Did not like the lack of parking due to the large amount of construction/roadworkers staying there. They had parked their work trucks, trailers & delivery trucks in multiple parking spaces. I did point this out to the front desk staff.

The complimentary breakfast included eggs, sausages, biscuits, gravy, make-your-own waffles, yogurt, cereal, juice, etc.!! The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were all friendly. The only minor negative that I saw was that the door to the parking area would not close enough to lock it, but the area was not sketchy so I still felt safe!

No bugs found, but room was dirty. Found a bag of sauerkraut behind a chair! Toothpaste lid in sink drain that was black. Room smelled, possibly from left behind sauerkraut, but not sure that was the only cause! Pool was out of service due to hail storm earlier in the year. Front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast and the area was clean.

Property was ok for the price. The staff were friendly. You can tell it was an older hotel, however they did their best to keep it up to date. Breakfast was fine. However the elevator didn’t work. Nothing against them. I think the recent storms caused a power outage. Not much to eat around there, you’ll have to travel about 10 min away to get it the area with the latest restaurants

It’s a nice hotel for what we needed it for: a place for the night while passing through. We didn’t use the pool or gym. The breakfast was good. The only issue was that the elevator was down but that happens.

Our stay was only for one night and we specifically chose this location because it had a pool. How unfortunate for us to learn upon checking in that the pool wasn’t open that day due to testing/adjusting pool chemicals. Seems to me that this would be a process they would perform after hours to maximize amenity access. Regardless, the one selling point for our stay was a bust. The hotel itself was filled with an overwhelming aroma of plug in air fresheners that was intended to create a pleasant atmosphere, but it did not work. We were also met with the smells of wet dogs from people staying with their pets and also the smell of cheap cigarettes in the hallway. Not great. Also, the exterior doors were not locked leaving it completely open to anyone to enter the facility. Not good. The room itself was fine for a one night stay, however the bathroom needs some updating. The shower rod was loosely fastened to the wall and dropped rather low so that when you tried to adjust the shower curtain it would just drop back into the middle, leaving the ends completely open while you showered. Not stellar. I will say this…the bed was comfy. Though it sounded like the frame was about one movement away from snapping and completely collapsing. The only positive from our stay was that the two staff members I interacted with were very nice and helpful. Other than that, will definitely not stay at this location in the future.

The quality was poor considering the rating they received from Hotels.com. The elevator did not work. Refrigerator was not working. The bathroom door was very noisy each time it was opened. Every time I sat in the chair felt like I was being bitten. Did not feel safe in this motel

Check in was easy. Contruction equipment was everywhere. Pool closed. Inside the hallways smelled damp and nasty. Hotel filled with construction workers. Once inside the room barely heard a thing. AC was ice cold bed was co fy and shower was powerful and hot!room was 5 star all day long. Breakfast and rest of hotel i would rate a 3 star.

Check in was lovely, staff were very helpful. Rooms were nice upon first glance. But then we started seeing small things, some crumbs on the floor, desk chair a little shredded. Then when we were looking at the beds we started seeing some bigger things. Spots on pillow cases (stains/discoloration), what looks like food smeared into the edge of the mattress, and something similar on the curtains, bathroom counter had messy spots all over it that’s I wiped up upon arrival, and the shower had some hair in it. Nothing overwhelming horrible, but enough to make me nervous about how clean the room actually was. Other than that, everything was great, beds were super soft, pillows were soft, wifi was great, no disturbances, but unfortunately the cleanliness of the room left some to be desired.

This place is terrible, I don't know how it has good reviews. Checked in to a dirty room, pool is full of trash bags, exterior is crumbling, the bathroom floor in my room was broken tiles with caulk used as grout, the outlets are so old my charger fell out of all of them, room service banged on my door at 7 am despite having the DND sign out, shower curtain doesn't stay closed, the refrigerator froze my drinks solid, should I keep going? Just terrible.

We’ve stayed here many times and we love it. It’s an incredible value for what you pay. The beds are a tiny bit hard, but not anything I can’t tolerate. I’ve also stayed here while recovering from surgery in Owensboro and the handicap room was amazing!

Property is about 5 minute drive to OWB airport. Nearby restaurants in driving distance (not walkable). The room itself is clean. Rooms are also spacious with a separate living area, desk, and two large screen TVs! They also serve breakfast for guests. Overall, it is a great option for a quick trip/night stay.

I came in to town on a work trip, the guy that checked us in attempted to break into our room while I was at work and my two teenager biys were in the room with the door locked. He had no right to scare my boys the way he did. He didnt call me until after the fact. He claimed it was over the air conditioning but there was nothing wrong with it. When the deadbolt is locked you dont break in the room. My kids could have been changing and you illegally tried to open the door.

I traveled from Detroit as a single female for a function in which other people form Detroit also came. The hotel clerk provided an associate of mine a key to my room after he provided them my first name and room number. At no point did I authorize the hotel to issue a key to anyone, the clerk did not call me or anything. This is a huge safety concern for me. Although my associate was indeed coming to my room due to an emergency with his accommodations to have the clerk just issue a key to him is insane. Also filled ice bucket up with ice from the ice machine, when it melted it was so yellow it looked like urine. Im a so glad i did not use that ice in any beverage.

Drew was such a big help! I had mistakenly reserved for two months later through a third party and he walked me through changing the reservation so my family could stay the two nights I had intended to book! The breakfast was excellent, the room was clean, and the property was quiet and safe.

I really don't like to give poor reviews, but unfortunately we stood in the lobby for 10-15 minutes with nobody behind the counter to check us in. If we didn't already have reservations, we would have left. Our checkout was similar. It could have been a rare occurrence, but it didn't leave a good impression.

We were accommodated very nicely. The two brothers that work the front desk are very kind and service oriented. One is Drew, and his brothers name eludes me... Amin? We had a billing issue(not their fault) and Drew was very patient and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Manager at the front desk was exceptional , courteous , and kind . Front lobby was clean . Rooms were in good condition . Only complaint would be the shower head had very poor water pressure but it wasn’t a big deal . The fire alarm had a false alarm while I was in the shower but the problem was quickly taken care of by the manager . Overall it was a very pleasant stay given the fair price ! We would stay again !

Manager at the front desk was exceptional , courteous , and kind . Front lobby was clean . Rooms were in good condition . Only complaint would be the shower head had very poor water pressure but it wasn’t a big deal . The fire alarm had a false alarm while I was in the shower but the problem was quickly taken care of by the manager . Overall it was a very pleasant stay given the fair price ! We would stay again !

Property is about 5 minute drive to OWB airport. Nearby restaurants in driving distance (not walkable). The room itself is clean. Rooms are also spacious with a separate living area, desk, and two large screen TVs! They also serve breakfast for guests. Overall, it is a great option for a quick trip/night stay.

They have a very nice breakfast. Eggs,sausages biscuits and gravy. Cereal and yogurt. Make your own waffle. Coffee was good but not hot enough for me but the lady did heat in the microwave. But the next day short on staff and didn't have food out. But Frank apologized and stated that we could get something off the shelf for free. That was very good PR. I have stayed here before and will come back. You can not please everyone all the time. That is live. We just have to go with the flow.

The complimentary breakfast included eggs, sausages, biscuits, gravy, make-your-own waffles, yogurt, cereal, juice, etc.!! The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were all friendly. The only minor negative that I saw was that the door to the parking area would not close enough to lock it, but the area was not sketchy so I still felt safe!

Only stayed one night but found the room was quite roomy, quiet and very comfortable. Staff were very hospitable and informative. The breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast, but the food was fresh and hot and the breakfast area clean. We didn't use the pool, but it looked clean and well taken care of. Would definitely stay here again.

Very, nice front desk and staff, was able to check in early. Someone had spilled something sticky all over the elevator floor and by the next time I was using the elevator it was cleaned up. Would definitely stay again. Only downfalls were the remote for the tv did not work to well sometimes having to press the buttons several times before the tv reacted. Also the noise which wasn’t the hotels fault people just letting their doors slam shut all night and teens running up and down the hall way. The hotel staff was amazing and was willing to help if it was a continuous problem.

The man at the front desk was amazing and super nice. There was a $150 deposit that was required upon checking in that the website never mentioned… not a big deal but still frustrating. We got to our room, there was brown dried up liquid on the sheets and the quilt. Called the front desk and they did come change them. The whole room smelled of weed and gave us both a headache. The bathroom had handprints all over the back of the door and there was liquid running down the closet inside the room. The bed was the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE thing I have ever slept on in my entire life including hard ground. I feel bad leaving this review because the people were so nice to us but I’ve never wanted to check out of a room so fast. I probably would have left immediately if they hadn’t taken the deposit. Will not stay here again.

At such a cheaper rate than the surrounding hotels, I was concerned about the quality. Was pleasantly surprised - while it is an older hotel, it’s been very updated- great staff Even let me borrow a phone charger block when I forgot mine (they do not have usb hook ups) Very pleased and will stay again

I really enjoyed my one night stay at the Greenfield inn & suites. Unfortunately I did not get to use the pool even though I wanted to. I was just too tired with running around owensboro. The only thing they could do better is trim the bushes at the back door they are hanging out over the sidewalk but other than that it's a very nice place
