what, I tried everything. The maids didn't make up the rooms without asking and then only made the bed, but didn't refresh supplies. (coffee etc.) The safe was missing a button and couldn't be used. The lobby breakfast was ok.

Older man checking us in was very rude, not friendly and it seemed like we were bothering him by checking in, not a good first impression of the place. Sheets had some stains on them. Toilet had been used in the room and not flushed. Cleaning staff and morning breakfast lady were pleasant. Was not worth the $200+ a night it cost. ( entire area lodging seemed to be really high this trip, time of year maybe idk?)

Staff was ill-tempered and somewhat hostile, and breakfast was not cooked well and not served hot. The hallway smelled like stale cigarettes and dirty laundry.

The manager recieved me at the desk during the check in with utmost disrespect. I told him I needed to use the restroom after a long drive, so please hurry up. Hearing this, he yelled at me and told me he was not going to hurry up! I did not say anything to him then, as I was unprepared to reply. The following day/morning, I yelled back at him - and we had a yelling and screaming match (his staff joined him to help him) - but I hope this made him realize that guests like us pay his salary (not vice versa) and he needs to be respectful to guests coming in.

I had to change my reservation to be a day earlier but they would not let me change it even though they had empty rooms so I had paid for a night that I didn't even use. Terrible customer service I will never stay there again

I have stayed here for the Big E in the past. It's been refurbished since my last visit but still shows its age. The location is right off the Mass Pike which is great for travel but can be noisy for the same reason. We enjoyed the breakfast. It was well stocked and had plenty of selections.

Check-in was seamless. I was concerned with the safety as the property is right off the highway and backed up to a wooded area. Upon locating my room, the door to get in was propped open. The room itself was average. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. If you are trying to save some money it will do the job for an overnight stay.

We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions. Pros: It is conveniently located right off the Westfield MA Pike exit. The beds are incredibly comfortable and a welcome respite after a long day of driving. The shower offers hot with great water pressure. The hotel is pet-friendly with a designated outside pet area. Breakfast is provided, and while it is pretty basic with hot and cold items, the waffle maker never fails to delight and the coffee was good. Areas that would benefit from attention: the shower caulking was a tad mildew and the tub drained slowly. The back exterior door was not secured- so I was glad for the deadbolt and upper lock. Staff were professional but not overly welcoming.

I thought this was a well run motel overall for the price. Clean, very pleasant front desk staff, enough staff running the breakfast, breakfast a bit better than average w eggs, sausage and yogurt available.

Adequate and clean accommodation with comfortable bed and hood shower pressure located convenient to the Turnpike. However, room showed considerable wear and thermostat did not work correctly. Breakfast was disappointing with weak coffee, watery juice, and a limited selection of breakfast items.

Nice hotel clean with great service. Breakfast was good and well maintained. Quality of coffee and juice was weak. WiFi was weak. Beds were comfy. Shower needs attention. Fixtures old and not working well. No conditioner in shower. Aside from that the housekeeping staff was attentive and provided good service. They stay met my expectations.

perfect for a short one night stay. No healthclub or pool, but breakfast was decent and staff was very nice. Room was clean and bed fairly comfortable. Limited TV stations unless you subscribe to prime video or netflix

This is definitely an a-ok place to stay. We loved that the front door could be opened and we were able to sit outside. The bed was comfortable. The cleaning staff arrived daily. The refrigerator worked. The included breakfast provides something to eat. My preference is a local restaurant for breakfast with healthier choices. We would stay here again. It was convenient to my son's house and to I-90. We were traveling for a family event.

This is an okay place to stay. Our room has a strange and rather unpleasant smell to it. Next time we'll request a different room. The staff was helpful if you are insistent.

This is an extremely worn and tired property. The ac was loud and smelled bad. Rusty bathtub drain. Ancient shabby and scratchy towels. The bathroom door panels were separating. The bed was decently comfortable.

Staff was very helpful. Room appeared to be clean. Downside was a strong musty smell in the room. I wish I had a can of febreze to spray to make it less nauseating.
