The stay was good except no working elevator. We checked in on a Thursday and the note on the elevator door said repairs would be done on Monday. Other than that the mattress was comfortable and the sheets were so soft. I want a set for my home.

Plenty of parking. Convenient location. The main ice machine didn’t work on first floor. Only working one on 3rd floor. Only one cart for hotel so none available when needed.

The hotel staff was amazing and so so kind. Lots of random people always sitting around in the public areas that were kind of odd. But we were very pleased with the hotel and staff. Minus the hot tub that wasn’t working.

Beds were comfortable & clean. Quiet inside room until housekeeping comes around to clean. Toilet struggled to flush but wasn’t ever a huge problem. Housekeeping could clean the carpet against the walls a bit better. Elevator to get to rooms was very tiny and hot. Staff was kind.

2nd night we had no hot water for showering. Plus both nights we had no where to park our car when we came back to the hotel. And the second night the hotel allowed someone to block like 10 spots with his truck and trailer (see pick below). For what we paid this was completely unaccountable.

The front desk worker was really nice and helpful. Ths cleanliness of the room was horrible had a roach crawling in the bathroom and it was alot of hair in the bath tub and hair all on the wall in the tub. Very unpleasant stay with my family. Didn't get commadate for the filthy room.

Nice service. The room was small but clean. The hotel itself could use a little tlc but thats okay. And it was in a very convenient location 5mins from the bottleneck and the granada if your going for a show.

Light next to bed did not work. Otherwise was OK- 6.5 out of 10. Repairs in room were just ok, poor quality of workmanship. Pillows in room were total junk 1/2 size pillows and only two per person. That’s is unsatisfactory!!! Will shop for a better establishment next time. Price was only competitive so finding a better hotel is easy to do,

This might be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The gentlemen who checked us in was very nice but otherwise it was terrible. Dirty, hair all over the bathroom from previous guests, cleaning staff walked into our room without knocking etc etc. very poor experience

This is one of the best Wyndham Hotels that we have used. We run a transportation company so our team travels all the time. When I say this hotel has one of the best front desk staff, I mean absolutely the best. They are very compassionate and professional and always go above and beyond the call of duty to make your stay a great experience. Thank you for a job well done.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. Rooms are very clean and it is staffed by the most professional team who go above and beyond in customer service. We love this place and we highly recommend it. Thank you so much for taking care of everything that was needed. We will definitely use this hotel again.

I had reservations 3 months in advance for a room with a jetted tub. They checked me in. The kid at the front desk was friendly. Not till I get to my room did I find no jetted tub. I returned to have him tell me “ ya I see your room should have on but unfortunately some one had recently passed away in the room with a jetted tub. I said wow how unfortunate but you should’ve told me that before completing my check in. I asked for a discounted rate I did pay more for the room upgrade. I was offered $10 off. The next day the cleaning staff started knocking on my door @7:47 relentlessly till I answered. To see if I was leaving last I checked check out time was 11:00. Then cleaners came back at 9:50 knocking again. This was a super bad experience for me.

I was able to check into my room earlier than the normal check in time which was great. I would have been okay if I could not have. The room was clean, air was on and it was comfortable. The desk clerk was very friendly and provided information on breakfast time, etc. Checking out was the same clerk and again she was very friendly and it is a small world as she knew family of a former co-worker of mine. I will definitely stay there again.

When we’re were on the way to the room we found that the elevator was down. We walked up 3 flights of stairs to find out that we had no power. The receptionist told us nothing about us not having power. When we went back down to ask about it, he was cold and dismissive when we asked about us not having power. We had to go down the hall way to charge our phones for light. We had no heat and all around was frustrated by everything. For us to not get the late check out either. They told us we couldn’t have our late checkout because it wouldn’t work for them.

The building has been renovated but not recently. The elevator seems to take a while to get to the upper floors. The room was nice, clean, and quiet, even though it's on a busy street. Because of traffic, it can be a tad tricky to get out of the parking lot.

This hotel was fine for the purpose it served: for sleep and breakfast. Everything else is for the most part…sub-par. To start, all the TVs are satellite, so bad weather and you get no TV (which happened the first night). I didn’t mind them cleaning my room, but at least replace the towels I use rather than leaving me with just the one I didn’t touch. The worst part was the area. For being so close to KU it was sketchy at best. Very strange people there and I felt very uncomfortable. Police had even been called one evening there was such a disturbance. I likely will look elsewhere for lodging if I ever come back to Lawrence.

Room was clean and comfortable; looked updated and everything worked fine. Staff friendly. Breakfast was pretty good; typical cereals/breads/fresh hot waffles assortment but also scrambled eggs and sausage was nice and coffee was great. Needed some salsa for my eggs and maybe some fresh fruit in the mix too! Happy with our stay and will consider coming again!

The breakfast was sub-par. No meat provided. The juice machine was out. Only one ice machine worked. My bathroom was dirty. There were dirty linens left outside my room. A plus, my king size bed was comfortable and the shower was nice.

Hotel was nice. A little dated but clean. Bed was ok. Pillows were not comfortable. Nice that breakfast on site. Eggs weren’t the best but about what you would expect. Staff and cleaning crew was very friendly

Property was very clean, although could use a little updating. I wish we had a coffee maker in the room Breakfast really could be better. Coffee is like water. The waffles were the best part. Staff was great.

The room was spacious, and clean. Plenty of parking, and breakfast included. Not a large amount of offerings, but enough for most everyone. The staff was friendly, polite and helpful.

We had a remarkable time. They went above and beyond to be sure all our needs were met. The continental breakfast was delicious and well stocked with hot and cold foods. I will be making this my place to stay in Lawrence, Ks.

Had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to come to the front to check in. Room was real hot and it took along time to cool the room off. Hall way was hot and the ice machine was broken. Breakfast there was no juice to drink, machine was broken. The sausage was dried up.

Totally functional, no curve balls. Room pretty darn clean. ROCKING AMAZING SHOWER!!!!!!!! TONS OF WATER, VERY VERY NICE! Breakfast very lackluster. No milk for coffee or cereal. Pretty good waffles self-griddled! Eggs from big milk cartons (kinda mediocre maybe). Coffee and juice better than expected. I get it, the price was pretty good - breakfast was in line with price. I would stay again without hesitation.

The room we had was supposed to be an upgrade, but the hot tub didn't work. When we brought attention to the broken window in our room, the gentleman at the counter copped an attitude, grabbed a piece of wood, wedged it into the window, and called the room "secured". Lucklily for us this was just a one-night stay, to which we will NEVER book there again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking area was very clean. I didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast, but I smell good. As for the room, we had bugs climbing on the wall or to ask staff to spray underneath the mini fridge because of a cockroach and I believe they had spiderwebs on the wall. But when they did cleaning, it’s very punctual and neat.
