No issues but always check to make sure that your shower or bath is working properly to let them know cause I just had a bath and no shower even though there is a shower head and everything, just need to do. Parking no issues and friendly people always and was a clean room

Very poor house cleaning. Gone all.day, came back & the room wasn't cleaned, plus the trash was still in the trash cans, no clean towels or bedding. Breakfast area was small, not stocked very well, not much food for breakfast. Had trouble getting the TV to turn on the first night, it wasn't plugged into the electrical outlet. Not sure if I would visit this hotel again, very disappointed.

We didn't have any issues although there were a couple of groups hanging outside both in front of, and on the side of the building. Room smelled HORRIBLE. Musty, moldy, and old. Mattress was like sleeping on a board. Air conditioner rattled all night. Felt like this should have been a $19.95 room instead of a $100 room

Room they gave me was occupied still, dead flies on the bathroom floor, no soap in the bathroom for hands or shower. No wash cloth , just two towels. You get what you pay for.

Absolutely horrendous, several bed bug bites lack of cleanliness all around, discovered a bedbug in our room. Went and grabbed the “‘manager on duty” and showed them they agreed it was a bedbug and moved us to the room RIGHT NEXT TO IT. No apology no compensation nothing. Hate to sound like a Karen but I’m taking it up the chain

Bathroom faucet looser than a three on the tree in an old Chevy. 30 year old blackened linoleum with a gap big enough for the people downstairs to climb through. Cigarette burns on the original equipment bathroom vanity and discolored tub. Herd of wildebeest running wild in and around 313...meth much? Other than that, don't set your expectations too high for a $75 room. The La Quinta and Hampton were sold out, so ya get what ya get!!

Overall the hotel was clean. The room clean. The bathroom was extremely worn and needs updating/repaired. The shower curtain was about to fall off the wall, it was so crooked that the curtain would slide open to middle of the rod. Impossible to keep water off the floor. The water pressure was almost non-existent. You couldn't control water temperature, it was either all hot or all cold, nothing in between. Bed only had two very flat pillows.

There’s nothing unique about this hotel. The bed mattresses are hard you only get 5/6 channels on there direct TV platform. There isn’t a phone in the room to call the front desk. They have a ring door bell to reach staff members at the front desk. And they are hardly behind the desk. Check bathrooms for cigarette butts I found one over the shower which tells me they either planted it there to charge me for smoking in the room or they just don’t clean the showers very well. This just my experience but the staff was very friendly.

There was no property staff, waited 30 minutes for service during check in and check out. Room lights didn’t work, bathroom was dirty and tub was disgusting, sheets in the bed weren’t clean, there was hair in the bed and it felt very unsafe.

We reserved two rooms and the front desk couldn't seem to figure out what we had reserved. They had to switch our second room because it only had one bed when we reserved two rooms with two queen beds. The second room they had us in had two beds but the shower didn't work. Seemed like hodge podge of second hand hotel left overs in each room. It wasn't an awful place to stay but definitely a place we will not go back to.

The hotel room was very clean and the front desk employees were kind. However, the AC in our room was not working properly, so we had troubles sleeping since it was so hot. The sheet rock was flaking off above the shower and the shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed when I showered. It definitely wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed at, but it could definitely use some improvements. The breakfast was pretty average. I also didn’t feel unsafe staying here as it seemed to be in a good part of town.

Ok it was my first time to stay here. Desk clerk was friendly. Checkin was quick, bed was way too soft and had an indention in center of mattress. Only a sheet and thin bedspread and only 2 pillows. Carpet with filthy and deeply stained. Bathroom was worn no grip bar in tub where it was supposed to be. Hot and cold faucet on sink was reversed and toilet needed to be remounted. While sitting on it it rocked back and forth. Breakfast was less than desirable . I will not go back.

Did not even stay. the pics used are definitely outdated. had to dodge a lamp the get into the room since it is right in the middle of the entry to the room, and it looks like the same floor lamp in the pics from 20 years ago. there was an odor in the room that you could tell people had been smoking in the room. burn holes in chair that was dingy from years of use. the TV did not work, the only cable attached to the direct box was the cable from the wall. I informed the desk of the issue and they said they would have someone check on it. when I returned from my event 7 hours later it was not corrected or even checked on. the box was still in the same position as when I had moved it when I was looking to the issue. the back of the remote would not stay attached. the table and chairs in the breakfast area have been replaced with a folding table and plastic lawn chairs and is not well lit even in the daylight. I discovered this is a weekly rate hotel after arriving which explains some of the issues. the outside doors are not key operated so access is not limited to guest. one of the lamps just had the cord just wrapped up and hanging from it.

Did not even stay. the pics used are definitely outdated. had to dodge a lamp the get into the room since it is right in the middle of the entry to the room, and it looks like the same floor lamp in the pics from 20 years ago. there was an odor in the room that you could tell people had been smoking in the room. burn holes in chair that was dingy from years of use. the TV did not work, the only cable attached to the direct box was the cable from the wall. I informed the desk of the issue and they said they would have someone check on it. when I returned from my event 7 hours later it was not corrected or even checked on. the box was still in the same position as when I had moved it when I was looking to the issue. the back of the remote would not stay attached. the table and chairs in the breakfast area have been replaced with a folding table and plastic lawn chairs and is not well lit even in the daylight. Shower was dirty enough that we didn’t want to use it. Two of the four lamps didn’t work. One switch was so sticky. I had to wash my hands. The soap on the bathroom sink was the absolute minimum. The loose faucet was probably installed by an amateur. The location allow us to hear every drag race on the street outside. We walked into the very warm room on Saturday afternoon. They had not left the air-conditioning running, although the place was sold out. Checking in at 4 PM. We still had to wait on the room. The sign out front said “ weekly rates “ which quite honestly never encourages a quiet stay. If I were to do this again, I would probably stay in Joplin.

The rooms and the hotel was clean. Staff is friendly and will do what they can to make sure your stay is great. The air conditioner worked great it almost worked to good. Parking is easy and plenty of spots
