This hotel was very nice and budget friendly! The staff onsite were very nice and courteous. The area for breakfast was closed off like a dinning room and was also nice, amenities included: outdoor pool, hottub, laundry area if needed, office area, free WiFi, small gym. The room had a nice desk and office chair to work at, and it also had a nice comfortable chair alongside the bed to sit in. I would definitely recommend staying here. My next trip to the area I plan on staying at this hotel again. There were also places to eat and gas stations close by, and if you wanted to get food from a grocery store there is a Kroger about 10 minutes away with more options to eat in the area.

It's a little dated but the AC was cold the pool was clean and the Hot Tub was hot. Breakfast was all right, coffee is a little lacking. But I would stay here again the price is wonderful.

the only negative was that there is no elevator. I am somewhat disabled and there were no qualifying rooms on the ground floor, so I had a somewhat difficult time negotiating stairs up to my room - only 3 stars are given for facility conditions due to NO elevator

I liked the majority of my experience, I just wish the breakfast time window was extended one hour and that check in went a little faster. I know the kind lady who served me was new, and I’m definitely not angry, I was just exhausted after driving 8 hours and was excited to sleep, but had to stay in the lobby a little longer than I wanted to. Also, for those who have suitcases, I would definitely recommend an elevator. The stairs weren’t awful, but I only had one suitcase and I was not happy about lugging it up the stairs, especially because I was tired. Overall though, I love the Best Western!

The room was clean and met my needs. There is no elevator to the second floor and as a person with some mobility issues this was a challenge. There were no rooms available on the first floor.

Plenty of restaurants nearby. Hot tub was nice and clean. Internet was 40mb/s.

Our family really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! And close it was to downtown. Would definitely use this hotel again in the future!!

Room had a very strong chemical smell

The hallway floors were dirty. Our room wasn’t very clean. The floors were dirty and the walls needed to be wiped down. Bed was comfy and location was good.

I always have a good stay when I stay at Campbellsville BW. Staff is friendly and helpful, and room is very clean. Only problem this time: when I booked on hotels.com, I chose an accessible room, and that apparently did not get communicated to the hotel. I showed the desk agent, on my reservation, and she said that info never came through on the reservation. The hotel was full, so she was unable to help me out with the situation. Not her fault, and I had to climb stairs, as my room was on the 2nd floor. This won’t deter me from staying again with the property, but I will make sure to leave a comment/special instructions when I reserve next time and not rely on booking an “accessible “ room.

It was very clean

We were only there for one evening into the morning, but the first room they put us in smelled like marijuana so I asked to be moved snd it wasn’t a problem. The second room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and everyone rested well. We didn’t get up early enough to try the breakfast as we had checked in late the night before and we were exhausted. The checkout process was quick and easy. Staff was friendly.

Our family went for a family wedding and stayed at this sight. From the first second front desk lady was extremely courteous. The entire hotel was spotless as was our room. The breakfast room was very clean and well stocked. It is our first trip to any motel with absolutely no complaints. Thank you for a great stay.

Our room smelled musky so we had to spray our room to smell fresh. Our kids room was separate and their room wasn’t clean. Bed Sheets and chair was dirty/ stained with fresh red blood on sheets. It was disgusting and disappointing that they would even offer that room us!!

good location to my work site. Door keys are terrible. I spent a good 2-3 minutes each time trying to get into my room. Weekend staff did not communicate with weekday staff about my stay.

I’m giving this review because I had made one reservation which was fine but had to make a second reservation to add on an extra day because they wanted to charge me a fee just to reschedule. I made that reservation for the extra day and was told that I would get an email confirming and I never did. When the time came for us to stay there it turns out that the lady at the desk never even made that reservation even though she told me that she did and unfortunately that wasn’t the only issue, I paid for my reservation in full before getting there and when we finally got the the lady at the desk tried to tell me that she didn’t have my reservation at all but eventually figured out that the person I spoke to to pay the reservation already checked us in.

The staff was amazing! Everyone was so nice and genuinely cared about you. They offered to help with your luggage, greeted you asked if you needed anything. The breastfast was good they offered waffles, muffins, donuts, cearl, oatmeal, fruit, toast, bagles and im sure im missing more. They have a laundry you can use which was helpful since we were there for awhile. Its in a quiet area but not far from restaurants. I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back for another stay next year!

The front desk clerk at check-in worked with me sooooo well. I had not realized that there were no stairs within this particular location and there for did not request a first floor room. She took my mobility issues into consideration as well as the needs of my traveling companion (she is disabled) and found us a first-floor room. GREAT customer service. She made sure our needs as the guest were fulfilled. While I did not partake in the breakfast, Gina did. Again, the staff was amazingly accommodating and met her every need.

The staff were extremely accommodating. I work night shift and it's hard to sleep during the day. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable

No never staid there charged 158. Was suppose to get a refund and never did. Was told by two people I was going to get a refund and nevet did. Still fighting for refund. There was an computer clitch. And put be on the wrong date we was going down on and we ended up not going to cambelville due to cousin going to louisville to the hospital to have open heart surgery. Pretty crappy on there end wasn't. So I wouldn't book there if you don't have too.

One of the hotels that we stayed at with our college baseball team’s spring break. Our second year and the staff does not disappoint. They are very accommodating and helpful. Definitely recommend!

We were charged $30 more because of having visitors after midnight , which were my kids friends. Was debited after i checked out, without being advised. Attendant wasnt professional and ive stayed there plenty of times but never again.

All needed services was within a short drive from the hotel. I encountered no problems during my stay.

This was a perfect location for our needs. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful pool for the kids. We loved all the entrance doors close to each room. Great breakfast very family friendly. Everything was clean.

Great spot

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property itself is showing its age. The amenities like breakfast, pool, towels, etc was what was expected at a BW. The area seems to be in an old part of town; strip malls and restaurants within walking distance. Not a lot of security features to separate the hotel from adjacent businesses, like fencing or barriers. It feels somewhat safe.

I only stayed for one night. It was worth the price and conveniently located close to Campbellsville University!!

Front desk very nice! Room clean & comfortable. Keys worked 1/2 the time. Breakfast was awful! Eggs were cold &rubbery, sausage cold, hash browns cold, powdered donuts stale, no tea.

Came to town for our daughter’s graduation ceremony. VERY nice! FRIENDLY staff! VERY clean room! Good breakfast! Would recommend!

When we got to the hotel we were greeted by one of the friendliest front desk workers ever. She was very quick, efficient, & so nice. I was able to get extra towels & a toothbrush. Our room was around the corner & the hallway entrance door was clearly marked so it was easy to find. It was clean & comfortable, the ac worked so well we actually had to turn the temperature up as it got so cold! Not something that happens in most hotels. Best of all, it was quiet! The walls were still thin like all hotels but we only ever heard the person upstairs in the early morning. Had I still been sleeping, I wouldn’t have heard them at all. Water pressure was decent & I didn’t have to duck much to get under the shower head (my husband & I are both over 5’10). The shower curtain did not keep all the water in but hence the extra towel. The only negative was that the breakfast was meh. The apple topping for the waffles was good but the bagels were hard. Sausage was ok. But I never expect much from a hotel breakfast. It served its purpose the only morning we had it. Facility was clean. Outdoor pool was closed but we hadn’t planned on swimming anyway. Gym was small with only 3 machines but there wasn’t anyone in there with us so it didn’t matter. Grounds outside were clean except that the brick wall at the entrance had damage. No bricks blocked the road & you could easily go around. By the time we left 2 days later they had someone out to fix it. I’d stay again for sure!
