Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Erlanger - Cincinnati South

Hotel was outdated and not very clean. Called for extra towels and I was told I have to go grab them myself because there were no workers available. Breakfast didn’t have that many options to choose from. Our room was in front of elevators and it was very noisy every time people used it.

Average hotel. Lobby basic- not a bad smell but not fresh. Clean bedsheets (we always check)! Carpet in room could have used a good vacuum. Appreciated that they had rolling luggage carts and that they allow pets.

Room was clean and quiet, breakfast options good. Not much interaction with staff but was pleasant at check in.

We arrived later in the evening and left very early the next morning to catch a flight, but the staff were courteous, the place was clean and the bed was comfy!

The hotel is not well maintained and is in need of major renovations. The front desk woman upon checkout was very rude when I asked for a receipt. She asked why I wanted one. I said to make sure you don’t charge me crazy things like the $15 breakfast fee per person if food was removed from the eating area. We did not but just wanted to make sure there was no extra charges. She became very defensive when I explained why. She refused to give me a receipt.
