Room smelled and looked clean. Heat/AC had green light on but did not actually turn on. Window was cracked open so once I got it to finally close (was really difficult to move) the room temperature was ok with the PTAC on for the rest of the night since outside temps were decent. Did not use any other amenities . Front desk person was very friendly. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Lots of hallway noise from other guests.

Motel was under some major remodeling and renovation. Didn't hinder us, but may have had some higher ratings if not for the remodel.

In the middle of remodel. Beds were comfortable, easy check in. Air conditioner was a little weak in our room but it finally caught up and cooled down.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was supplied with all necessities. There were two downsides to the room. The air conditioner seemed to be on a master control at night. We had it set for 68 degrees to allow for good sleeping but would wake up many times during the night from the heat. The thermostat read 70 at one point but it felt much warmer as the night went on and cool again by morning. Secondly, the coffee machine at breakfast was "out of order" and I was surprised to see there was no backup coffee pot since that is how many people start the day. Upon request, the front desk did supply extra packs of coffee to make in our room.
