Breakfast was good to average, rooms were clean, easy parking. What I didn't like is no elevator and there were no dining locations near by, had to travel 20 minutes away for a restaurant.

For a little town, this hotel was great. Clean and modern. Seemed to bring in many out-of-town workers. No extra charge for parking. Free continental breakfast was plentiful. Loved the fresh fruit, yogurts, oatmeal, waffle maker. DQ is a quick walk across the parking lot if you’re looking for a late night treat. Our TV didn’t work. Staff gave us a different remote, but still didn’t work. Overall, not a huge deal.

The facility appeared like a nice place to stay until I heard mice and seen several roaches running throughout the room on tables and desk there is a few spiders in room as well ! I will not stay here again until everything is corrected ! Thank you !

We had 2 rooms. The doors between the rooms could not be opened. One room the AC was not working. We moved to another room. The second day of our stay the rooms smelled of mold. There was no cleaning of the rooms on day 2. The breakfast food was cold. The coffee was cold and ran out. This was the worst stay I have had in a long time. This should have been a really nice place. We will not go back there.

I specifically requested a non smoking room at reservation. I was given a room that had been frequently used by smokers. It smelled awful. No other choice but to take the room because they had not other rooms available even though we had to prepay for the room in full. No curtains in the room and the shade was broken. Bed linens were not clean. Very very disappointed.

Very clean property. The staff was excellent. We had to leave a day early and they called that morning and offered us a partial reimbursement for the extra day which we thought was very nice of them. The room and property looked like it had been recently updated and very clean. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

We stayed here in August and our room was very clean. This time the bathroom had obviously not been thoroughly cleaned in a while based on the accumulated dirt in the corners around the floor, the base boards and the base of the shower doors. Worse yet, we did see several roaches. We were very disappointed in the difference since our stay in August.

Refrigerator did not work, several outlets did not work, certain lights did not work. Worst part about it is they already knew about the problems before I even booked the room and failed to mention, especially after I had called hotel to verify my itinerary was received during same day. It was suggested to me to contact Expedia for a partial to full refund by a staff member, since there was no manager on duty. Once Expedia did what they did on there end, the manager of hotel denied to give partial or any type of compensation for the inconvenience. When road traveling with kids it’s necessary to have a working room with a refrigerator, good thing the ice maker in the lobby worked. Recently renovated they say on their website, more like a cover up. Expedia gave me a $25 credit for the inconvenience. Thanks Expedia!

The young lady at the desk that checked me was very pleasant. However, when I entered the room, it had a very musty smell to it. And I didn't care for the location being right in front of the elevator it made it for very noisy evening. The shower door was not working. And people were not considerate of their noise level at night.I didn't also understand why there was housekeeping going on past midnight hearing vacuums and cleaning going on past midnight made it difficult to sleep.

I did not appreciate having to pay a deposit ($100) on top of what I paid for the room. No where was it stated that it was required on the website. Staff was ok, not overly friendly. Breakfast was ok, did not keep it full, had no coffee, and very little seating. Me and my son went back to our room to eat. I probably would have preferred to stay a longer distance away from where we needed to be, paid the same amount of money and had more amenities available.

It was an excellent stay, aside from them trying to rush me out in the morning way before checkout time. I got bothered consistently by the housekeeper, and the front desk kept calling my room trying to get me out. I still got checked out with plenty of time before checkout time.

There are people hanging outsides super late into the night 11pm-1am.. they also hang out inside the lobby in those hours as well. Very loud. Had to call to have them keep it down, which they handled it. That was at 1am. I also got charged twice for my stay and am having the hardest time to get it figured out. They don’t want to refund me even though I have proof of both receipts being charged. I paid in advance back in July for my stay in Sept. and they charged me again at check out. Now they are giving me the run around for a refund.. I’ve had to call 3 times. Don’t waste your time… just book with a well known hotel. I tried to get a hotel close to family and friends and regret it. Next time Ill drive to them from a better hotel.

There are people hanging outsides super late into the night 11pm-1am.. they also hang out inside the lobby in those hours as well. Very loud. Had to call to have them keep it down, which they handled it. That was at 1am. I also got charged twice for my stay and am having the hardest time to get it figured out. They don’t want to refund me even though I have proof of both receipts being charged. I paid in advance back in July for my stay in Sept. and they charged me again at check out. Now they are giving me the run around for a refund.. I’ve had to call 3 times. Don’t waste your time… just book with a well known hotel. I tried to get a hotel close to family and friends and regret it. Next time Ill drive to them from a better hotel.

Very clean property. The staff was excellent. We had to leave a day early and they called that morning and offered us a partial reimbursement for the extra day which we thought was very nice of them. The room and property looked like it had been recently updated and very clean. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Breakfast was good to average, rooms were clean, easy parking. What I didn't like is no elevator and there were no dining locations near by, had to travel 20 minutes away for a restaurant.

For a little town, this hotel was great. Clean and modern. Seemed to bring in many out-of-town workers. No extra charge for parking. Free continental breakfast was plentiful. Loved the fresh fruit, yogurts, oatmeal, waffle maker. DQ is a quick walk across the parking lot if you’re looking for a late night treat. Our TV didn’t work. Staff gave us a different remote, but still didn’t work. Overall, not a huge deal.

I did not appreciate having to pay a deposit ($100) on top of what I paid for the room. No where was it stated that it was required on the website. Staff was ok, not overly friendly. Breakfast was ok, did not keep it full, had no coffee, and very little seating. Me and my son went back to our room to eat. I probably would have preferred to stay a longer distance away from where we needed to be, paid the same amount of money and had more amenities available.

Suite with "kitchen" = sink, mini fridge, microwave and several empty cabinets, ceiling light burned out so they placed a lamp from the sitting area on the counter. Very limited breakfast choices. Hotel is clean, room was large.

We had 2 rooms. The doors between the rooms could not be opened. One room the AC was not working. We moved to another room. The second day of our stay the rooms smelled of mold. There was no cleaning of the rooms on day 2. The breakfast food was cold. The coffee was cold and ran out. This was the worst stay I have had in a long time. This should have been a really nice place. We will not go back there.

Staff was great and very helpful. Romm was clean and spacious. The bathroom door was hard to close and open, it needs to shaved. The door to get out was broken, when I tried to go out the handle came off in my hand. I reported it to the front desk and the clerk offered to come look at it but I told her it was OK that I was only staying the night and wanted them to know about the problem. Breakfast is limited mostly cold options except for waffles, but everything seemed fresh.

Gentlemen at the desk met us with kindness and was very helpful when we checked in. Even though it was late. He reminded us that breakfast was served if we wanted it. And Explained if we needed anything just to ask. Thank you for your southern hospitality

The rooms had an awful smell that gagged you as soon as you opened the door. It was like a mixture of wet/damp musty and mildew to where I would not be able to breath and had a terrible allergic reaction to. The staff was apologetic and moved me up to a more less offensive accommodation on the 2nd floor but they had NO elevator so I had to make several trips (with the assist of the hotel host) to get all my belongings to the room after an extremely exhausting day that had already exacerbated my injuries. However that room was still a rather sad & pathetic constellation of anything that was falsely advertised. The carpets were decades old and so stained and filthy that even if they'd vacuumed throughly they still looked dirty. The jacuzzi tub was extremely old (like it hadn't been replaced since the 90"s) and there was no stopper to even utilize it if you dare for the fact that you'd probably contract something from all the grime and mildew buildup on all the jets. The small couch was also covered in stains as well so as there wasn't a truly clean surface to place any of your belonging or sit. The king size bed was made up neatly however it set on an extremely cheap frame that was immensely unsteady and swayed back and forth in a quite disturbing and unpleasant manner when you went to lay on it. The shower was decent but also lacks updated features such as a sufficient drain cover- the one that was there was heavily corroded and the caulking was peeled off and discolored.
