The staff were very nice. I was very unhappy that the pool and hot tub were closed for renovation. The bed was comfortable but the sheets were stiff and scratchy.

The lobby was welcoming and so were the staff. Recently renovated, which was nice but needs more as the shower door did not keep out the water from the rest of the bathroom. The food was ok and not a ton of options like at other hotels. Also, beds seemed tinier than a queen and the pool had bugs in it.

Pretty easy to get to. Area wasn’t too busy. Check in was simple. Elevator was down due to it over heating. Not a huge deal but was a little inconvenience since I was on the third floor. The mini fridge not working was probably most annoying, but again all manageable since there were ice machines to fill the cooler. Ball tournament weekend in the area so lots of families and kids. The breakfast area was kept full and clean considering how many people came through. Room was clean. Bedding was comfortable.

Our bed was very comfortable. Our room was nice and clean. The only disappointment about our stay was the elevator was not working and we happened to be on the 3rd floor. Now if you are looking for much to do close by the hotel, not much going on.

I asked for extra towels and told them to skip room service. They wouldn’t give me the towels at the front desk and room service stopped while we were gone and cleaned. The pool was freezing both times we tried to swim. The kids only lasted about half an hour due to the temp.

First off the breakfast was very good. Better than most hotels we’ve stayed in. However, the shower was horrible. 5 minutes in the water was freezing cold and another 4 minutes it would warm up again. Staff was already aware of this issue but did nothing. Found a huge clump of hair on the shower wall the first day, gross! Room is very poorly lit. Only good light is in the shower. Had to keep curtains open for descent lighting. Elevator broke on day 3 due to unsupervised teenagers overloading the weight sensor. When we left on day 5 the elevator was still out. Unacceptable especially for someone with a bad hip! We’ve stayed at several Sleep Inn locations but never again at this one!

The room was comfortable and the bed one of the best we've slept in on this trip! BUT, it was "European-sized" with no place to put our suitcase except on the floor in front of the door. It was convenient to restaurants and the locations we needed to be at, too. You just might want to add something to place luggage in the room.

It was located fairly near the location I needed to be close to. Was very clean and attractive and in an apparently safe area. The only thing not good was the door nearest our room didn't work with the card key so had to use the next one down. Not a large distance at all so wasn't a terrible inconvenience at all. Would stay there again.

They had the best hotel bed that I’ve had in a long time! Nice breakfast options.

They had the best hotel bed that I’ve had in a long time! Nice breakfast options.

Check in receptionist was extremely rude, for no reason. Room was clean but very humid. Had AC as low as it would go and did not help. When asked for another room they said they were booked but also didn’t offer maintenance to look at AC. Breakfast was mediocre. Most of the stuff was empty even though we were there at 745 (breakfast started at 700).

Good selection of options at breakfast. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Noise from hall was a little more than I’d like, but overall a good stay. Would stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for its location to Olathe Medical Center. The service at the front desk was amazing and friendly. Room was clean and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was very good and plentiful.

Shady. Booked online as it says pets allowed only to find out 2 weeks later they charged us over $250 for our 6 lb, well trained doggie. They also collected our room $ before disclosing that the elevator was out and we were placed on the 3rd floor w no access to stairwell beneath the room. We asked for ground floor as we had valuables in the car and have bad knees but were denied. Beware, beware, beware!

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the water pressure was great. We arrived late but the staff was friendly and accommodating. The reason for 4 stars- the elevator was broken, the downstairs bathroom in the lobby was dusty and the breakfast wasn't great. But those aren't deal breakers.
