Check-in process took a long time, about 20 minutes. Bathroom door would not close. Upgrades had been done to room, but done poorly. Bed was uncomfortable and small. Ice machine looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Breakfast was disappointing so went elsewhere. Paid way too much money for the condition of the hotel.

The Super 8 had agood parking lot, close to food & shopping. The building is dated and often smells musty. The housekeeping was Exceptional and our room was clean, new towels everyday and our beds changed & made each day. I would stay here everytime because housekeeping was so excellent.

I was pleasantly surprised after reading some terrible reviews. The staff was very kind and helpful and the room was very clean. The building is very old and a few things in the room needed updating, but everything worked properly. The bed and chair and desk appeared to be new, and the walls had been painted fairly recently. The workout room was being renovated, so that was a bummer, but there was enough space in my room to do push-ups and lunges!

Staff was easy to check in. Staff always said hello. Room was not clean, bedspread had long hair on it, i spilled water on it, they turned the cover around instead of replacing. Window was not secure as maintenance did not set the screen correctly, was hearing traffic all night, until i fixed next morning. Its the little things that set people off. Ice machine not cleaned in a long time!

This building lacks maintenance, I am cheap, so I usually get cheap hotels specially when only sleeping for a night on the road... this was bad i think if i did not have my daughter with me i would have slept on the car. Breakfast is bad and the ice machine looks really dirty.

The room smelled and was not clean. The floor looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped for quite some time. We only needed a quick place to sleep while traveling so didn't use any amenities.

Water coming up through the floor. Mold on shower head. Stool didn’t not work right. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. No chairs for sitting. Missing outlet cover. Were given towels to clean up the water on the floor ourselves. When asked if we could have a different room we were told no because we had booked our room online. We had reservations to stay two nights and because of conditions of the room we checked out after the first night.

Staff was super sweet. Room looked nice and clean but had a very musky, moldy smell. I thought I would have problems with my allergies but didn’t. Quiet area even though beside the highway. Comfy bed. Didn’t take pride in the remodeling work (Hard for me not to notice as a contractor). Over all it was good!

Check in staff was kind and courteous. Let us check in early! Our room was not cleaned well, there was pop/sticky all over the ac/heater unit. Our sheets had stains on them. Smelled like someone had just smoked a cigarette in our room. We ended up not staying and just left and drove 3 hours home!

Definite musty smell in both rooms. Coffee was terrible. Staff very personable and efficient. This place definitely showing it's age, with only band-aid maintenance.

Everything is a little bit sticky. Thin covers on the bed. The building feels dated and the decor is tacky. It feels like a roadside motel in a small town -- which it is, but it's not quaint or quirky. It's drab and sticky. :/

The room was spacious and relatively quiet. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. The furniture, however, was dated and rather dingy looking. The bathroom definitely needs a complete overhaul. It was dingy and, even though I'm sure had been cleaned somewhat, looked dirty and not in good condition.

Room was OK but bathroom had mold on ceiling and walls. No coffee maker. Noisy from outside. No wear to sit to eat a very limited breakfast. Staff were very kind. Pull out couch was broken and almost dangerous.

The staff was super helpful and accommodating. The property itself could use a bit of work. Space loosk dated and dingy. The bathrub in our room looked yellow, not white. Which realy didnt make us want to shower (we didn't, actually). The sofas in our room were veey dirty and old looking. Kind of reminded me a durty frat house! Lol. Sheets were clean but the top covers looked dirty and stained. Unfortunately there was not much to choose in terms of hotels in the area that were pet friendly, so we stayed there.

Microwave didn't work, fridge didn't work, paper thin walls and neighbor's tv kept us awake all night. Breakfast was fine, that's the only upside in our experience.

The room was huge. Sofa and chair and dest w/ chair. Beds were comfortable. Room was quiet. It's an older motel so expect the usual cosmetic issues.Staff was super friendly and accommodating to my disability issue by moving us to a lower level room. I would definitely stay again.

The bed was extremely excellent!! The room was small, but very comfortable and it had everything we needed. The shower needs a little demineralizing, but otherwise it was fine. Even though it’s sat right along the highway, we did not hear any highway noise at all! An excellent place to stay in concordia.

Girls at front desk upgraded me to 2 beds when they realized that my daughter was staying with me instead of making us share a double bed. Greatly appreciated it, especially since I didn't ask for one. Thanks soo much!

Took approximately 1 hour to get checked in at 11:00 pm. Old outdated Hotel. Most disturbing was I was sitting in my room and someone walked right in. When I asked desk they said they thought I checked out. How can that be!!! Giving someone else access when I'm still checked in. This could have been very dangerous if just a female. I will never stay here again. Very poor security.

I liked the reasonably quiet setting. In the morning I walked to McDonalds next door for breakfast and stopped at Scooters for a coffee on the way out of town.

The Super 8 had agood parking lot, close to food & shopping. The building is dated and often smells musty. The housekeeping was Exceptional and our room was clean, new towels everyday and our beds changed & made each day. I would stay here everytime because housekeeping was so excellent.

The bed was extremely excellent!! The room was small, but very comfortable and it had everything we needed. The shower needs a little demineralizing, but otherwise it was fine. Even though it’s sat right along the highway, we did not hear any highway noise at all! An excellent place to stay in concordia.

Rooms were ok for a hunting trip, in which we were on. I wouldn’t recommend for a family. Hotel was packed with construction workers. Continental breakfast was very lacking. We stepped next door and had breakfast at McDonald’s ever morning.

Check-in process took a long time, about 20 minutes. Bathroom door would not close. Upgrades had been done to room, but done poorly. Bed was uncomfortable and small. Ice machine looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Breakfast was disappointing so went elsewhere. Paid way too much money for the condition of the hotel.

Easy check-in, the hotel showed signs of age but was pretty comfortable. The bed was nice, A/C worked great, plenty of hot water and water pressure, not too noisy. Breakfast area was very clean but there were only two tables (and each for only 2 people) and breakfast was just waffles and other breads, yogurt, cereal, apples. However, price was great. We would stay again.

Room was OK but bathroom had mold on ceiling and walls. No coffee maker. Noisy from outside. No wear to sit to eat a very limited breakfast. Staff were very kind. Pull out couch was broken and almost dangerous.

Staff was super friendly. Room was booked for a double queen, we had two full size beds. There was a one inch gap under the outside door that let in a lot of cold air that we stuffed towels in to keep the cold air out. The floor was laminate but cracked. The walls had holes and the paint was chipping off. The bathroom was so small you had to stand in the shower to shut the door and then the bathroom door wouldn't even shut all the way. The breakfast is terrible. No protein choice at all, only carbs.

Our experience was incredibly disappointing. The ONLY good thing about this hotel was that the beds were comfortable. The "sofa bed" was so damaged and dilapidated there was no way I was going to let my 3 year old sleep on it. Thankfully a cot was available for her. The breakfast was laughable. Bagels were stale, juice machine didn\'t work, no bread... an absolute joke. The shower was beyond loud and the ceiling is falling apart in the bathroom. 90% of the hotel is grossly outdated. There is no way that I should have paid $130 for that room. This place needs an update immediately or to be bulldozed.

The breakfast was really not a breakfast and the clerk acknowledged that the water being served as coffee should not have been. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room that we were in was clean and maintained. The room that my traveling companions were in was not.

This building lacks maintenance, I am cheap, so I usually get cheap hotels specially when only sleeping for a night on the road... this was bad i think if i did not have my daughter with me i would have slept on the car. Breakfast is bad and the ice machine looks really dirty.

Room clean and cool, bed was a little firm, but overall was a good stay. Front desk is AMAZING, helped me correct a booking snafu that was my fault. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and will stay there again 👍

Nice low cost option in a pinch. That said super 8 corporate could due with an update to the property and quiet time rules could use some help. I’d give it another shot it the future as the staff was very accommodating in spite of a very busy weekend

In desperate need of updating, however, clean. Breakfast is extremely pedestrian. Had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to show up to check me in. Location was quite loud with heavy traffic noise.

The staff is great, however, the hotel is lacking, cleanliness and functionality. I stayed there from Friday to Sunday. The room had dead bugs all over the place, the bathtub would not drain when you took a shower so whenever you took a shower, is that to almost the top of the tub, the toilet barely flushed, the the door didn’t shut all the way, and the lock was partially broken and loose. You could actually see outside from inside the room with the door shut .There was mold growing under the sink. There were old bars of soap that were left behind by previous travelers. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. There was a bar in the shower so whenever the tub was not draining, I held onto the bar as I tried to make sure the drain wasn’t shut and I fell bruised. Both of my knees management was not on site nor could be contacted over these issues. If I did not have to be out of town for my son‘s event, I would have left.
