We had 2 rooms for an overnight stay for a funeral. The staff were kind and gracious. I enjoyed a cool evening by the pool. The kitchen is such a great amenity for convenience and a home like stay! Thanks!

Was given a walk in shower (which I did not request). Decided to give it a try, but because hook to place shower head on at end was broken the shower sprayed out onto the floor making it dangerous. They sent a workman who tightened the shower head and told me he fixed it…..when water came through it shot onto the floor again. He said he had to request the part to replace at the end of the shower……never did see it and it was NEVER FIXED. I ALSO TALKED TO THE MANAGER AND ASSISTANT. EVERYONE KEPT SAYING THAT I REQUESTED A DISABLED ROOM…..DID NOT! THEY DID OFFER TO MOVE ME TO A ROOM ON THE SECOND FLOOR. I had already unpacked and had my day schedules full! (I had hopes of it getting fixed, silly me! Hot breakfast was not exceptional and sometimes ice cold with no microwave. There was also a sign asking guests not to take breakfast to room (although there were kitchens with microwaves in them!) overall I was treated as though everything was my fault for choosing this room…..which again I did not ask for a roll in shower. I will never stay there again even though it was convenient and safe for me, except for the shower! This was my second sat here and the first one in the spring was better. This time there was always an excuse blaming someone else working there!
