We booked this hotel as it said there was a pool. Upon arrival were told the pool was out of use as it was out of season. This needs to be made clear on the web site. It was 98 deg and no pool. We were very disappointed.

No elevator! The two men that did our registration were both nice. The janitor was a young lady and she was NOT friendly at all. Even if she hates her job, she could say hello when spoken to. Breakfast was just okay. Nothing to rave about. Would not stay there again!

We made the reservation online with hopes to use the pool. There was zero indication that the pool would not be open or that there was a specific date it would open. Even at check in, in person, we were not advised the pool was closed. That was one of the main reasons we chose this place to stay. The clerk was nice, room was nice but very very disappointed in the pool situation.

Bed bugs in one on the 2 rooms we booked. Went to the front desk and was basically told there was nothing that could be done. There was no concern from the staff working and no one went to the room to check things out. Will not be staying there again.

The hardwood floors in our room have never been mopped. My granddaughter's socks on the bottom were dirty. I got a towel & wetted it & mopped the floors with it. The towel was flithy when I got through.

Nice receptionist, but when we got to the room, the decor was very dated and the fixtures in the bathroom were very old, including the bathroom door’s metal hardware. The plug for the hairdryer was taped together. The bed was comfortable though; and having the makings for sausage and egg muffin sandwiches for breakfast along with fresh fruit was great.

Room was clean and comfortable. Only issue was that the microwave and coffee pot were no where near an outlet. I moved the coffee machine to the bathroom. Only 1 regular coffee packet in a room for two people. Missed breakfast as it was totally cleaned up at 9:05 on a Sunday morning.

Nice people. Noisy area, ac was very noisy and did not work great. It was a very hot day but never cooled down. Linens were old, paint was drab, room was claustrophobic (basement with small window), room was very small (did I mention that the room was tiny), tv adequate but hard to find channels (no guide). Hotel was good! Stay was fairly nice but the person at the service desk was horrible. We called down the night before and asked about breakfast and was told ends at 9:30. We got down at 9:02 and there was nothing warm left, only bagels and toast and yogurt. I went to the desk to confirm if theyd have more food and what time it closed down (on a Sun). He said I think 9. I stated that we had been told 9:30 and he said that they were problem training a new person. I laughed and said oh thats the problem and he said so is your attitude. All while playing video games instead of really helping anyone.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Close to the Boot Hill Museum. Got a good night's rest and a hot shower. Staff were friendly. Breakfast options were... interesting. Fresh bananas, oranges, and apples, good hot coffee, some premade eggs that looked like they were meant for a sandwich, something that looked like onion rings?, and a plate of eggrolls. Enjoyed the IHOP down the street.

Overall it was a nice place. The rooms are a little dated but clean and the bed is very comfortable. The hair dryer started smoking so we didn't use it. The pool is clean and refreshing on a hot day. There aren't many options on the breakfast but it is nice they offer something free. We would stay here again.

My room was clean and the service was friendly and helpful. The property is older, but they’ve done some work to maintain it. The breakfast was small and limited, but there was enough to do the job. The shower had caulking on parts of it that were unattractive, but I have seen worse. A good, basic hotel stay.

One of the bulbs in the wall lamps was out. Took two tries to fix it. The room was beginning to be shabby. The breakfast had a good selection of fresh made hot items.

My handicapped room had an outside door. A lot of road traffic and hearing the side door being used all night. My room was clean and comfortable, but would probably find another place if I returned.

Room was pretty clean. The place could use some updating. The continental breakfast was really bad. I couldn't even eat the pancakes. I think they were probably reheated too many times. The eggs too! Eggs were like rubber. Sausage not to good either. It started out a little noisy at first with it being so close to the roadway. Probably would not stay there again.

Parking was easy, staff was great! Washer and dryer for guests but was in the hall, no place to sit while clothes were washing, dryer didn’t dry.
