Quality Suites Paducah I-24

Checking in was great. I had asked for handicap accessibility, but the clerk didn't know the room inventory so I had to open 3 different rooms to find that particular room. After getting into the right room, the shower wall, shower floor, the shower seat, the shower knobs and hand held was all mildewed and moldly. I purchased clorox mold and mildew spray, sprayed everything and left it overnight before I could take a shower. I really wish I had taken some before photos and some after to show you what I am saying. One of the other rooms, the mold smell was so strong even the clerk had to quickly close the door. My advice to you, whomever gets to read this, please go check out your property. It is not being taken care of. I know you wanted to have a floor that works with wheelchairs, it is very slippery when its wet. I laid down towels from the shower to the bed to keep from falling.

Room 119 needs some remodeling. It was clean, bed comfy and shower warm

The room was very quiet and comfortable. Everything was wonderful except the internet connection.

Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Linens immaculate. Very pet friendly. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast had a variety to choose from. The pool was closed for repairs.

You get what you pay for. Be aware there is no elevator to 2nd floor. Frail elderly woman checking in before me did not know, could not get a different room, and no refund. I wish i would have had a first floor room to exchange with her. Walls in room were dirty. Whole room and bathroom need New paint and updating. We slept and left. Cheap room, you get what you pay for
