The check in was great and the gal that checked us in was very friendly. However, she failed to tell us that the pool was closed. I feel like this is something that should be posted online so we know when booking that the pool is not open. It was the one thing my younger son was looking forward to with our stay. We won’t stay here again because of this.

This is an older property, and it shows, it needs some maintenance. The included breakfast was mediocre, watered down OJ, limited food options. Up side, very good staff, nice indoor pool.

The humidity on the first floor, where the pool is located, is so high that our entire room was damp throughout the stay. As the week went on and the temperatures rose and rain came into town, the humidity in the room became unbearable. All of my belongings were damp and I am sure my pillows are ruined. The bed was damp all week and we never even turned down the covers, we used our own blankets that all left the hotel damp. It’s impossible to sleep in humidity that high. Guess what a wet humid room attracts? Bugs, there were bugs. The humidity was so bad that directly after checking out I had to visit a clinic for an asthma treatment because the exposure to the extra high humidity made breathing difficult. I discussed the concern with the manager who was kind but also insulting by insinuating that humidity so high it makes an entire room damp with moisture is actually just normal for the area and I must not be familiar with humidity. I am literally from that town! It was insulting for her to tell me I just don’t know what humid environments are like. No ma’am, the hotel room shouldn’t be wet. I shouldn’t have left with all of belongings damp and I shouldn’t have had an asthma episode triggered simply because the inside of the hotel room is too humid to breathe. Don’t stay here. Even if you go when the humidity isn’t at an all time high, the breakfast food will disappoint you before making you sick and coffee will absolutely gag you as is glugs out of an automated machine.

Stay was quiet, clean and excellent. 5 stars for sure. The street leading to the property is in horrible condition. It needs new asphalt. I am not sure if this is a municipal issue or the businesses issue on that street.

The room had a safe but didn't work. Asked after we checked it to have it fixed, was told the next day...nothing...other person said they are not replacing safes after they stop working. Some of the lights didn't have all the bulbs. At one point I needed to call the front desk...the phone didn't work, so had to walk to it. They only cleaned the room every third day. Had to buy air freshener due to the odor in the room. Workers smoke right outside the entrance and for non-smokers it is disgusting. Would never stay there again.

Upon entering the hotel, there was an odor, possibly the pool or something outside the front door. When I walked in my room the bathroom fan was on, that was odd, the AC was blowing full blast and the room felt very damp. Black mold was in the shower and the floor needs a better cleaning. The towel rack was a metal one and it was rusted out on the bottom of the rack. Towels even felt damp. I will not stay at this location again. Needs to update and clean better.

The breakfast was terrible. The biscuits and gravy were cold. The staff was putting the biscuits out cold. There was mildly warm lunch meat and eggs available. The microwave that was available was dirty. There was a cockroach on the wall in the hallway. There were burnt marks on an outlet in the room. The Wi-Fi did not work. We were never given a password for it. When you open the bathroom door, the door hits the toilet. The bathroom was very small. The beds overall were okay. The drain on the bathroom sink did not work. The drain would not release. There were lots of dead bugs in the windows.

The site is in need of updating. That leading to the cleanliness with stains and aged furniture. I gave them a 5 star because the staff and hospitality were too notch and that makes up for the minor issues of the stains on the carpet.

Arrived late Friday night and checked in with an unfriendly and rude staff member. Toilet in room ran our entire stay. Carpet had several stains. Elevator squeaky could be heard in room everytime it was used and woke us up throughout the night.

Our stay was great! For a quick Holiday weekend for 2 days. Location was good, staff was friendly and room was clean. The Continental Breakfast was decent also. The only issue was our a/c unit didn’t feel as it was working properly.

I am literally from that town! It was insulting for her to tell me I just don’t know what humid environments are like. No ma’am, the hotel room shouldn’t be wet. I shouldn’t have left with all of belongings damp and I shouldn’t have had an asthma episode triggered simply because the inside of the hotel room is too humid to breathe. Don’t stay here. Even if you go when the humidity isn’t at an all time high, the breakfast food will disappoint you before making you sick and coffee will absolutely gag you as is glugs out of an automated machine.

Arrived late Friday night and checked in with an unfriendly and rude staff member. Toilet in room ran our entire stay. Carpet had several stains. Elevator squeaky could be heard in room everytime it was used and woke us up throughout the night.

Our stay was great! For a quick Holiday weekend for 2 days. Location was good, staff was friendly and room was clean. The Continental Breakfast was decent also. The only issue was our a/c unit didn’t feel as it was working properly.

Room was in poor condition. Heater noisy, toilet looked dirty but was actually damaged. Sewage smell from sink occasionally. Driveway to parking lot in extremely bad condition (if you have a lowered car, don't bother, seriously)

We had stayed at this property several years ago. Quite a change since we last stayed. Carpets in halls needed cleaning, furniture in room was quite worn, no curtain in shower. Bed was quite comfortable, quiet as it was off the road.

Ice machine out of order on 3rd floor. Treadmill out of order as well as water fountain out of order. Lots of Chuck holes in approach to the hotel driveway.

We stay here as a halfway point when traveling. Our stay on 12/21 was great. Clean room, friendly front desk staff and quiet. Our night stay on 12/25-not so great. Room smelled musty, probably why the bathroom fan was on. A BUNcH of dead roaches by the window and chair, I guess the good thing is they were dead? Also it would be gray if they fixed the road coming into the property. The pot holes get deeper and wider every year.

Stay was quiet, clean and excellent. 5 stars for sure. The street leading to the property is in horrible condition. It needs new asphalt. I am not sure if this is a municipal issue or the businesses issue on that street.

This is an older property, and it shows, it needs some maintenance. The included breakfast was mediocre, watered down OJ, limited food options. Up side, very good staff, nice indoor pool.

The humidity on the first floor, where the pool is located, is so high that our entire room was damp throughout the stay. As the week went on and the temperatures rose and rain came into town, the humidity in the room became unbearable. All of my belongings were damp and I am sure my pillows are ruined. The bed was damp all week and we never even turned down the covers, we used our own blankets that all left the hotel damp. It’s impossible to sleep in humidity that high. Guess what a wet humid room attracts? Bugs, there were bugs. The humidity was so bad that directly after checking out I had to visit a clinic for an asthma treatment because the exposure to the extra high humidity made breathing difficult. I discussed the concern with the manager who was kind but also insulting by insinuating that humidity so high it makes an entire room damp with moisture is actually just normal for the area and I must not be familiar with humidity. The breakfast was terrible. The biscuits and gravy were cold. The staff was putting the biscuits out cold. There was mildly warm lunch meat and eggs available. The microwave that was available was dirty. There was a cockroach on the wall in the hallway. There were burnt marks on an outlet in the room. The Wi-Fi did not work. We were never given a password for it. When you open the bathroom door, the door hits the toilet. The bathroom was very small. The beds overall were okay. The drain on the bathroom sink did not work. The drain would not release. There were lots of dead bugs in the windows.

The hotel had a strong mold smell when you walked in the door. They had a dehumidifier running in the breakfast area and the AC didn’t seem to be working very well. We had to switch rooms due to the smell.

Very friendly staff when checking in. The pool area was so dirty and unkept. The mold, mildew, green algae type stuff on the walls was disturbing. There was a hole in the bottom of the pool that should’ve had a cover on it but didn’t. I can’t imagine what would happen if a kid stepped in it. They would get stuck! The bathroom in our room had mold on the ceiling. The walls had gross spots on it. Clearly has not been cleaned. Breakfast was good. The space in the double King room was nice, we appreciated the space and separation. The hotel the just needs some deep and even just surface level cleaning.

The first room assigned had black mold in the bathroom. The second room assigned was flooded from a rain storm. The staff were awesome in helping us traverse our challenges. This is an older facility, and could use some serious updating.

My family and I have stayed here on two different occasions. Both times we’ve gotten king beds and both times they have been hard and dip in the middle of the beds. In our suite room the door to the bathroom hit the toilet. Bathtub had hair in it. One the pool was working and was warm, clean and fun. They have swimming floaties, and toys, which was a hit. Second time, the pool was down. Breakfast is okay, the juice dispenser is broken, but they put out OJ and water in pitchers. Staff is always friends and helpful.
